I recently purchased a new set of tires from JC Lewis Ford. On my way to work, I got a flat from a road hazard (metal piece of a scissor!). I was able to take the vehicle to the dealer the same day for replacement of the tire. Big thanks to Warren and Darrell in the Quick Lane for great service!Service: TiresService: Tires

I am always afraid of being told incorrect information when taking my vehicle to a mechanic. They sent a video link through text of the mechanic walking around the vehicle and what he saw was an issue. It was super awesome to have this happen so I know he is doing a great job. My 2007 Ford Ranger Sport was taken to the dealership for warranty repair. I discovered that the airbag needed to be replaced again from the technician at the dealership. The appointment was scheduled and the parts were placed on order. The service was performed in a timely manner.
