Robert did an excellent job in getting our RV's A/C system cooling again. Carren RV (Robert) handled 100% of the paperwork with the warranty and was able to gain approval to replace the A/C unit. All we had to do was pay the deductible. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and capable of handling your RV needs.

Very pleased with Carren RV s service! We were having issues with our RV furnace not lighting. They were able to service our RV within 2 days of calling. He came to our house to service the RV and fixed the issue at the same time. Highly recommend and will be using them again for future needs.

Robert was able to successfully fix our propane heater after another RV mobile service was unable to fix it. He also discovered our inverter was going out, which the other company missed. He arrived ontime and was honest about the repairs needed. Very knowledgeable, reasonable rates, and friendly service. Highly recommended!

We've been in Burke County working at Vogtle for 2 1/2 years. We wasn't in the area but a couple of weeks when we had a problem with our water. Mr. Robert met us after hours in Augusta to get the part. Since then, we've used him for all of our RV repairs and installation of new AC. He goes above and beyond! We are more than pleased with the extremely reasonable prices. If you need anything dealing with RV repairs, Etc., You won't regret dealing with Mr. Robert at Carren RV!

My wife and I were camping at a local campground and one of our AC units would not turn on. When we had other issues in the past I would wait until the end of the trip and drop my camper off at another local repair shop. Due to the heat and my other AC unit struggling to keep up, I did not want to wait. My wife made an appointment with Carren RV for the next day. The technician arrived on time, provided excellent service, corrected the issue in a short period of time, and charged a fair rate for his service. If we have future issues in the area I will definitely contact Carren RV.

My 2008 RV refer failed died from old ago. Called And talked to Robert at Carren. He took the trip to my RV in the woods, figured it out in a minute, had to order the parts, came back and fixed the system. Took a little time but did a super job. Highly recommend.

Robert came to our camp site and very quickly diagnosed the electrical problem in our RV. He was prompt and very professional. The problem was repaired and is not causing any more issues. I would not hesitate to call them again if other problems occur. He took the time to explain the issue and answered all of my questions.

Extremely dependable, honest & competent. Robert has done a number of repairs from simple to complex and has always completed the job in a timely & most satisfactory manner with the fairest pricing. He comes to you and will handle most insurance paperwork.

Robert promptly discovered and repaired the problem with my hot water heater on a 2002 class B moterhome. Very prompt and knowledgeable! I would recommend this company to anyone needing rv repairs. Thanks Robert!!

What can I say? Terrific service and reasonable! Here for the Masters week on a work assignment and RV HVAC developed a nasty sound/vibration. Diagnosis was quick and repair was perfect! Always keep their number handy if you re in the CSRA
