I love this place. I came to get some coolant because all I was putting in my car was water and the guy who worked there his name is Mike he came and told me what was goin on and helped me a great deal! He put the coolant, oil, and power steering in my car (which is not their job) Made my day. Will always come here

I broke down today and ended up on eg miles and the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable until my son could come help fix my car issues. Carlos the mgr. Never left my sons side and the staff made sure we had the tools available to help us out of our situation. It was very cold but they stuck with us i will be forever grateful to all 3 gentlemen for their concern and assistance. Always happy to find businesses who help their customers in a tough spot. They deserve all thats good.

Orlando was so amazing and super sweet when he helped me out to find the right part for my car, but also bc he showed me how if I spent just a little bit more , I could get lifetime replacements when they wore out! Awesome sweet gentleman! Thank you Orlando!

Quite possibly the best experience I have had with a business in hinesville since I've been here. My car battery was giving me trouble and the last place I went to did not have it in stock. I came to this store and was immediately greeted and welcomed to a professional and wonderful customer service experience. Alan was helping customers get what they needed and taken care of with expert precision. He never failed to great a customer as they arrived, and he always made sure to follow up and multitask flawlessly. His charisma and character was refreshing and it made me feel like anyone who visits here will leave in a better mood. Highly recommend this location. I will be going out of my way to come here if I need anything automotive related in the future. 5 Stars.

The clerk (I didn't get his name) was very helpful as he had been in the past. He may be the manager and was training other salesmen. Instead of merely saying that the item was on isle 2, he went to the isle and showed me the various products. This personal service was nice and might help someone unfamiliar with auto products. Great customer service!

They were able to change my car battery for me right away, there was no wait. It looked like the technician changing it was in training, but another technician was watching over to make sure everything was done right. They were both very polite and did a great job; thank you for the fast and friendly service!!

The staff here was extremely helpful when I was having battery issues. They even went so far to inform me I could still use my warranty rather than encouraging me to buy a new one from there.

Store was clean, items were sorta easy to find. There were 2 men there, 1 who was a young man (which wore a cap) he was outstanding he helped me a (woman) greatly, he gets 5 stars. But the 2nd time I went there an older man was there who was very rude, when I asked him about our points, he said just said look the website, which I myself am an older woman and not very good with this technology, and tried to ask him if he could write down where & what I need to do, and he said to me, just go to advance auto website and look for it, he gets 1 stars. I don't know why he works there if he is not willing to help. If he was having bad day he should not have taken it out on me. See I was only person in store, except for 1 other that the young man was helping.

I went to the store to buy oil change for my camaro and the person that helped me was a tall big guy that speaks spanish, maybe puerto rican. I bought two promo specials, oil+filter, 10 quarts. After i paid i noticed inonoy had 1 filter and i asked him for the other one and he said he olny found one. So he tells me this after i paid, he could not said anything before i paid. He did the same thing couple months ago, back when i had a different camaro that only takes 8 quarts instead of 10. That time i asked him for the filter and he said he forgot about it. So my question is, Is he raking advantage of promos to keep items for himself? What's going on in here auto parts. Check your employees.

Love advance auto. Always great parts at great prices and if they don't have what I need it takes less than a week to get it, usually about 24-48 hrs. Would have gave 5 stars but this store in particular is generally staffed with one or two people and is always a wait. Sometimes I go in and there is no one at the counter, I have to yell to the back just to get service.

Stop by Advance Auto Parts in Hinesville GA for all your car care needs( 436 E G Miles)and ask to speak with Carlos..Really nice gentleman, friendly and knowledgeable. He will take care of you.

Amazing customer service. When I walked in one employee was helping someone with their car outside, and helped ringing us out as soon as he was done. Super friendly too.

Excellent service! These guys really go above and beyond. Most are retired military and it shows in their professionalism. Especially appreciate Cliffords help with my battery replacement.
