$10 daily for regular passenger vehicles. Cash or card using your tag number, place receipt visibly on your dash. seems to be no attendant.

My debit card was compromised at this parking lot. Don t use the machine. I lost$100 from some idiot playing poker with my card information. 9/14/23

Despite being a fairly safe, prime parking lot for Helen workers given it s right behind the main strip there are only a pinch of reserved spots for Helen workers, that shop owners pay full price for. Whenever there ARE empty spaces available, Helen workers still have to pay the full rate, which is $10.00 every day now. How the City of Helen allowed this to happen is beyond me, but mark my words: I AM going to get to the bottom of this.

$10 to park on New Years Day (observed) and the parking lot was unmanned. A car parked behind us boxing us in. The staff we called was no help. Luckily public works across the street helped us. Will make other arrangements next time

Do you need for your car to not be in motion, but you're also not at your house, and you don't want to be rear ended, and you have $10 burning a hole in your pocket like a lit sparkler?! Then, this place is for you!

Plenty of spaces to choose from and was pretty open. It was a weekday though. Right in the center of town.

The parking lot attendant was awesome! He was very friendly and courteous. And to the people saying 5.00 is expensive...come to Gatlinburg, TN where I'm from and you'll have a whole new respect for just paying 5.00 to park...

Had spots both Thursdays and Fridays while we were in Helen on the week of Oktoberfest. $10 for all day parking.

This is where we always park when coming to Helen. The price is good and the folks running the lot are very nice.
