First time ever to a Jiffy Lube, and I was very impressed with the efficiency of the operation. These folks know what their doing. You don't even get out of your vehicle. I received a military discount. It's a bit more pricey than I expected, but I did get the synthetic blend. I also didn't have cleanup and disposal to contend with.

Workers were very respectful, friendly and professional. In and out .no long wait time and they checked everything thoroughly. Great Job! My spot to go to when I need an oil change.

The staff was friendly and not super pushy with add ons. They told me all my options before providing service. They got me in and out super fast with no wait. I had my kids with me so that was great!

I used to love Jiffy Lube, Tobacco Rd. They do a very thorough job without taking forever. This last visit, my check engine light suddenly came on after the oil change. The crew looked, searched, made phone calls, etc. until they finally corrected the problem, the filter clamps weren't snapped securely. Also, they claimed they didn't have the oil that I normally get, but they did happen to have a more expensive oil available. On top of that, they charged me an additional $20 because my vehicle takes 6 quarts of oil. I have no idea why the extra charge this time. I have never been charged this in the past. I'm sure my "oil tank" didn't stretch or grow. I noticed that there was a whole new crew. After all these years, I didn't recognize not one person. They looked confused, lost, still in training. I didn't leave feeling safe and secure. I may have to start going elsewhere.Service: Oil change

They are super fast and friendly! I was asked if I wanted my coolant reservoir filled and declined. Upon checking my receipt, I saw I had been charged for the service anyway. I drew this to their attention and since I already paid for it, I had them fill it. No harm no foul.

The people at this Jiffy lube are great. I've been getting my vehicles serviced there since it opened. Oil changes, tire rotation, transmission service all done well. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

I usually go there to get my oil change and tires rotated. Just seems difficult to communicate with them because sometimes they don't rotate my tires and say I'm all good that's not the case. I went there the other day and they did not clean up the oil from removing the oil filter which is all over and unease my truck

To expensive!!! They never gave me the option and I didn t know I had one they charged me 108 dollars just for a oil change I will never go back looking for some thing new before my next oil change

I had a tire leak, which was identified very quickly. Getting a quote took a little longer. After accepting the quote, the real wait began, lol. It took about an hour and a half to complete service. However, techs were extremely polite and courteous!Service: TiresService: Tires

I was most impressed by their level of communication through out the whole process. They moved as a team and double checked everything. They offered the pricing up front and allowed me to choose, with no pressure. They moved quickly, effectively, and efficiently and I was in and out within about 30-40 minutes. Firstly, they responded promptly when I called ahead with questions. When we got there the service was very fast. There was only one car in front and they got them up and out pretty quickly.
