I was stuck on post because my van died on me, called them up & they were there in a jiffy. After charging my battery & seeing that it was low on coolant, I was told to bring it to the shop & they'll take care of it right away. I'm here now & they took it straight to the back. Couldn't be in better hands.

Took my car in for brake and rotor issues. I didn't even have an appointment but they got my vehicle repaired within a few hours and slightly discounted my charges. Great experience with them. Professional and seemingly honest folk.

I recenty had my vehicle repaired by this excellent business, and I must say that I am highly impressed by their great efficiency, honesty, services, and product. Receiving big dealership quality from small business is awesome. So happy with pricing, and the representative was curtious and helpful, and they did a wonderful job! *****

Still waiting patiently for car repair to be completed but I know it's on Nissan Dealership and not this establishment. I'm always updated on progress and situations by a phone call. Great place to get a repair done.

When choosing a mechanic you look for three things, quality of work, price, and speed of repairs. The problem is you will never find all three in any mechanic. Fast hands give you some of the best quality of repairs. You will not get the cheapest of prices but you will also not over pay. There prices are fair. As for speed they are not fast and are horrible at answering their phones but this is due to the amount of people who go to them for their quality service and fair prices. So if you have a few days to wait want a fair price and for it to be done right the first time fast hands is the place to go.

It s a friendly warning Dont go here. You will pay for a service and end up paying someone else to fix the issues they created because they Dont have the ability to do skilled work. No response needed from management.

My fianc� had his car here for repairs. They decided to throw in a storage fee without letting us know in the first place. Last minute picking it up, we were told there s almost $400 owed for storage that was never mentioned in any verbal way nor written way and we don t see anything that says there is a storage fee. Not only that but they kept pushing the date back to when it would be fixed.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING THERE!!!!!!!Absolute worst place in Hinesville. If, I could give no stars I would. They rip people off and do not honor their warranty agreements. My husband and I had our AC system in our 2003 Ford Focus replaced which cost $650, during the repair I got numerous phone calls from the receptionist Sherri (who no longer works there) saying how my car is a split year and they purchased the wrong parts which made the price fluctuate multiple times until they finally settled on $650. I picked my car up 1 week later and the AC worked perfectly. My husband was in the field and the car sat in a parking lot for a week and a half after I got it until my husband got out of the field and he told me the car had NO AC. Upset, I went to fast hands to see what was going on and they told me that a PEBBLE broke one of the tubes that apparently was the only tube not replaced all the freon leaked out and the only way to fix it would be to replace that tube. I reassured the receptionist that we did not go off roading in our little Ford Focus and that a pebble could not have done that damage to conveniently the only piece that was not replaced and under warranty. About a week or two later my husband went back and they showed him a COMPLETELY different piece that they claimed is where the issue came from. We decided to cool down for a few months because we were upset and frustrated with the BS they were telling us. Reluctantly we went back to address the issue and the new receptionist was a sweet heart and we felt comfortable she would make this situation right. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and asked for them to do a wheel alignment and after the alignment to do a break check.It took hours for someone to finally get back to me regarding the status of my car, when they finally did the once sweet receptionist said that she chose to not do the alignment because they found so many issues during the break check that would cost us $400 and it should be done before the alignment. My husband and I went back to pick up our car and were charged $40 for a brake assessment, although we were NEVER TOLD of any charge and they took it upon THEMSELVES to not do the original work that was asked to be done which was the wheel alignment and charge us because she chose to not do it through them. I STILL have NOT received any communication regarding fixing the AC system which the sweet receptionist herself said was highly unlikely to have been damaged by a PEBBLE and it is about a month and a half from when we asked them to make right of the situation. Side note: After my car got the brake assessment a strange noise starting coming from my car that my new HONEST AND HELPFUL mechanic stated was because they did not tighten the bolts enough and left a piece out and all the other issues did not need to be addressed at all for only $160. My husband and I plan on NEVER using this company again and we can care less about fixing our AC system through them because we would rather pay a company who deserves the money make that repair. There is so many other things that were said, but I've already written a book. Please be careful and in my opinion and from my experience do not go because they have horrible customer service and I truly believe they slashed the tube and broke it while they were fixing it.

I would give no star if possible.Terrible business experience with the owner of Fast Hands Automotive.We purchased a used customized golf cart from them that was defective.Before the sale, we test drove the cart and noticed that the speaker system wasn t working and the golf cart was driving at a slower than normal pace, and we were told that the batteries were just not charged enough and we took their word for it.At the time of sale, we were told nothing was wrong with the golf cart.As advertised, it was a 2012 club cart with batteries less than a year old, and a speaker system that works.Once home and fully charged, the cart still didn t perform properly. We figured to call a golf cart technician. The golf cart was then inspect. It was noted that the golf cart was a 2007 ( not 2012), with batteries that are 4 years old and were dead ( not less than one year old). Also, the wiring of all the electronics was done improperly and could have posed a fire hazard if triggered.This added up to over a $1000 of repair on a cart that we were told had no problems. And now we are trying to get in contact with them and they are totally ignoring our phone calls and text messages.We are very disappointed with their business and I would not recommend doing business with them.

If i could give them 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional doesn't answer the phone when its regarding your vehicle. They never fixed my vehicle and had it over 4 months. I had to pay almost 700 to get my car and they did nothing but take my oil pan out

Fast. Vehicles have always been done same day or finished by next day. Had three great experiences followed by one bad one. Had new rotors and brakes and certain suspension components replaced. Realized the day after that the brakes weren't working at all. Brought it up there, and they said the car was missing a bolt that the technician forgot to reinstall and the brake fluid drained. They then proceeded to charge me for it. Not my fault the young guy didn't do his job right, why should I have to pay. Not bringing my vehicles here anymore.

WISH I COULD put 0 stars! took my car in and said I was told I needed a high pressure hose replacement they gave price and sent me on my way.Went to pick up my car was told high pressure hose didn t need to be replaced but they did it anyway bc that s what I told them to replace so after I explained to them that i myself am not a mechanic I was just told that s what I needed HE HIMSELF proceeds to take me to my car point out what was actually WRONG then tells me HE isn t even a mechanic at this point I m frustrated and pay out 300$ For my car to still have no power steering!! Stuff missing on the vehicle as tools and then no one knows what happened with the stuff. Then try to make me look as I'm trying to make them look bad, as is my responsability the stuff in the car so If I need to be worry of leaving stuff in my vehicle I guess we cannot trust them. Integrity failure.

Very unprofessional. Fast hands but they don t get the job done. We brought my car with a minor problem and left with a bigger problem when I called to let them know the lady I spoke to was very disrespectful trying to tell me it was my fault and I would have to pay even more money to get it fixed worst place I ve ever been to. Don t waste your time or money.

Worst experience, have a company with various trucks, left one of the trucks for service, first service was not good and a saw, drill, truck hitch, including other tools from the truck where literaly stolen. Nobody knows on their business what happened with the tools. How we can trust in businesses like this one? We can't, for sure they give a meaning to their name "Fast Hands"... not recommended please go somewhere else.Service: Engine repair

Great clean environment great technicians well-mannered technicians friendly service condiments that are inside Coldwater coffee machine nice televisions to watch and last but not least the technician at the window will explain to you all the information on their plans and options that they have available next they will explain to you the parts and components that are pretty much bad are you having problem with on your car then they will ... either repair the component or replace it with the new one

DO NOT GO THERE My four hour job repair turned into them having my car for 9days. Until I got fed up and took my car from them. I m currently looking for someone to complete the job it was a nightmare come true taking my car to them...
