Yes, the charger is similar to the one we have at home, aka slow. However, the hotel that has the charger it s very accommodating, hospitable, and it s a 10 minute walk to the main road. The hotel will give you a ride most of the way. Be glad you have a place you can get some energy and move on.

The charger belongs to the Valhalla hotel. They are very welcoming, just have some patience, and be grateful there is a place to charge. My hotel suggested I charge my car into the outlet in the garage, with no cables or anything. So not really an option. We are very grateful for Valhalla hotel.

Tesla destination charger only emits 8kw. The charge point one doesn t work. Town has limited chargers so this is about as good as it gets. I suggest if you need a charger to go back home later, come here during the day and leave it for a few hours. Our model 3 will take 4hr to charge to 97% from 30%.

The Tesla destination charger is not active and the other charger works but is way in the back in hotel only entrance. Hard to find.

There s a gate to the community, they let you pass BUT confusing where it s located. Never found it and turned around.
