Ken's Auto is GREAT!! All of the associates are amazing, the mechanic is awesome and Mr. Greg is genuinely a wonderful person! This makes 4 vehicles my husband and I have gotten from here and I love my new baby(my Cruze)

Went there to purchase a car. Was told I had to fill out an application to even test drive the vehicle. I filled out the application and was then informed it takes two or three days to process my application and find out if I am approved. What kind of sense does that make. By the time I get approved the car that I went to get could potentially be gone. I understand it's a buy here pay here place but it should not take all that to even be able to test drive a vehicle. Anyone who needs a car I would recommend go somewhere else. The process is long and drawn out.

Greg and his family have been such a pleasure to work with! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Theyve been nothing short of amazing to me and my family and always make us feel welcome. The car we got has been a daily driver with no serious issues and has been a great used vehicle! He sells great quality cars and the payments are completely manageable. They gave us a chance when nobody else would. Im so thankful to be able to do business with them. These "bad reviews" are just from salty people just trying to find a problem where there isn't one! I recommend Kens Auto sales to everyone!!

I had a wonderful experience with Ken's auto. Bought a vehicle from there and the process was quick and efficient! Delinda and Lisa in the office were both polite and easy to work with and Greg makes sure to find the vehicle you want and need. I have three teenage boys who will be driving in a couple years and I plan on going through Ken's Auto for their cars!

Disappointed to say the least. I called to inquire about a price of a single vehicle and the lady who answered the phone literally told me to call back the next day because she was too busy taking a payment at that time and that she was trying to get out of there for the evening. Even when I offered to wait on hold she still would not help me. I guess taking 2 seconds out of her time to look at a pricing roster was too hard for her. Very rude and unprofessional.

I ve gotten probably 4 cars from this dealership. The owner Greg has really helped me. If you re reliable with payments, they will treat you right. Hinesville has it s rough folks so they appreciate when you do them right and it shows! I refer everyone who needs a buy-here-pay-here lot to these folks.

I love Ken's Auto because they have good deals.These are very fair people and will work with you to make sure that you're riding nice. I bought my car from here and I'm a very satisfied customer. Greg and his wife are really great people.

I got my car here. I've had it for a year and I love it, They do amazing job with working with you if you cant pay on time.. or if you get paid on a different date than when your payment is due. They are an amazing family and so sweet

Very weird vibe to begin with. Treated us weird. First car we looked at the dashboard lit up with problems. Engine light, trac. off.alAsked if they knew what the engine light was for they said no. Looked at another it wouldnt back up and sounded so rough that the employee said he just needs to take it off the lot. Looked at minivan and tried to test drive. Wouldnt let us out on the road. Red flag. Finally let us and again engine light came on when my husband told him. He said oh it's the tire sensor so when I looked and saw the tire light and engine light on he looked at me with an attitude and said well do you want it or not? I said no thanks and walked away and still tried to get my husband to get it. No walk away. You are not going to talk to me a customer like that. I dont want a car with engine light on and you try to brush it off or ingore my concerns. Just want my money. No thanks.

Have had not thing excellent experience with them. Got a Jeep almost 2 years ago and it s been great! Also getting another car this week! Check them out. Very nice people.

Do not go here they are crooks they told me I was three months behind on my payment I was not I gave them receipts to prove it they didn't care. They also called me a liar when I told them I called up there and talked to Greg wife cause I was going to be a couple days late on payment and she said that would be fine and then they come take my truck and want me to pay butt load of money. Then when I get money he tells me I wasn't getting my truck which was next day after they took it. This place is NOT A GOOD PLACE!!!!!! STAY AWAY. THEY ALSO DONT TELL YOU BUT IF YOU ARE ONE DAY LATE ON YOUR PAYMENT THEY WILL REPO YOUR VEHICLE.

This is a car dealership that does not honor truth and lending, what that means is that you must put down a payment in order for them to finance you the vehicle and they do not involve a bank for financing, the thing is that they re using your credit which pays them for the car but makes you pay them again by making payments which is fraud. I encourage everyone to look up the book called meet your strawman and whatever you want to know. It will shed light on how they use your strawman and you will get insight on how fraud works with the dealerships and the banks.

The prior review was published without my knowledge...Ken's Auto is an establishment that seems to be upstanding an an honorable auto dealership who will work with you to put you in the drivers seat. The owner seems to be an honest Christian man who will work with you in fairness. In the market for a used car stop by and talk with him

Great service and an awesome experience buy from Ken Auto Salea. Greg, lisa and the whole family was a plessure to work with. I purchase 2 vehicles, over the years, and both ran great, with no issues, and the staff has been been nothing but professional, kind and respectful.

Byfar the worst car lot ive ever been to in my life. Terrible customer service. The men there were nice but the woman treated me and my fianc�e like trash. I honestly felt like we were back in the 50 's she treated us like our money wasnt green and rushed us out the door. We were super sweet to her idk what her problem was. Black consumers beware.

Ken's Auto Sales is a really nice used car dealership. They sell quality cars at an affordable price. Plus they do in-house financing which is a bonus. If you're looking for a used car be sure to pay them a visit. Great people!

Great car lot and great service! I m very sad the elderly lady retired because she was so nice to me every time I went in. She treated me like her own family! I will definitely miss seeing her face. I would recommended this car lot to anyone!

These people are crooks. Bought a car and changed the odometer so they could sell the car for more money. Took the car for a tune-up literally 5 days after picking up the car and the odometer jumped 20,000 miles after the shop reset the computer. Do not buy from these crooks. The woman who works in the office is rude as hell. I would give these people negative stars if I could.

I went to go purchase a car. The hours said they close at 6. I got there at 5:05. The guy that was there could not sell me a car. OK. We called the next day to see if they stay a little later and we will be by there to pay cash for the car. They said no. So we asked if we could come Saturday and look at it and if we like it we will buy it out right. " we are open on Saturday but we don't sell cars that day " thanks for going above and beyond for your customers. I went somewhere else and they helped me. Would never recommend this place

My daughter and I attempted to purchase a car here and were very rudely treated. They found all sorts of excuses as to why we were not good enough. Funny thing though they DID finance a car for a man who had just gotten out of prison as a sex offender. Interesting.

I was in a bad spot. Feel like I was totally taken advantage off. Sold me a piece of junk that he assured me was a good car. Has been nothing but a money pit that I m stuck with now

Was closed on Saturday it was just after 1pm just missed them sign said 1st n 3rd Saturday of the month open like 9 to 1pm Monday thru Friday 830am to 530 pm so don't know much about them what vehicles seen they are high on some other had cash price which ram about 2795 n up couple the down payment wasn't to bad that runs from 1200. Up.

Never had a problem with recieving great service and a quality car for reasonable price. Most likely will be shopping with them again, if not for me, my son.
