These gentlemen are experienced high quality bike mechanics. They've been around a long time and are sought after to work on Bikes. I brought mine in for a simple brake bleed and they had me in and out! For more difficult repairs you may be waiting 1-2 months! I highly recommend checking their showroom for some really great Off Road equipment.

Exchanged a couple of messages a few days prior to making the trek out to see Liberty Cycle. When I arrived, they had pulled all of the helmets that were in my size. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Store was clean, and the helmet selection was fantastic. I left with a new LS2 and a smile.

Absolutely 1000% impressed with Liberty Cycle. Very kind and professional employees who truly go above and beyond for their customers. I have never been to a better place. My husband and I just purchased a Polaris RZR XP 1000 and we have thoroughly enjoyed our big kid toy!! I would recommend anyone to go see Liberty Cycle in Hinesville, Ga.

Such nice folks. My son was wanting a 4 wheeler (His first major purchase) Went in and the owner approached us. Talked to my son. He definitely made my son feel at ease. NO MAJOR PRESSURE. He told him to think it over with no obligations. Needless to say I was impressed by the no hidden fee's and the no sales pressue. I went back the next couple of days and purchased one myself. This time his son helped me. His son was just like his father. No haggling. If their service is anything like their sales, I can see myself dealing with this company for some time to come. Don't sell them shirt, give them a try.

Writing this review a little late- Had a great experience here. My husband and I stopped by just to browse a few months ago and we ended up talking to John. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us a great deal on a new Polaris 850 Sportsman. He made the process fast and smooth and even delivered the ATV to our home after the shop closed. The customer service went above and beyond and we will definitely be back! Definitely check out this place if you re looking and talk to John, he won t let you down!

I have purchased a few parts from them for my bike. Each encounter has been unpleasant with poor customer service. I have tried calling and most of the times I get no answer or I get put on hold after asking them a question and the call ends with no resolution. I would highly advise seeking advise or help from another company.

Excellent service. The women at the front desk are always extremely helpful and very polite. I ve been in there a several times for service maintenance and at times to ask questions about my RZR or 4wheeler. The staff has always be more then willing to help with what ever I stop by for.

I originally had a problem with my '02 vstar 1100 charging and needed some carb work, I brought it to them a few months back they finished everything in a timely manner when I arrived to pick up I heard a little back firing and the bike felt sluggish on top end I mentioned it to them and they said they would put their best mechanic on it and now my bike runs better than ever. They were very accommodating and very happy to make sure I as a customer was pleased. Everyone there was very nice they even replaced a few missing bolts that I had on the bike, i will be bringing anything else i need worked on in the future to them. Thanks Liberty!!

I always have a great experience when I go there. The people at the front desk are very helpful and nice. They got me my motorcycle gear in time to attend the motorcycle rider course at the Harely Davidson dealership. Thanks for the great service always.

Always easy to work with. They dont push you to make a purchase. Very informative. Very convenient since its local, dont have to drive to Savannah. I have recommended this store to everyone i know that rides.

I took Honda VFR 800 to them after I was turned away by three other repair shops. I had both tires and bearings replaced and a set of integrated mirrors installed. Upon completion they notice that the bike was not charging enough for the lights to work. They couldn't get more than 12 volts out of the stator and retactfier. I have been tied to a tender since I bought it. I had no idea, but due to their strive for your bike to safe and dependable before they let it leave. Even after getting it correct and they inspected it once again and noticed the brake switch was bad and replaced it on the house. I've never been so happy to have my bike back. She rides smoother than ever they even cleaned and lubricated the chain. I highly recommend this place for expert craftsmanship

Dropped off my ATV to get it serviced, service was completed when promised. Staff is very knowledgeable and took their time to go over and explain what was done to my ATV. Would recommend them to anyone, just stop by and see them or give them a call.

If I could give no stars I would I feel played out of money and time.. I got to their place as soon as they open at 9 am for a full service on my 08 650 ninja Kawasaki this pic shows the only thing that was done and look how much I was charged for labor.. he took his time I asked them more than three times all the way up to the point I had to walk back home and wait another hour before they texted and said it was done!! I never in all of my four yrs of having that bike payed this much just for an oil change and plugs.. even the other mechanic said he move like molasses and than the front desk after asking her three times kept saying she didn t know what was taking so long but said also she had to go back there and make him put a pep in his step.. I feel stolen from there was no way this should ve took this long and when asked why she said that is a flat rate time for that amount for that job .. never again I would not recommend here for service now that I m thinking about my chain or anything wasn t even lubed or on the paperwork but they made sure they came to say what was cracked or broken and needed to be fixed which I didn t come there for let alone knew they would have to order stuff so why are you worried about things you can t even fix right now.. I give this more than a thumbs down I am more than disappointed

I have been a customer for many years. No pressure sell, friendly staff who will listen and fare price when your toy needs fixing. It speaks volume to know that this is a family owened business for more than 30 years.
