Randy and the staff is always really nice and helpful. I've had to stop in without an appointment and they have always taken good care of my car.I've had tires repaired, brakes done,and an oil change. They will check engine lights for you.Their prices are reasonable and I support their local business. I highly recommend them for their flexibility and integrity.

Came here twice with 2 different vehicles and both times were reasonable and time managed without keeping my vehicles all week. But no more than two days for a radiator replacement for one of my vehicles.

Great customer service and mechanic work. Its good to know that your vehicle mechanical needs have been repaired and tires changed at reasonable prices. Give them a try.

Staff was friendly and needed an oil changed. Didn t need no appointment for my car. I would recommend this shop to a friend/family who need work on there car.

I call these guys yesterday to see if I needed to make an appointment or not. And I didn't need to. Very friendly on the phone. I got there and was able to get everything done on my car I wanted at a very reasonable price. The service was great. I had not been in several years prior because of the folks that operated before seemed a bit shady and overpriced. But the folks running now are really jam up and did a fantastic job I'm very happy with the work they did. Thank you very much keep up the good work. Honest and fair pricing will definitely bring you more customers. Good luck.

Quality is close, convenient, and quick. I love that I can come in and get an oil change and not have to wait all day. Their prices are reasonable as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Quality Tire & Lube.

Came in with nails in a tire and no appointment. They immediately pulled my van in, jacked it up, removed the tire, removed 2 nails, patched the holes and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. A+++ service.

I want to first start this off saying they didnt work on my car and thats what has caused this issue. I called ahead and asked if they would work on my car even though the car has wheel spacers. I was assured it wasn't an issue and they'd take my business. I show up and they check me in like normal. After about 45 mins they looked at my car and tell me that they in actually won't change my tires because of the 10mm wheel spacers I have. I told them that the spacers are not an issue and that my car has been upgraded to handle the spacers so nothing would happen. I then said if something were to happen I wouldn't blame the shop for the spacers. The spacers on my car are very minor and wouldn't cause any issues what so ever and I have upgraded studs and lugs just in case there would ever be an issue. I completely understand that company policies exist and they don't want to put a customer out in a risky situation but after explaining in detail on the phone about the spacers and what to expect them saying yes then making me wait while I was there just to turn me around is infuriating. They were one of two shops that said they would take me and i choose to go here at first because of a recomendation from my brother. It felt like these guys and a few other shops just didn't want to be bothered with me car and turned me around. I know better now than to think to come here again. The shop took me in no issues and no hassle. Overall I can't recommend this shop due to how poorly they handled this situation.

Poor communication, poor repair completion, average prices. They had my vehicle for weeks. They fixed some issues but caused more problems that did not exist prior. They did not test drive the vehicle after repair and they charged me for work that they did not complete. (I could have lived with everything else but not that). Had to take to another garage to fix their mistakes.

Needed my transportation to work fixed. 1 week and $300+ after they ve had it they realize it s a completely different $500+ problem. I ll have spent close to a $1000 and 2 weeks without a vehicle when it should have been $500 if they d known what the real problem was.Also should have test drove vehicle, problem is very obvious.

Did great job on my truck. Good about calling and giving me updates on what had been fixed what needed to be fixed and an estimated time they should done. Very affordable!!
