Had to give the company a call for a failed jack. Within 15min Mr. Keith came out and had us going within 20 min of showing up on the roadside. Thanks again for the quick and excellent southern hospitality service.

My son's car stopped running in Marshallville GA and at first I wasn't panicked because we had AAA. Thank goodness for Hope at Hawkinsville Collision and Towing! She was beyond amazing. Where others wanted to cut time and just jump the car (which wasn't working)...Hope said "let me send a full tow truck just in case to make sure your son is safe". As a mom, that meant the world to me. Thank you Hawkinsville Collision and Towing for treating my son like family.

Blown away after today's experience with Hawkinsville Collision and Towing. We are from North Carolina traveling to Florida and got a flat on the way. Customer Service was top tier! They communicated every inch of the way making sure to let us know how far out they were and if there were any delays. Terrance and Brandon were professional, friendly and very positive. They made our situation stress free and helped us find the closest tire shop. Thank you for such kind, and professional service. You don't find good service like this often.

I recently used Hawkinsville for a tow. The customer service I received from the entire staff was impeccable. Terrence was my driver. The rapport was built from the first hello. Jeanie in the office had a very pleasant voice as well. I will utilize and recommend Hawkinsville Collision & Towing for all my future vehicle moves! I only wish you had a mechanics shop. Thanks for everything!!!

I had a flat tire on my car and call this service to get my car tow. As soon as Mr.Brandon got here there to pick up my car he got straight to work less than 15 minutes my car was hooked and ready to go. My car was secured and safely transported to where it needs to go. Thank you Mr.Brandon!!!

Got locked out of my rental car and Will was there in less than 10 minutes. I think it took him longer to get there than to rescue my keys. Polite, professional, and efficient. Awesome job! :)

Robert was a star!!!! We did not have the tool with us to get our tire changed on our own and Robert got it done. He was very kind and fast, even had an air compressor on board to pump up a flat spare. We are back on the road to Ohio and couldn't be more grateful! Great experience with this company. I always have a difficult time finding a company that will tow due to narrow dirt road I live off of. Terrence was very helpful and worked with me getting my truck where it needed to go.

I had my car towed today by Robert. I am 77 years old & was so upset. He was so calming, so reassuring, so helpful seeing that I got in the huge truck ok. He even helped getting my car into the service area at Walmart. Such a respectful, kind person. Thank you so much!

Terence and Brandon were quick and professional. I had locked my keys in my car and they were knowledgeable and skilled and were able to get into my car without damaging it to retrieve my keys so I could get to work.

We were on a 12hr road trip the weekend before Thanksgiving and experienced a blown out tire on the highway. Unfortunately the jack that came with our vehicle wouldn't work so we had to initiate roadside assistance through our auto insurance. Within 15 min, I got a call from someone at the office and within an hour Robert/Robbie showed up. He was kind, helpful, and fast! He even helped me when my vehicle wouldn't deactivate the emergency break (something I had never experienced). He didn't have to stick around and help me get the e-break turned off, but he did. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you

I can't say enough good things about Hawkinsville Collision and Towing, Inc. They go above and beyond what their company does on a routine basis, and do it with a glad heart. If anyone needs towing service, body work or other repairs, please call Hawkinsville Collison and Towing FIRST and you will NOT be displeased. I whole-heartedly endorse them with a FIVE-STAR+ rating.

Had to get my truck from one shop to another and had one of the wheels giving me issues, so I had to call a tow. These guys were super quick and helpful. Terrence was super knowledgeable, and was able to get it on the truck despite the bad wheel. 100% recommend if you ever need a tow.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Wonderful service. Our vehicle broke down after midnight in one of the worst parts of Macon. We were able to leave the vehicle unattended with the key inside. Terrence, our driver, picked our vehicle off and safely delivered it at the dealership of our choice. Pictures were taken as evidence of drop off. Communication with the driver could not have been better. 10/10 would recommend.

My husband s truck wouldn t start. Our insurance company contacted Hawkinsville C&T and I am so glad. Got a call immediately from Tammy who gave me ETA and name of driver. Robby called 15 minutes away to let me know he was close. Gotta love these folks. Robby treated my husband s truck like it was his. Very professional, friendly, timely. First let me start off by saying I am not a morning person so having to get my car towed early was a pain. But I have to say my experience was top tier! Johnny was quick to reply and was so respectful. I thought we weren't going to be able to get my car out of the area it was at but he came up with a brilliant and safe plan and we were able to. When I say my brother and I were laughing and having a blast! He has the best personality and made this entire experience smooth. I highly recommended ten out of ten!

Arrived in a timely matter. Employee loaded the vehicle safely. Was allowed to ride back home in the tow truck. Has the option for card payment over the phone. He had great communication skills.
