11-23-22 Thanksgiving) Nice quiet place by the water. Downtown was already beautifully decorated for Christmas . Went for after dinner walk and town was full of people/families eating, drinking hot drinks, taking pictures of Christmas decorations and generally having fun! Third time going and would love to go back.Rooms: The cabin we were in slept 5 and had 2 bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a bedroom (twin beds) upstairs with a bathroom. It also had a sofa bed. It was nice and roomy, we didn't feel closed in or cramped.Nearby activities: The office had an assortment of games and other sports type equipment that can be checked out during your stay. Tennis rackets/balls basketball , board games etc...Walkability: The cabin we were in was close to town. It was an easy walk down town and back. (Wear a good pair of walking shoes )

Resort is clean but old but great location.Not a whole lot to do during the winter months. Located 1.25 miles from outlet mall if you are into shopping.Noteworthy details: Good food and a safe environment.

The location is great in Helen. Perfect for day trips around the region and some Oktoberfest fun at night. The rooms need serious updating as the 80s called and wanted their design back.Nearby activities: The town is good for a 1/2 day excursion at best but Unicoi and Anna Ruby Falls are very close, Tallulah falls and Brasstown Bald (and other places) are a close drive and easy to get to.Walkability: The town of Helen is very walkable (and recommended during Oktoberfest).

I have been visiting for over 30 years, I love this resort, it has 2 pools, one heated, hot tub, exercise room. The place is very clean, have a walking trail, club house and is very close to downtown Helen. There are several restaurants nearby.Nearby activities: There are several great places to see, great shows and bars.

This is an amazing place. It has 2 swimming pools, one inside and one outside. It also has a sauna, hot tub, linen exchange, grills, and a laundry mat. It is set on the Chattahoochee River. The fishing is fantastic. If you want to do more. You are within walking distance to beautiful Helen, GA. There are tons more to do in Helen and the surrounding area.

Great place as we have been owners here for over 40 years. Excellent location and very nice grounds. Lots of activities are offered as well. One complaint the queen beds in the main bedroom. These things are BARELY a queen and should ve been changed out a long time ago. There is plenty of room in the room for a king bed. It s WAY PAST time to update.

This place is a family vacation dream! It is so cute and clean! It is like a woodsy cabin theme inside. It has kitchen and enough beds for the whole family. We love the on-site playground and you can even wade in the river. Across the street is a water slide and tubing center. There are restaurants within walking distance. There are different units above or below you so the sounds of footsteps was the only thing I didn t like. But it s no big deal. There is a beautiful porch overlooking the river so you can relax while having breakfast. I will definitely come back when we stay in Helen again.

This place is horrible. Dirty and needs many repairs. When we told them about how dirty *sheets were not changed) all they said was, it's hard to get help that will work. Seriously? You give an excuse? It would not allow me to leave a review on their site so I went through our timeshare RCI who actually listed this as a silver star. I actually think this staff at most places in this town hate people, they sure aren't friendly.

We absolutely love the area. Our room was nice and clean. Only thing is we had another family came in half way thru our stay that sounded like a herd of elephants above us.

Lovely location in Helen right on the river. An easy walk to most businesses in townNice unit with fireplace, fair sized kitchen and loft for kids. Bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. The rustic feel is perfect for the setting.Our unit had a balcony looking out right onto the river.There is a very nice outdoor pool close to the river and an indoor hot tub and exercise facility by the office.All in all a relaxing, nicely appointed place to stay while exploring the area's many attractions.

At first I was a bit disappointed there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker or dish soap, but the lady at the office was very nice and got it taken care of. I enjoyed the exercise room and the jacuzzi. There was also a nice covered Pavilion by the river that had multiple barbeques. The unit had a loft and there were reclining chairs upstairs and in the living room. The unit had a nice cozy feel and we enjoyed our stay.

The location is great! Close to the main strip, and tubing spots. The rooms have an old late 80's, early 90's design scheme, but are very clean and comfortable. The mattress was a bit old, as I sunk in to it when I went to bed the first night. The second night I flipped the mattress, and it was a bit better. I will definitely stay there again, though. Good value for the money.

If you are in the area, this is a nice place. Super amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, children s playground, weight room, sauna and games available. Grounds are well maintained, however interiors of units are dated and in need of upgrade, but functional. Convenient to all town of Helen. 5 to 20 minute walk covers end to end of this Bavarian style town.

My parents have owned at this property for well over 20 years. This is my second time visiting. Both times we had a really great time. The condos are clean and well-maintained. The management and staff are all exceptionally friendly. If you're looking for a place to stay in Helen, I definitely recommend it.

Overall nice facilities with decent amenities. My family has been going for almost 30 years and the rooms have not aged well. Furniture isnt very comfortable, but I suppose most people go into town and don't stay in the room. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils which helps keep the costs of food down. Indoor heated pool.

We loved our stay Loreley. The staff was friendly, thoughtful, and very helpful. The room was clean and plenty big for our needs. We had 4 adults and 3 children. The location was close to the attractions of Helen. We drove because of the cold, but we cloud have walked to most things if we had wanted to.

My grandparents are members here! We have came for years and since I was little. Love the river view and everything about the place. It has always been a tradition to go up the week after Christmas. Love all the amenities and pool too! Highly recommend this place!

Have been an owner for 20 years and have been coming annually for another 10+ as my mother was the previous owner. She bought it to share with my kids and now I share with theirs. It is a quaint location that has provided many activities and amenities for kids and adults to enjoy. It has provided a great location for many day trips for AT and waterfall hiking, swimming, tubing, sightseeing and in town food and shopping. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The friendly and curteous staff has always been attentive to any needs. Over the years it has felt very much like a second home that we always look forward to returning to.

My niece got married here, and the condo her husband, fiance at the time got for us bridesmaids was beautiful comfortable enough for most of us to stay and sleep and get ready the next day, is getting the bride ready then ourselves was the best experience bc we got those few extra minutes and glimpses of nerves and excitement before the I dos. The staff were very nice and accommodating, just a short walk to the river, it was beautiful!!! Confusing like a maze in some places hard to find, but worth the confusion.

Great resort! Close to town and walking distance from a lot of different activities! Great place to stay with family. Indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, laundry, small game room, etc. Condos were very nice, loved the balconies! Right by the river, basketball court, tennis court...plenty to do, it's hard to list it all! We really took advantage of everything they had to do!
