If you're military do not come here because you'll be left with future bills and you'll have no ability to follow up with these guys. This location might work for those that live here with longevity but if your military and you move you could be like us out the exact amount we paid, almost 4 years to the day, to have the whole work done again in another state. All pictures are included. The hand written receipt comes from Williams and Sons. The computer receipt is what we just paid last night after having the whole turbo system replaced even though the work was "done" 4 years ago. Pictures are the turbo that was taken out yesterday that was supposedly done by Williams and Sons. The only redacted info was our personal line items and the face of the new mechanic shops employee. I don't believe in making false statements so I'm putting the facts to speak for themselves. If we can save one person all the money we're now out by sharing our experience than something good can come from this heartbreaking situation.

Hands down best auto care you'll find for many miles around. BILL is a very smart, honest, hardworking mechanic with EXTENSIVE knowledge on all cars. Make model year, you name it he could take it apart and put it back together no sweat. Hes always going above and beyond to make sure your car is running right and theres not a single thing he'll do without first telling you why. Hes NEVER out to get your money or pull a fast one on you. If you're questioning it, take my word for it you wont be disappointed with the service at WILLIAMS AUTOMOTIVE. Never experienced a more honest mechanic service. The price you pay is 110% worth it.

Only mechanic I will go to. Always honest, fairly priced and super friendly guys! In 15 years I have never had a bad or negative experience with Williams Automotive. They always get the job done correctly. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a local mechanic you can depend on.

One of the best mechanics in Augusta/Hepzibah area. I find the owner to be honest and forthright when it comes to my vehicle. Timely repairs with absolutely no complaints. He may be a little expensive, but you get what you pay for and it's well worth it. This is the ONLY repair shop that can touch my suburban... period.

I'm usually wary of 5 star reviews, but Bill is honestly the best auto mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Bill is extremely skilled at identifying and fixing automotive problems! He's outstandingly honest and will show you what was wrong, unlike other auto shops that will just do a bunch of stuff and let you assume that everything really needed to be done. Bill is an enormous wealth of automotive knowledge and experience and freely shares his knowledge with anyone who will listen. He fixed up a lemon of a car I bought from a dealer and now it drives like new and gets better MPG then it had probably seen in years. By far the best mechanic I've seen yet!

I loved the past service but now things have changed at Williams Automotive, I'm beginning to see what other people have said, I took my mom's GMC Envoy there and they worked on it, charged me $1,500. After driving it I noticed that it was acting funny, called them and was told to bring it back now the problem (same problem) is the transmission that they don't work on. I was told that I couldn't get a refund because it was fixed (only for a hour or two). It's court time, I don't want to but some things have to be done.

Can be a bit pricey, but I have no issue paying for quality. Mr. Williams has been my go-to mechanic with multiple cars and has kept it straight. I'd recommend this shop to anyone, especially if you have an old school car you want to keep and have running like new.

In the past I had bad experiences with mechanics and them not knowing what was wrong with my vehicles. Since I started doing businesses with Billy my experiences have been great. He has been the only one to have been able to figure out what was wrong with my truck. Now I will not take my car to another mechanic again.

Bill and his crew offer nothing less than complete customer satisfaction! These gentlemen know cars like the back of there hand. They ensure to give you a thorough diagnosis of your vehicle before they begin the repair and will explain the technical jargon of why the issue was caused and how to remedy the issue. There knowledge of all makes and models makes that auto shop an asset to the community providing a better option for auto care.

Every person here is very honest. I am not from around here and when I was looking for a reliable mechanic I was recommended to them. I have not had one bad experience with anyone here, they are friendly, straight to the point, and will not give you the run around on any job that may be needed for your car. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Always great service. I have been dealing with this shop for 13 years now and I have no complaints. They have rebuilt two engines for me and the vehicles run fine. Great customer service where I'm treated like part of the family!!!

This place is at the top of my list when it comes to service and more so when it come to adding performance and upgrades. No matter which modifications your vehicle already have, Williams Automotive can safely and accurately tune your vehicle to the best performance and highest horsepower possible.

Rebuilt my 350 in my 81 El Camino and has been running great every since. I still drive from Atlanta for any service wouldn t trust anyone else with my car.

I only take my vehicles to Williams , I,m very particular about who works on them. I can say they are truly good people. God keep on bless them, they are a blessing.

I went to this place for minor engine repairs and my engine had to be replaced two weeks later. I would not have thought anything about this, but I ran into an old friend there and he had the same exact thing happen. To me this place seems to do something to help the engines they work on to tear them up. I could be wrong, but I'm not chancing it.

Look this guy knows what he's doing.. great work on my SRT hellcat changed my coil pack identified problem in less than 5 hours..and that was just his son ....the dealer wanted to rape me in costs and they didn't even know what was wrong ..this dude deserves 10 stars if I could give it to him

I have 7 vehicles and my boss turned me on to them with his company Dark Horse limousine and that's where he sends all his vehicles and he has 15 vehicles so you spend your money at Williams is missing money right and you don't go spend it one time..

Brought my truck in to have drive shaft carrier bearing fixed. He didn't replace it only replaced the cover, now the truck is undrivable. Thanks a lot!
