First want to start with the only positive which is way I decided on 2 star vs 1. I was able to get my car in the needed price range and the payments being what I needed. They even stayed after hours as I don't get off work till after they close.The negative is it took just shy of 3 entire months for them to obtain the title. Mostly because it wasn't a priority until my parents got involved after my tag extension was at the wire for expiring.

THEY SOLD ME A VEHICLE AND I LOVE IT SO SO MUCH. SHOUOUT HANSEL HE REALLY CAME TROUGH No but for real I recommend this dealership, they really take care of you and help you out with any questions you have.

Avoid this dealer at all costs. Had an oil change and service done to our Jeep Cherokee. Within a week I noticed oil in our driveway after my wife left. Had her stop driving it and went to check it out. It's a 2021 with only 22k miles and no reason to have an oil leak. Upon inspection I found the oil plug was loose as well as the oil filter. It also appears someone took either an impact to the oil plug or used the wrong size socket because it's chewed up. Really hoping the oil pan isn't stripped as well but we'll find out. This isn't the first issue we've had with this dealer and we'll sure as hell never return.

Scheduled an appointment for service online. My husband gets there and is told the online booking doesn't work, that they are fully booked for the day and that "Getting a diagnostic on a Saturday isn't going to happen anyway." They were not apologetic about it either, and honestly were quite rude. We came to you for an overheating issue too, as you are the closest Jeep dealership to us. We will never be back.

I have to commend Hansel!!!On the day I visited your business, I also visited the other major car lots in town. Hansel was the only salesman to approach me that day. He was kind, polite, professional, and attentive to mine and my family's needs. Also, he wasn't overbearing or a "know-it-all" as some salesman can be - he listened.As soon as we come into market, I will be calling on Hansel to see what he has available first!!!Thanks,Mike and Family

let's start off by saying i'm located in hinesville. i tried to go to the nearest dodge location in hinesville at first and the customer service was terrible. Also, they ran my credit on (12-14-23) which i AGREED to my credit being ran at 740 that day. & the sales person there said they'll contact me back the next day because they were closing which was fine. Guess what? i had to call them first on (12-15-23) i then knew something was wrong.they valued my car low as hell aswell.*** i had done this 3 times with 3 different cars at 3 different locations & never experienced anything like this ***BTW THE CAR I INQUIRED ABOUT DIDN'T HAVE A FEW FEATURES MY LOW VALUED VEHICLE HAD ANYWAYS BUT I STILL WAS GOING TO SETTLE. I did not agree to the price for the car i inquired about when we talked over the phone on (12-15-23) and then my credit was ran again shortly after the disagreement call over the phone s. I WAS NOT THERE nor did they TELL ME they were going to run it again that day but i locked all credit accounts except one so i saw it run, yes i went there again that day.That's to show you that they didn't care. i feel like they just wanted their commission. overall i gave them a price range again & it may have not been reasonable with my negative equity. HOWEVER i was told when i got there on (12-15-23) that my payment would be around $1000+ a month?! so now my credit was ran up so much, i kept attempting to do anything to get the vehicle with the price i asked only because my credit has been ran so much there. i left and went through to my bank for a loan & overall i felt like i was begging for what i wanted because guess what the next day (12-16-23) i called first AGAIN & STILL felt like i was begging for a vehicle or for them to make a better deal with me & still no call back as i was told but i got a email, how phoney?on DECEMBER 18th i then went into savannah dodge. I got the car i inquired about with lesser mileage then the hinesville location ,ALL THE FEATURES my car had and more. i even added warranty for LESS THEN $1000 a month. My car was worth more at the savannah location. I didn t have to keep calling my dealer 1000 times over infact i came in the same day and left the same day with a NEW car. that goes to say please do your research before you go to any dealership as i read the reviews and people are saying the same thing i ve mentioned.i felt like i was begging for a new vehicle at the hinesville location

They sold me a 2021 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X in October 2021. I had it shipped to my state (900 miles away), They sold me a truck with a broken glove box. (Its covered under Warranty & I'm still waiting for the parts which are on back order) They never mentioned that when we were going over the particulars etc. How do you sell model year 2021 vehicle, in the year 2021, that has defects/broken parts & not say a word to the consumer? It's just like everyone knows already. Car dealers are shady, no matter what state you're in. This place is no different.

The worst service department around.First and foremost, they would not take responsibility of breaking the access panel to the cabin air filter. The last time, my mother had her car serviced there. They did their so-called check and just recently found out that they broke the cabin air filter door and just left the parts lying underneath the passenger seat.

one word: lazymy wife did credit inquiry and all got was a generic text saying if interested come inSavannah dealership got less info just info inquiry and salesman called and made an appointment.we left savannah with new vehicle. To this day never heard from hinesville location. This is end of the year so figure be more hustle for business.

Brought my truck(2019 ram 2500 68k miles) in to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done. Put about 200 miles on the truck noticed an oil leak. Brought my truck back they couldn't get to it for a couple days which it is what it is. I asked for a loaner which they had none. Then I asked for a ride to the airport because I travel for work and they had no drivers. How are they going to break my vehicle and not have any options. Don't trust them to work on your vehicle.

This is the best group of people to go to if your looking for a new car!! I have already purchase two vehicles from them!! I had the pleasure to work with Jada Johnson!! She has the best knowledge on vehicles and finances. Don't waste your time and just head on over to her!!

People, do yourself a favor and stay away as far of this dealer as possible. I've never experienced such a bad threatment from anyone recommended. They work with, sponsor and recommmed Autographics however they are very unprofessional, disrespectful and do not like to be asked questions about their product or services. The lack of customer service is evident. As you may understand recommending a third party business that lacks of professionalism and disrespect your customers, directly reflects the type of business the dealer is. Absolutely awful experience and will certainly share this through any and all means necessary so that they realize what they have done.Needless to say, the same experience and review will be left for the disrespectful Autographics business, owner and or whoever was the one that behave in that way, all of this in the dealer's premises.Honestly prefer to drive a little farther to a dealer that will appreciate my business and will take care of me properly.

I usually went to the Jeep dealership on Chatham Parkway for oil changes but they have been difficult to get an appointment. They told me it would be 10 days from now before I could get one. So I went to Hinesville. I am so happy I did. The service and entire experience was sooo much better. They won a future customer from me today!

I recommend seeing Troy aka Mr. Suspenders at this place. We came in looking for a used car and we were able to leave with two new used cars that we absolutely love without breaking the bank. Don t trust Christian he lies and will screw you over and charge you over 2,000$ for standard stuff pre done at the factory and tires that were already on the car. Very shady and told me a bunch of stuff and upcharged almost everything me being a first time buyer he took complete advantage smh. Shiesty dude

Just bought a 2017 BMW X3 from a gentleman named Seth Gorsuch. Really awesome man. Even though the trade value of my car was only 15k, he got to raise it up to 21k which has helped me a lot. Although there are minor issues with the BMW Seth is able to get it into repairs and make sure that what ever issues needed to be fixed, will be fixed. If you go there please mention my name.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated a couple months ago. To make the long story short. There was oil hand prints on fender, hood, door handle and on steering wheel. The center engine cover was also left off. Kinda makes me wonder why there s no one inspecting there work. Like a service manager maybe! So I took it back and complained. I got a I m sorry! No refund. Just a free car wash. They wanted me to get my car detailed at the same place they take the cars on the lot to be cleaned. So I agreed to that. So after detail was done It looked nice and clean. I did notice a lot of tire dressing all over the rims and tires. I didn t thank anything about. Only after cleaning it again myself did I notice my rims were ruined. I have only washed my rims with soap and water since it was purchased. Well apparently the car wash used some kind of wheel cleaner that has caused my beautiful shiny black rims to permanently look streaked. Super disappointing! Do not let them send your car to get detailed especially if it has shiny black rims. You ll regret it I know I do!

Had a appointment to see a dodge ram in at the Nesmith dealership in Jesup last weekend. Drove there from Hinesville, had been texting and calling all morning. When we get there the truck was out and ready. The salesman tells us the Manager has her cousin looking at it at the moment trying to make the sale. Nobody told us. We had a check in our hands but the manager worked a deal with her cousin. We get to Liberty Chrysler Dodge and see Mr. Troy Rhynes, he shows my husband a truck. We were in and out of there in. less than 30 minutes. Mr. Troy Rhynes took great care of us and made us feel like valued customers! We would highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Rhynes to anyone look to purchase a vehicle!

Called for maintenance, thus was response"bring vehicle in and drop off to get it in line to be looked at. We do not do appts. It will be about a week until it can be looked at. We do not do loaner vehicles". Will never deal with Jeep again.

I wish I could give a zero. Service department was awful. I called to see if something was covered under warranty. The woman didn t want to check she just kept assuming my issue wasn t under warranty. When I asked her to check just to be sure, she got an attitude. I still needed the work done regardless of the warranty. She didn t want to help at all.
