I had a fantastic experience at this auto shop! The staff is incredibly professional and honest, and their pricing is very reasonable. While appointments aren't necessary, I recommend booking one for major repairs. Luis was amazing he thoroughly explained what was wrong with my vehicle and recommended additional repairs. I've finally found my go-to shop and wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Plus, they work on foreign vehicles, which was a huge relief for me. Highly recommended!

Luis is a really nice guy, very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. They get your car in and out in a timely manner, good prices on labor, definitely not rip you off kind of prices. I will only take my cars to their shop.

Best mechanic we have found in Georgia. The communicate well. The do what they say. Prices aren't cheap, but the are worth it.

I would give it a five star but I m not going to lie and give them one. They are some great people in there very energetic and very knowledgeable but one thing I hate is when you mess with my time. Got here at 7:40 and was the first one here. 2 other people then showed up and both left before I did and lasted here give or take an hour. I was still there at the time I m posting this I m still waiting. Been 4 hours and all I m doing is a muffler delete. I would recommend due to the great job they do but their time management is dog water!

Luis Martinez and his entire team are exceptional! My husband and I were visiting Savannah and had an urgent need for a mechanic on Saturday. Luis determined quickly that it was a sensor issue and was able to fix that day. Within a few hours we were back to enjoying Savannah. I HIGHLY recommend Magic Wrench and only wish they were closer to our city. Luis would be my one and only mechanic for all of our vehicles!

This is the second time that I've had to bring my car here and I would absolutely return again. I feel like their prices were fair and the service was very quick.

Great service, terrific lady at the desk!! The mechanic was awesome , I had a new engine put in the Ford focus and they did an amazing job no drama and got it done fast! I would go back again definitely would recommend you to go!!

Every time I come here I always have a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and honest. As a woman I feel sometimes mechanics try to get over on you, and I have never ever felt that way here. I bought a lemon and they have always been able to get me in and out as soon as possible. The receptionist is so sweet. The mechanics are very smart and educated in what they do. I brought my vehicle here in bad disrepair. The office staff was very reassuring and the mechanic was thorough with performing diagnostic tests. They replaced my fuel injector along with other repairs. I arrived thinking my car was a total loss, and left feeling good about driving it. Everyone I spoke to was kind, understanding, and reassuring. I would 100% recommend them for any auto needs! Thank you so much for all your help!

Took my car there because I called and they said they do exhaust work. The exhaust guy bragged to me about how much he does exhaust and could do what I wanted. Today I go to pick it up and its all cobbled together and when I question it he tells me he isnt an exhaust shop. Why claim you do exhaust and brag on your work if thats how you plan to have your customers car looking. I would reccomend going elsewhere for any exhaust work. My car is now at another shop to have everything redone. Dont make the same mistake as me people.Service: Exhaust

My husband had his truck serviced here initially in November. The mechanic did not grease the ball joints causing a loud clanking noise. The mechanic said he would fix it since it was his error so he had tried to re-grease and to no prevail a new replacement was needed because they were ruined. After 3 months of "waiting for parts" and rescheduling, the truck is still not fixed. Only one ball joint was replaced. The way I see it is, we weren't new money coming in, but our ticket ran well over $1k just to be treated like garbage. Do not trust this company with your vehicles!

They had my vehicle for a month and a half, and and didn t get a single bit of work done then when it came down to me having to have another shop take on the work they couldn t find my key. It took the other shop 2 hours. Nice people but it s run VERY poorly. Told me multiple times they would call me right back and took me calling them back 3 days later to get any information. They upcharge insanely on parts aswell. Take you business elsewhere, they will just end up costing you more money and wasting your time.

Spoke about getting my Wrangler fixed over the phone, and they were very helpful and polite.Update: Very professional! They have been calling me with every update, found me a great engine, and have physically showed me what is wrong with my Jeep so I could see for myself then explained everything to me. Very knowledgeable. Best customer service I had with mechanics. Never had this good of service at a shop before anywhere. Highly recommend.Update: My Jeep is finally running again! They were super nice and caring, they even stayed overtime after shop was closed to make sure I could get my Jeep back that day. They are super honest and reasonable with their prices. Communicated with me the whole time and gave me updates on everything in the process. Best customer service out of any shop I ve ever been too. Super fast and reliable. Never going to another shop again. Magic Wrench is the only place I ll ever trust my vehicles to go.

I really like how honest they were. I brought my new part in, they took a look and told me I didn't need to replace the whole unit. It was just a small, easy fix. I really appreciate them not taking advantage. I'll definitely use them in the future!

Wow! These guys are the best. I have had my car fixed on several occasions here. They know their stuff really well. The most recent job they did on my car was the alternator. My alternator went bad and I went straight to them like I've done in the past. They had it ordered and replaced the same day. They did a nice job and even had my brakes checked out too. The price I paid to get the job done was worth every penny. I was happy and satisfied with the quality of job they performed on my car. Without reservations, I will recommend this place to anyone who wishes to get their car fixed.

Did fix a lot of the problems previous shop did not. Unlike other people here, I have the patience as long as the work can get done. Magic Wrench actually managed to get the gears working properly and the truck in its final stages of being drivable and allowed me to look and speak with them many times while they were working on my project. Still a few more things needed to get worked on since this was an LS Swap. I appreciate the work that was done. Communication could of been better when it wasn t the mechanic answering phone. Sometimes I had to go in person to see the progress on my vehicle for that reason, but other than that they did do what I requested.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

Very smooth transaction from the diagnostic through getting my vehicle back after being repaired. The mechanics are very straight-forward, and know what they are doing. One tends to be leery about which mechanic shop to choose, especially in a town with so many to choose from. Several of my Soldiers have taken their vehicles here for repairs over the years and have always been very satisfied with their work. I am glad I followed suit.

I had some work done here and they messed up which wasn't going to be a big deal because they said they would make it right, but then every time we would reschedule they back out the day. It took almost 4 months of "Rescheduling" and then pushing my vehicle off because they weren't going to make any money off of it. I even brought it in twice and was told they got the wrong parts so it would be a couple weeks before they got the right parts in. So after almost 4 months of being bent over a barrel and being lied to, you can bet I won't be back here.

My breaks and rotator for my wheels were worn out and beaten up, they changed it in quick time. Great, knowledgeable mechanics with good customer service. Will definitely go back if car needs any other repairs

Treated my wife as most mechanics now will and tried to rip her off. Said they were military friendly and overcharged us. Offered full refunds for services we were unhappy with and now refuse. We set a schedule with them for our service and they did not follow it. The original problem we went in for was ignored because the mechanic said it wasn t the problem. Disrespectful, unprofessional swindlers. DO NOT allow these people to have your business.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

These guys are just car doctors. If you bring your car to these guys you will absolutely be satisfied at the end of their work. I bought a Ford Explorer in Florida and a few days later I was obliged to use a jumper every morning to start the car. I brought the car to the dealer and some auto repair shops in Hinesville area and nobody could fix the problem. When I brought the car to Magic Wrench, they just took a few time to repair and fix the problem. They explained me what exactly was the problem. And it was very cheap. They really know their job. I've never had a problem with this shop. I've taken my car there numerous times and they had always given me an estimate on what I needed done and sometimes even given me a discount. The service is always quick and they answer all of your questions and concerns. I've never had unauthorized work done without my consent either. I don't know what the other people are talking about who gave them bad reviews. Most of everyone I know with tuned cars uses this exact shop over and over and over and talks good about them. I highly recommend.

Nice enough at first. Took my car in the other day and got it fixed within an hour. First red flag was I asked for air to be put in my tires that were running low. Didn t happen but was still charged. Whatever i filled them myself. Car ran fine for the rest of the day. I get in my car the next day and I m having the exact same issue as I was before I lost ~$350. Tried calling 3 times in a span of 15 minutes in the afternoon on a day they were open and no answer. I can t recommend this place at all.Edit: I ll update this review if I can get this problem solved.Edit 2: They fixed the issue and no problems now.
