They were very fast to diagnose my issue and they were super nice and helpful. They're knowledgeable and more than willing to help their customers, going above and beyond to make sure people are taken care of. I highly recommend this shop.

Very friendly and quote was way cheaper than the dealership. The part came and didn t have all the parts so they sent it back and what I thought would be a two week repair was done in 4 days including quote, ordering parts, reordering and repair. The people are wonderful and I had the best experience there. I live about 2 hrs away when my cars engine went out. After troubleshooting they told me that it was my 4th cylinder and they could replace the engine with a used one. However with the car being as old as it was I chose to not. They were wonderful and only charged me a diagnostic fee even though I am sure they spent a good chunk of time on the vehicle. If you are ever in the area and need a mechanic I would recommend completely.

Charlie and the folks at Turk are amazing! They help my get my F-150 back in great condition. They replaced my exhaust manifold, turbos, and emergency brake system. They also did a lot of rust removal on the under carriage. Runs awesome and they were super helpful. Excellent communication! Very friendly and honest. They will always take care of you. If you have problems with your vehicle , Let Turk Automotive do the work... As long as Turks Automotive is open they will have my business. 100% stand behind there work. Over the past year we have had three different vehicles, Tahoe, Tacoma, Acura RDX, serviced and repaired at Turk Automotive. The team quickly identified the problems and worked in a timely fashion to get us back on the road and happy! The owner stood behind the repairs and when a problem arose with a noise after we had a rear end repair we were taken care of at no charge under the original estimate. The work performed here is quality work at a fair price! We are so happy we found a reputable automotive repair shop that takes pride in their work and cares for their customers. Owner (Mr. Ronnie) and staff are super friendly. I need some work done on my vehicle and had many questions, Mr Ronnie was patient and took the time to explain and answered my questions and when I dropped it off they were gracious enough to get me home!!

Took my car to get the doughnut gasket fixed. I was told my oil sending unit was leaking & air filters needed to be replaced. I was quoted a ridiculous amount for these repairs. I didn't ask for any of these things to even be checked & was charged $150.00 for them to look at these things. My doughnut gasket was not replaced nor any repair done at all. Guess because you think women don't know about cars you can tip them off. I however do know about cars. Don't recommend them t all.

Been knowing Ronnie Turk as far back as I can remember. His dad very reputable in engine building & experienced in round track racing. Ronnie' humorous ways & that grin he's got & all the experience from his dad, plus what he has gained in knowledge, makes for a reputable bussines / shop & seems to have some good help. Hell, look how busy he is. That ought to tell you something right there! I remember some Sunday afternoons riding in that ole brown step side, w/ that hot motor in it. I recall one mudbog we all went to. He remembers my brother that passed away & all the street racing, means a lot to me!

Fixed air conditioning on my car . Took it for a second opinion found out they broke stuff on my car just by charging the a/ c . They bent and broke the low side line. How do I know well either they broke it or lied about charging it. Rip off,

I was having trouble with my 1996 Chevy Silverado p/up, and a friend told me about Turk Auto, saying they were friendly and trustworthy, I took my truck there, my friend was right, They were courteous, and friendly and made me feel special, and even took me home, they called me with the repair price, and came and picked me up when the truck was ready and took me back to the shop, from now on when the truck gets sick, I'll call Turk!
