I wish I had read the reviews before taking my car to Hernandez Collision. I thought I was taking my car to a place where they actually fix cars . Far from the truth. I had all intentions on receiving my vehicle back but Hernandez & GEICO deemed my car a total lost. Even though the value of my car was less than the repairs. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR BACK. MELISSA is rude, no form of empathy whatsoever and overall everyone is apart of the SCAM . Total waste of time and effort. I had a decent conversation with Regina in which she was very helpful getting me in a rental but other than that I wish I had taken my car to another place maybe they would ve fixed my car. I was hit by another driving and I ve gotten nothing but a hard time !!!

Staff was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They changed the emblems on my car. The service wasn t a minute longer than than they estimated. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was performed

My car was sent from the Savannah location to the Hinesville location so the could start work immediately. A few weeks went by and I called to check on the progress. Not 100% satisfied with with the report I, called the owner and left a message. He called me back and covered every last concern I had. I went to Hernandez because they do the best work in the area. The staff are friendly and professional. What stood out most about my encounter was how the details were handled. From the minute I walked in the lobby the staff started working on getting my rental, parts list, and even calling my insurance company to let them know where the car was for the adjuster. They went to work immediately and as far as know haven't stopped yet.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

This place did an amazing job to my car. They were so helpful when I needed updates. And they were so humble and kind. Regina and Melissa were so helpful throughout all this. But I can say if you want to a great job done please be patient and thoughtful to the workers as they are very full. But I promise you it is worth it at the end. My vehicle was taken to their shop because I knew that they would repair the damages correctly. Kristine is so easy to work with and truly wants her clients to be completely satisfied. I had issues with my insurance provider that the Hernandez team helped me through. She contacted the insurance company and inform them that this vehicle was not safe to drive in a matter of minutes I had a rental car and my claim was completely underway I can not say enough wonderful things about her.Services: Body & Trim, Painting,Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible horrible horrible experience!I take my car to Hernandez collision on the Nov 21, to get some repairs done to my car. It,s now Dec 2 and they haven t even looked at it. I received no communication concerning my car and its repairs. I had to call them just to get the run around. Melissa is the one that assisted me in this process and we received a horrible customer experience. She tells Geico insurance company one thing and tells me another. She constantly lies about when my car will be looked at. I decided to cut my losses with them and Get my vehicle back they charge me 982.00. Remind you they did nothing . Stating that it was for storage an administrative fees. They stated that administrative fees as for emails an communication with Geico. Remind you I only received one email and that is today and that because I went up there and Communicated that they haven t been communicating with me. When I first Told them that I wanted my car back Melissa then stated that I had to wait until Tuesday so she could further distort more money from me. But I demanded my car back today. They didn t hold up there end of the obligation but still charge me. Never ever ever use Hernandez collision center. They are a rip off!

Regina, Kris and Melissa were amazing! Our truck was rear ended and this team ensured that all of the repairs were done correctly and no short cuts taken. They truly have the customers interest at heart, and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone. The team there were so helpful and friendly. They communicated on our behalf to the insurance agency and got our car repaired very quickly. I highly recommend them. Excellent customer service. Absolute BEST in the business hands down!! It is so hard to find honest, dependable and trustworthy repair shops, but Hernandez is all of those and more! They go the extra mile to ensure your vehicle is repaired properly and take the extra time to do it right. I am so grateful to them for repairing my vehicle and dealing with the insurance company, and the back and forth, so I didn't have to. They documented every step, took pictures, kept me updared and overall I couldn't be happier with the work, expertise and care they provided to me during a really frustrating time. While I hope to not need their services again any time soon, they have a customer for life! Thank you guys so much!

Had my vehicle serviced with Hernandez collision. I had back end damaged. Had a great experience, stuff is very knowledgeable. Ms.Melissa went above and beyond in making sure I was aware of the process step by step, thank you so much. I would definitely recommend this company for your collision needs.

Our vehicle was sent to their shop because we knew that they would repair the damages correctly. They are so easy to work with and truly want their clients to be completely satisfied. Minor damages to repair my vehicle have taken over 30 days. They have had my information for over 60 days. No one in that office can answer questions about how much longer the repairs will take. They also bought the WRONG mirror even though they said they purchased from the dealership. Do not waste your money or time at this business. I want everyone to know about this company, including Kristine and her team!! After my car was damaged in an accident, I went to Hernandez Collision in Hinesville. I have to admit, I didn't have a clue how to proceed, and it was obvious!!! So as soon as I walked through the door, Kristine came to my rescue!! She did everything!!! (Thank you for that, Kristine!!). Not to fail to mention the end result of my car!! They workmen did an outstanding job!! My car looks like new!!! I highly recommend this company!! They are the absolute best!!! Attached is a photo of my LIFETIME warranty and complimentary chocolate bar!!

Regina is the BEST!!!! She goes above and beyond for you. She is very professional, knowledgable, sweet, and prompt with assisting you. Hernandez did a absolute AMAZING job on our truck. Their work is perfection and our truck looks flawless and we could not be happier. They also had a vendor by the name of Bob recreate our custom decal and he did an AMAZING job too. This company and their services are stellar. Thank you very much Hernandez Collision and Team!

I took my vehicle to get fixed at Hernandez and never thought I would come out with having Family! Kris and Regina were so knowledgeable on every aspect of the repairs and very thorough about the repairs. The technicians fixed everything and then more. I picked my car up in much better shape then it has ever been in! I highly recommend this shop for any of your needs for your vehicle. They are honest, affordable, and do everything for you. Set up the claim, rental , repairs, and even help with diminished value. Service like this is so hard to find around this day. Thank you for everything and I will definitely use them again.

Beautiful work, timing was perfect, my car looks better than when i bought it. Kris, Regina, and Mandy are so knowledgeable about the insurance and repairs. They handled everything for me and took all the weight or concern. They fought with the insurance company to make sure my car was done right! Huge thank you to Kris and all the ladies there! My experience was a wonderful one as they assisted in helping me maneuver the many issues that arose with the insurance company. For my convienence, they made arrangements for a rental car to be delivered to me at the collision center. This business went as far as having the owner (Mr. Hernandez) spend 45 minutes with me after business hours discussing solutions to the insurance problems and providing advice on how to navigate them. Furthermore, they went above and beyond with the actual body work to the extent I was surprised how new it appeared. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone in any situation requiring mechanic/body work.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

couldn't recommend this place enough. melissa was so helpful. im pretty dumb when it comes to this kind of stuff & she talked me through everything. i loved how she didn't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing anything about my vehicle. my fiance is out of town, so i didn't know what to do. she was very quick with her responses & prices we're definitely affordable. will go back and refer people here as well

To make a very long story short I had to pay Hernandez $4700 in FEES; no parts were ordered and no repairs were done to my vehicle. My vehicle was at Hernandez for 9 DAYS. My insurance refused to cover any of these fees. Please see Yelp for the entire review. Please read the reviews and take caution. I made that mistake and it was costly.

Shop did excellent job repairing my 370Z, met and exceeded my expectations dealing with my insurance company. Only thing I didn t like is that they didn t exactly match my replaced tire with the original, same brand and tire model but it has a different tread pattern than the other 3. Also they pressure washed my engine bay - I don t like to spray water in there. Quality and customer service is there, reason why I brought my vehicle here. Best shop reviews in town.

Initial impression:The work on my vehicle has not occurred, still waiting on the insurance appraisal. However, the ladies in the office are amazing! My first phone call to their office, I was pretty much crying from all the stress of never been in an accident before. I have a service dog and needed to get him to the vet asap and they were on it with helping me get a rental within 1 hour of the vet appointment!! I don t think I could have worked that fast at getting myself a rental if I tried! They took the stress away from being in an accident. They discussed options and educated me about the process that the insurance agent had not even mentioned such as a diminished value claim, especially since my vehicle is a 2017. They are trustworthy, honest, and upfront with you. There is no beating around the bush; they tell you exactly how it is or will be. They walk you through every step and take care of the whole process. All I really needed to do was be there, stand there, breathe, and accept my rental. Everything else was taken care of. I ll update review after repairs.Update:My car was repaired. It looks and drives brand new again! They did a great job.

I was rear ended and took my car to Hernandez in Hinesville. From the moment I walked through the door, they were amazing. I have never been in an accident before and the team gave me a great confidence that I was in great hands. They handled the insurance, getting me a rental car, and ensuring I knew everything along the way! They went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe, the warranty wasn t voided and even came back nice and clean! Thank you Hinesville Hernandez team for getting my my car back.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! They don t work well with insurance companies and in the end you will pay for it. You were warned my fathers vehicle was taken there in oct it is now mid December and the vehicle still isn t fixed. They do no communicate well if you want any updates you have to physically go there and when you do pray that someone knows what s going on. Some of their fees are upwards to $8,000. Look at the negative comments you will see a pattern of behavior. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HEARTBREAK AND TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Do Not Recommend.After a collision with a deer early January at around 35 mph in my 2021 Ram 1500, lower bumper was damaged. Turned in to Hernandez Collision 17 January for repairs. Did not receive my truck until 6 May 2022. Collision center provided me with ZERO communication during the repair process, I constantly had to call/visit to get updates. Collision center present three additional supplements to USAA, the last supplement delayed receiving my truck by two weeks. In addition, the repair cost to USAA came out to over $14k and when I drove my truck off the lot the windshield wiper fluid was empty. I refilled the windshield wiper fluid reservoir, and now currently wiper fluid is spilling out of the grille because the reservoir was not even fixed.In short, terrible customer service, no communication, long/multiple delays, and terrible quality control.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff at Hernandez were beyond exceptional. They helped with all my insurance supplements that were needed to make sure my car was repaired to new condition. They went above and beyond to make sure that it was fixed properly and worked with my insurance company to ease the burden from me. If you want your repairs done right then you need to visit Hernandez Collision Center. The will make your experience less stressful. Thanks to all the staff!

10 stars!!!! First and foremost my car looks perfect, seriously PERFECT!!!!! I bought my car brand new so I had high expectations. They even detailed it for me. After my accident I got 3 recommended to go to Hernandez, so I expected good service , but what I got in return left me speechless. This God sent woman names Regina is AMAZING!!!! She did everything, all I had to do was show up. She filed the claim, made a reservation for a rental car. Had them come pick me up for the bodyshop, and kept me informed the entire process. And just reassured me that everything would be ok. She even informed me of additional things to do when your car is in an accident. The entire Hernandez team was friendly, polite, and extremely helpful.

Great Experience! Mrs. Spurgeon was welcoming and knowledgeable. They took great car of my BMW! They also handled the entire process with the insurance company down to reserving my rental car and returning it for me. My car looks Great, like new! I am well pleased with the work done

Excellent service from the time i walked in the door to the time i got my vehicle back looking newer than before.. Extremely professional, Kris and Regina bent over backwards to make sure i was taken care of completely. From helping with the claim set up, to the rental, to handling everything with the insurance company to make sure i was handled righT, to even connecting my new phone to my car for bluetooth and GPS to work - months after i had picked up my car! Kris spent over an hour helping me when Nissan wanted to charge me $150.00 and metro refused to help!!! I owe you so much Kris!These ladies have so much knowledge of everything from insurance to repairs. These two ladies treated me like i was their family and, family takes care of each other. Four words extraordinary, exceptional, expeditious and welcoming. The service from Hernandez speaks for themselves. When you first walk in you can sense a trustworthy environment and outstanding customer service. Besides the warm feeling the work speaks loudly. I hate that my family and I are moving I don t ever think I will get the same experience that had received nowhere else. When I received my vehicle back it looked brand new. My truck was detailed on the inside to match the outside, making my vehicle looking like a show room car. One stop Hernandez! I can t think you enough. I can go on and on, but you have to see for yourself and I promise you would not want to go anywhere else.

After another shop told me they were too big for my personal job I came to Hernandez hoping they were not the same. Even though the job I was requesting to have done wasn t a very large one, the staff Hernandez Collision Center treated me as if I was having the whole vehicle repainted. Everyone was polite and helpful and went above and beyond to answer questions, provide info and take care of me. My job took about 1 day to complete and even during that short time span the Hernandez staff called me multiple times to update me on the progress and to go over options to get the exact color right. My biggest worry was having the color matched correctly and again, the staff knocked it out of the park. I was given multiple options to choose from for paint color and even though my vehicle wasn t there to match while the parts were being painted, the staff relied information to their painter about my color to get it to match as best as possible. The end result came out better than I expected, pricing was fair and reasonable and overall experience was above satisfactory. If I ever need more auto body work done I will be going to Hernandez before all others and referring others to them as well.
