I agree I would give less if I could I purchased my car a year ago and I've changed so many parts and now in the rain it leaks everywhere inside I was told it was the drains were plugged but it was a lie it leaves even on the passenger door side. That's how they treat military buyers.

Horrible place and people Cleo is terrible so is the boss very cruel!! Cars suck!! I pray they get shut down and what goes around comes around!! They put trackers on your car and when your a little late will repo and take your car and leave you with nothing she took my car on Christmas and 1 week before giving birth to a new born they are all about the money and I was with them for a long time sad part be careful but all good now I have a Benz and a great place and people my bmw x1 2010 they took and now put back up on market waste of money and scam!! Proof they can careless about any human even a new born baby that had to have doctors appointments and I really was attached to my car

I made the biggest mistake of my entire LIFE!!!! by coming here to purchase a vehicle from these scammers. However, after three years of enduring PURE HELL!!!! and dealing with their rude staff, I have finally paid off the junk bucket of a car they sold me. It broke down within the first month, and they refused to assist with repairs, instead trying to squeeze more money out of me for a car they had just sold. Fortunately, I had to seek out genuine professionals who charged me a much more reasonable price to fix my car. I could go on and on about the countless difficulties I faced during those three years, but I'll get straight to the point: DO NOT GO HERE!!! I M BEGGING YOU, DON T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME AND GAS!!! DON T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!! RUN!!!!

I had to give one star. So this week my friend went to this dealer to get a car. This vehicle specifically need work done, and the salesperson said they could get it done if half of the deposit was put down. Cool no worry she can do that. The $700 was put down and told the car would be fixed by Friday today. So she gets there and nothing is fixed but the ac compressor belt. Which was off in the first place because it was bad and they didn t want customers to hear the compressor pulley screaming. Long story short take a mechanic with you because these people or this company will scam you out of your money and give you junk to drive. Zero stars if you ask me. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NO GO HERE . Save you money and go somewhere else

I would give less than 1 star if that were an option! My son recently purchased his first car from this dealership and after 11 days of having the vehicle, the engine locked up and now the vehicle needs a whole new engine. My son returned the vehicle to M&M for repairs and now they are being avoidant, not returning his calls, and refusing to put him through to a manager or the owner. My son put a substantial down payment on this vehicle and after being sold a faulty vehicle, this company refuses to take responsibility! They are unprofessional, inconsiderate and doesn t care how the customer is inconvenienced or how many days of worked has been missed. They don t even have the decency to take responsibility and return phone calls. It has been over a week and there is still no resolution to this issue. Buy a car somewhere else!

Chris Green is the man to see I called and made him aware of my price range, what I could put down and my trade in. He told me to come in, within an hour he secured me a car and accepted my trade in. Currently doing my paperwork. Very grateful for him. He was truly a pleasure to work with and very understanding. Would recommend to anyone on the market for a car

My wife and myself bought a 2013 Ford Expedition limited from M&M Motors in January of 2021 and it is now May 2021 and we have no complaints with the vehicle or with the staff or with the dealership at all. I waited to place my review instead of jumping to conclusions. I feel that 5 months is enough time that if a problem was going to arise it would have done so by now. Chris Green was a great salesman to deal with. He did everything he said he would do and did it without having to remind him. I enjoyed dealing with Chris so much that when I went in on a Saturday morning to meet him and complete all the paperwork on our deal i brought him 2 McDonald's breakfast sandwiches. I also want to add that Aerial has also been a pleasure to deal with if anything comes up and you need to change your payment date in any way all you have to do is give her a call and she will be glad to work with you and help you out as much as possible. I have read other reviews and u want people to stop and think when you by a car or truck from M&M Motors you are buying a used vehicle not a new one. The vehicle we bought came with a warranty which is unusual on a used vehicle anyway but really unusual on one with 140,000 miles. I think it is a huge example of how good and kindhearted the people at M&M Motors are. The warranty is good for 1000 miles and I don't feel like people should expect more. I really feel like these people that left negative reviews wanted a new car at used car prices. Lastly I want to add that my wife and I had our own Auto transportation business several years ago and we hauled cars out of the auction that M&M Motors purchases their cars from and it is a very nationally known auction with very good reputation. It is known as one of the top auto auction companies in the united states. The auction also inspects the cars as well and like I said they sell very nice looking and great performing cars. I will be buying more cars and trucks from M&M Motors in the future and will not hesitate one bit. I will also deal with Chris Green again for as long as he is still there. I am also referring a friend to M&M Motors at this time to buy a vehicle and will refer many more. THANK YOU M&M MOTORS YALL ARE IN MY BOOK!!!! THANK YOU CHRIS GREEN FOR BEING HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH US AND FOR GIVING US A GREAT DEAL ON A GREAT SUV YOU ALSO ARE IN MY BOOK!!!!

Bought me a 2006 tundra for my landscaping business. Chris was able to get me the low payments I wanted . Other than battery issues and wiper issues I don t have any complaints . I ve had my truck for only 3 days now and it rides nice and sits high. Be sure to go in and ask for Chris .

Do NOT deal with these CROOKS. I got a car from them in November with a 90 day warranty the car ran great until one day it ran hot on me n they told me they couldn't fix it bc my I had done out 3000 miles on the car ( which was a lie) the engine had gone out and my warranty couldn't cover it. I didnt even have the car a good 2 months they sell real deal lemons my sister n my sister friend have had issues with them also with cars they purchased from them. I'm in the process of taking them to court DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM AT ALL!!

Purchased a Range Rover sport 2008 as it drives good I had them check the car with their computer for any issues as they saw that there was an issue with the steering angle sensor they written in my contract that they will fix it free of charge as there was no time limit to fix it. Just be careful when buying used cars. Check the dash for any lights even bring your own obd computer if needed. I was literally in and out in 30 minutes. As the down payment was 2500 I left the lot in my new car with 2k down and a pick up payment of 500.00. No credit check ! Bring any issues of the car to their attention at the time of test driving! JJ had me in and out.

This company has ripping people off for decades. Potential customers. Educate yourself before you step to this place. Get a mechanic to look at the vehicle you purchase from them. If you can get financed through your bank, not m&m. I'm not saying don't buy a vehicle from m&m motors, but protect yourself and don't caught in balloon payments and a lemon for a car.

Nice people when you meet them at first. When I addressed problems with my car they fixed it but fixed it the cheaply way to where I'll have to come back in a few weeks for the same problem. I've had a problem with my car since I got it and addressed it to them. It's been 3 months since I had this car and still hasn't been fixed. They asked me if I knew someone that could fix it instead of them doing it. The lady that answers the phone is rude. I wouldn't recommend this place. I guess they love there customers driving around in the hot weather with no a.c :)

Midway location not impressed at all! I got there kind of close to closing time but that shouldn't have mattered but I guess it pissed the salesman off because he come out with an attitude and didn't really want to show me anything! And their selection wasn't good to begin with you could not distinguish between the cars they have for sale, the cars they had there for repair or cars that belong to people who work there! No organization, a total mess and apparently don't care whether they sell a vehicle or not

Bought 06 BMW X5 feb 2020. 2 days later rear suspension failed along with electrical issues. Finally reached owner after 6 months. We agreed he will repair and I ll pay half. 1week later no repairs. Can not prove conversation

god awful! we got in to test drive the vehicle everything worked perfectly! Now after all the paper work has been signed the wind shield wipers will not work (let me add it was a rainy day), the A/C does not work and the front end of the vehicle is a mess. Do not recommend this business to anyone & very unprofessional.

God smite this evil place from the face of the earth. This is your average fly by night, buy here pay here 30% interest bend you over and no lube kind of dealer. This break your legs kind of business should be illegal. Its amazing how these slackjawed low iq employees sleep at night after a hard day of sleezing. Oh and check for rust that is spray painted over before you sign your death certificate.

The worst business ever do not buy a car from here , they sell cars that are not capable to be driven , they took 5months to get my taxes and tags and stated to fix my car and never did it they are the worst I bought a car with faulty brakes and went through a stop sign because of my brakes failure, almost crashing inside a building . Do not trust the shady salesman Chris , he is very disrespectful and a scammer , they will tell you anything to get you the car IF YOU ARE IN THE MILITARY I ADVISE YOU STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE DEALERS AND SHOP WITH CarMax

Idk about everybody else but, of you go to Chris he'll help you get into a good car. I got a 2013 Chevy Malibu today with 80k miles on it and it runs mint. Def recommend

Don t buy a car from here they don t sell quality vehicles they will buy cars and fix them with aftermarket products that you can t get fixed at the dealerships they are complete scam artist they sell at top dollar for cars that are not worth to all my fellow military members and friends save your self a headache down the road don t buy a car from here please

My friend bought a car from here but they were extremely slow getting the part needed for his vehicle that was ordered the day he bought it and I had a personal experience with them I tried to get a hold of him through them and they were extremely rude on the phone very unprofessional.

Friendly helpful staff. Wide variety of vehicles. In house financing. Kind of run down facility. Would recommend to someone looking for inexpensive vehicle.

Went in multiple times to get a quote on a car and they never told me the price. Went a third time after 3 months and they finally told me the price. Test drove it and thank god i did so, car was getting ready to blow up.
