My transmission went out and I called for a quote, Joe took my info down and said he'd call back whenever he gets it. Later on that day got a call back and set up for drop off. Says it'll take about 7 days and that was good enough for me given my tight budget. I love to the point conversations and no wishy-washy talk.

Finally a repair shop that calls the customer before starting the work! I loved the communication. They get prior approval before doing the work, to make sure the customer understands what s going on and how much it will cost.

I highly recommend! I just got back from a trip to Missouri and I thought my brakes were going bad, but it was really just me being paranoid. They double everything out for me and said everything was fine. I appreciate the honesty!!! They were also very welcoming and friendly!

I had an engine-related issue about two weeks ago that had me hesitating calling a mechanic or dealership about. A friend recommended JK&T, so after some time deliberating, I called them on a Thursday afternoon... and my car was fixed by Friday morning. Now I can't promise that everyone will get that same turnaround time, but I was so surprised and extremely glad; not only did they call me beforehand to let me know they were going to make sure everything else about my car was fine and that their fix was correct, their service was also prompt, customer service was great, and they charged me so reasonably that I told everyone in my circle about it. And all of them made a " " face! I felt cared for, and for anyone having car issues, that's key. My car has been perfectly fine since, but should it mess up again, I know where I'll take it. It shouldn't be a surprise whenever you get great service (that actually works!), but JK&T totally changed my mind. I'm so glad they're also local! Thank y'all for the help!

I have been there repeatedly to ask them to repair the heater in my car in which they are the ones who installed the parts in which 3 days later the heater quit working. I was told to bring my car back in which I did and 3 other people came in after me and their vehicles were attended to and I was told to come back in which I did the next day. This place has good mechanics but lie to you and look you right in your eyes

Awesome experience! In an industry in which so many people have just been taken advantage of.. it's great to know that there are businesses that believe in kindness, professionalism, fairness, equality, and great products. They truly care about you and the health and safety of your vehicle. I don't go anywhere else unless they tell me too.

The guy Joe there is awesome took the time to answer questions and had tires mounted and definitely going back there for an alignment would definitely go there to get major vehicle work done

They have done excellent work on not only my car but my parents as well. They are the only place we've found that does ac repairs correctly.

Joe and his coworkers are very courteous and work hard to get you what you need in a timely manner. Whenever I have a problem arise they are the first phone call I make and have a very good price along with a good reputation. I don't have to worry about them doing a good job on the vehicle or not.

Joe and his staff are great! I was able to drop off my car minutes after calling and they were able to put me right in line for maintenance. Their diagnostic fee's, as well as pricing for services, is very competitive and so reasonable. I am so happy with their service and will be using them again in the future.

Y all I can not recommend enough! They are slammed but for good reason. They got my car in and out in less than 24 hours and my ac works better now than it did before it went out! Honest about all the pricing before they even started working on the car. Can not recommend enough! I was really nervous to take my car anywhere because my husband is away but I will definitely not be nervous to take my business to these guys! Thank you so much!

Hands down this is the absolute best place to get your car fixed, tuned, maintained. Mr Joe is so friendly and gives.us great advice while understanding we are on a budget. I feel like they work on our car like they would work on their own. I had a mild concern after I had a repair once and they had me bring it in, no questions asked, and a tech took it for a.quick drive to soothe my fears. They have the best prices in town and I love supporting a local family business. You will not be disappointed here.

This shop was great. The customer service was nice and professional. Mechanics we're expedient and the work they did was good. The prices are good and don't hurt your wallet they replaced a hub bearing assembly on my truck for 1/3 of the price what an unnamed shop quoted me for. I will be returning here for future needs.

Cheapest price in town to mount and balance tires, very nice people but they did scratch my wheel. They did try and repair it with touch up paint for me, not too noticeable anymore but still not the same. Would recommend and will probably come back in the future.

I have been coming here on and off due to long waiting time (good sign right!) Yes absolutely but I was greatly disappointed earlier. I arrived at 0730 on 2 Sept 20 for service and the gentleman at the window greeted me that they dont open up at 0800 (need to update site for HOURS) and I responded by saying I'll wait till 0800 and in here for a oil change; the response was "I dont know what he has ahead of you" so I departed.Clearly this "he" is someone that handles oil changes (hint: not my first time getting service here) and how can he possibly have someone ahead of me if I was there at 0730 and their hours had changed to 0800.I'm done using JK&T.Service: Oil change

This is the go-to for me when it comes to automotive anything. Prices here are always the lowest in the area and the customer service is impeccable! Jamie, Trent and Joe really know what they're doing in there. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Good knowledgeable staff performing excellent work at extremely fair prices. I've only had 1 issue from here with how 1 job was done. However the job was done and had good results for now. I doubt you'll find anywhere more fair on their prices around this area of Georgia.

the service is insanely fast and also amazing. Those guys make you feel like family. I went in today to get 4 tires, new brakes, and my oil changed. They had it all done in about 2 hours and also worked with me because I was on a limited budget. I believe it was a man named Joel that helped me. Those guys are awesome, you will not be disappointed with the quality of work and customer service oh and prices. I quoted pretty much all of hinesville and these guys beat them and had it done quicker.

Begged them to help with a flat tire. Just to plug it or anything to get me home. Single mom with 3 babies. Crying trying get it fixed to get my kids off the bus nope said too busy. No heart or will to help. Would have paid anything. He had no care or compassion.

They came highly recommended to and now I know why, they are great! They even had a morning prayer with all the employees and customers. They fixed my tires and I didn't have to wait around all day and be given some outrageous price, awesome place with an awesome staff!

As a female I would always here that mechanics would take advantage of you. Not these guys. They were always upstanding and honest and would take time to explain what was wrong with my vehicles. I have taken my cars here for years and can recommend them to anyone. When I got married my husband faithless uses them too. They stand by their word and they are a Christian establishment.

They really helped me out when i was in need of two used tires. Service was fast and reliable. Very curteous and helpful employees there. Definitely would recommend people there and always looming forward yo going back.

Awesome service, great prices. They go out of their way to make their service center efficient. I had a flat and they changed a tire for me at the end of the day. They treated us like family.

These guys are super honest and won't belittle you for being a woman. They take every concern seriously and have saved me an insane amount of money because they are honest. This is a Christian business as well. An example of this honestly and know how is recently I had a steering problem in my car. My husband said it was nothing. Turns out one of my tires was defective and I could have wrecked with the kids in the car. They made sure I had a safe tire in the end. For an extremely reasonable price! Very thankful.

Took my truck in on a Wednesday they told me it wouldn't be until probably Monday that they could get to it which was fine I had another vehicle I could use. Got a call Friday morning that it was ready one of the guys wanted to stay late and fix it. Friendly customer service best rate in town.
