I went in for an appointment for an oil change, new tires installed and other things that was recommended by the technician. My appointment was at 7:30 AM, I was provided courtesy transportation, because of the inconvenience of where I live, and no one to transport me. Jose, the technician who transported me from their office to my home and picked me up from my home to get my car back after services were completed provided great support. Also, Diamond, one of the office staff was very helpful and friendly. I am grateful for all the help and assistance from the team. It took longer than expected to complete my work but overall I am very satisfied with the services that they provided. Thanks Guys

Honestly it was one of the worst experiences I ve had with an auto shop. I got an estimate and decided to go with what the estimate said. While my car was being worked on the MECHANIC broke several things while working on my car and the shop tried to give me more estimates and pay for his damage rather than them fixing it. I paid 1500$ for a car to be worked on and my issues came out worse than what the car went in there for originally. And now to fix what the mechanics broke I m looking at another 1500-2000$ to have my car in proper condition. I understand that things happen during the process to fix someone s car but this was just all around terrible.

I have to give credit where credit is due, when you're in a pinch and need professional quality work at a moments notice Liberty Tire & Brake Tire Pros is the shop to shop. No pressure just straight to the point and easy to work with staff that makes it super convenient to get the job done. Special shout out to Lillie and Calli for helping me feel comfortable getting what I need done for my vehicle. I recommend everybody living in Liberty county to come down and enjoy the experience when you need to get work on your car .

Came in with a huge rock in my tire, Callie and Jose jumped right on it on a busy day. Everybody was great and I ll definitely be back. Anytime I m in hinesville this will be the only place I visit. Don t waste your money somewhere else! Thanks so much Callie and Jose!

Well..they didn't fulfill they obligations with the service..I took the car in for a clicking sound under the hood..and I get the car back with a chirping sound under the hood and my heat not working..they were trying to get another diagnostic charge option for the heat and most likely labor costs..and charge for a serpentine belt and labor for that..my heat was working fine prior to me bring it..they were closing up shop at the end of the day..so they either rushed the job or sabotaged it so I have to bring it back..I know the condition my car was in before I brought it there..I feel that the work was dishonest and they did not wanna do the work for free.so i just pick my car up in a calm manner.i only interacted with the cashier she said my key fob was in the car..because I wouldn't have gotten a nowhere with it..I just want my car reliable enough to get me to and from work..I live in Hinesville..work in savannah..I work too hard to be dishing out all that money for a shottyjob..I been bringing my car here for some time..never knew this would happen from these guys..not judging the company..it may be just a bad egg or two tying to make an extra buck..I understand the economy is going to s..t...but money is hard to come by as it is and dishonest work from mechanics make it worse..so I'll see if u can take my business elsewhere(sigh).smh..

Terrible experience. My boyfriend dropped his Jeep Wrangler off on Friday, April 5 at 1:00 pm for an alignment. He went to pick it up and they told him that there was more needed than just an alignment. He said, "okay, do whatever you need to." They quoted him about $1200. Then, they told him that it would be ready by 5:00pm on Monday, April 8. Goes to pick it up on Monday and they tell him that the part they ordered didn't come in, so they used the part off of someone else's car. Um... okay. Then, the told him that it would be ready by lunch time on Tuesday, April 9. He goes to pick it up today, and now something broke off. Supposedly because it was "super rusty." Now they're saying that it's something additional and they quoted the additional part at $800 and they're trying to tell him that now it's not safe to drive. Run around after run around. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They communicated when my car was done as well as letting me know about a problem with the battery. We will be replacing it shortly. We will definitely be returning.

I usually don t do reviews but I had to this time! 1st time I went, they checked my tire and put air in it for free & plus, the customer service was great. Then I had to go again bc I noticed the air in my tire was dramatically leaking. I ended up waiting for a couple hrs bc they didn t annotate that I was waiting (I didn t mind). When it was payment time, the female owner (I m assuming) waived my fee to patch my tire. Grateful that they re considerate of my time & had great customer service. Def would recommend!!

Only reason I m giving 3 stars is the older lady at the front counters customer service. The young girl- Wonderful. I got there at 8:50 my appointment is for 9. Young lady said it would be about an hour until they got my car back for an alignment. I said oh wow even with me making an appointment ahead of time? And the older lady chimed in and said That s for the day of - Like what?? It is the day of? And it didn t require a smart remark, I understand business and customer service- Just politely say we are a bit backed up and working as quickly as possible.. Other than that, My issue wasn t fixed yet. I will have to return within my 30 day time frame but unfortunately I don t see myself returning otherwise. Mechanic was informative and friendly!

Very friendly and courteous staff.The only thing they should improve on is time management. I had an appointment for 10am and was finally taken in at about 12.45!!! This is a very long time to wait around, especially as we had made an appointment for 10am!!

This auto repair shop is very thorough in the inspection process and have me a detailed itemized list and estimate of cost up front. Their recommendation were greatly appreciated. Thanks for doing great work.

I chose this place due to the need of an alignment, with my new tires mounted and balanced. I was 1st quoted the wrong price at $100 difference. 6 hours of sitting and waiting all that was done was the tires mounted. No alignment. The whole reason for being there and not closer to my home, where it would have been $130 cheeper. Basically payed $181.98 to put on tires that I had. Horrible experience. Do NOT recommend this place!!!

I wouldn't even give this place one star. Took my car to get an oil change and tire rotation and balance and was there 3hrs for them to come out and tell me they were refusing the rotation and balance because my tires were threaded too low(which I understood to a point) and then they told me my battery needs to be replaced, my windshield wipers need to be replaced(I just did that 3wks ago), and last but not least they are also refusing to do my oil change because quote on quote there's a oil leak somewhere. Now I have never had to refill my oil and I just had an oil change 3000 miles ago and that mechanic shop didn't say anything about no oil leak. I honestly believe that they just didn't want to work on my car because its an older model vehicle. I am a single mother of three and once I told them that I could not afford to do the battery and the windshield wipers and all the other stuff they suggested that's when they come telling me that they were refusing both of the things I put my car in there to begin with. I will never be going back there. They are money hungry people.

My car was towed to the shop on .9/27/2023 at 9:45pm and left for early morning repair requested pick up by 12pm. I received no call as to the servicing of my car. I had to call throughout the day about the status. Finally at 5:15 pm after calling to see if my car would be ready today for pick up. I was told within 30 minutes. Then I am a veteran and had a gift card for $25 but I was only able to use my gift card and not my veteran discount. Poor service overall.

My son-in-law brought my car in to have the front brakes bleed. Two days after I picked up my car, my brakes were squealing very loudly. Come to find out a bolt had come out and my new brake pads were scrubbing against my brake shoes. It s now going to cost me almost $400 to have everything replaced. I will never use or recommend Liberty Tire & Brake Tire Pros to anyone. They are no pros at anything. If I could give them no stars I would.
