Horrible!!! My appointment was at 8am. I am still here waiting at 12:37PM. The lady at the front was rude!!! Never again!!! The workers yelled at each other and had no care of their customers having to wait for hours!! She stated, you can leave or stay !

They were able to fill my tires with air and sell me two new tires at closing time. Went above and beyond.

There s a Caucasian heavy-set man with a long beard that works in this department and he is not very pleasant. He s not mean, but he s not customer service friendly either. I was able to get a new tire with no issues, but that guy is not the best to have at the counter.

Worst customer service by far. My wife ordered tires 2 months ago here and scheduled an appointment for 6:00pm to get them put on. We get there and they saying they don t honor appointments and they are closed! (Mind you the website says closed at 7:00pm) Now, I ve gave them another shot and it s the same scenario. So if this is the case why offer a service you can t provide!!!! THIS ISN T GOOD BUSINESS AND NOT TO MENTION THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS RUDE!!! How do they even still have an Auto Center??? (Cancel the whole department!)

These people are trash. Went for an oil change like usual. Check the app for progress on my vehicle and it says on hold. I go to check and see what's wrong. They tell me the drain plug is stripped. The last person that did the oil change must have put it on too tightly. This walmart did my last oil change. Then they say yeah you were last here in October. I said the sticker is still on my windshield. They say we'll we don't use white oil filters. I think the changed my filter to cover their a$$ after they stripped my bolt. Never going back!

The customer service is horrible. No accountability. An associate told myself and another customer the auto center may open at 7am but management can't make us be here at 7am. Asked several associates for a store manager to be paged to the auto center their responses were "i dont have a walkie talkie" "I don't work behind the counter " "I'm going on break one of them can do" . Unbelievably that this store is operating the way it is.

Employees are never around. The store opens at 7 am I was outside waiting for an employee to let me in for more than 30 minutes andwhen an employee opens the door she told me there was no employee to assist me. Worst place to go to. THE MANAGER IN CHARGE OF AUTO CARE SHOULD BE FIRED

I went to the Lovejoy Store to exchange a battery with a 3 year warranty. After waiting for 30 minutes I had to flag down a technician to get assistance. The technician told me he could not help me and I had to goto customer service for assistance. After waiting 20 minutes at customer service, the associate told me she could not do anything for me and that I would have to go back to the auto center for assistance. I went back to to the auto center to again not find an attendant. About 25 minutes later the cashier arrives. I advised her that I needed to exchange a battery that was still under warranty after telling her I did not have the receipt, but the warranty was I.the system, she skipped me and went to another customer. after waiting for other customers to recieve service she finally got back to me. I was finally able to get it exchanged. The customer service at the location is the worst you get bounced around from associate to associate with each blaming the other for both of them not doing their job.Service: Auto battery replacement

First I purchase my tires online and set up an appointment to have them installed. The day of the appointment comes and the shipped tires are delayed with no expected date. I get to Walmart auto center and they not helpful. I call to complain and they offered nothing but to cancel my order. So I go ahead and buy my tires on site and the customer service was the worst. I wasted 5 hours here for a simple 4 new tire install. After waiting 2 hours I go check and the lady says oh if you didn t get a text then it ain t ready so I m like cool. I wait another hour and rush back to the auto center at 5pm and luckily I did because that is the close time. There was my keys on the back counter. I ask her when was my car ready? She replies oh for a min now. It was ready 5 mins after I first went to check and I never got a text! I wasted so much time but what do you expect, it s Walmart. I hate it here.

Auto center has the worst customer service I ve ever experienced!!! After getting an oil change and tire patched the next day the same tire goes flat? So this morning i get there exactly at 7am which is there posted open time only to find out they have no techs only a cashier that clearly doesn t work on cars after waiting three hours a tech finally shows to say they cant work on any cars unless two techs are present even though there were actually two techs on the clock

They are so kind friendly and always provides the best service for a very reasonable price. I get my oil changed and tires pressure checked for free and tire changes done here for all of my cars. I have become friends with the technicians and the customers service I highly recommend them.

Came in to get my new tires mounted and balanced. There were two employees conversing with one another. They continued until they finished their conversation then finally I was acknowledged. One went on to tell me that I had to make an appointment to have my tires put on. As I'm walking back to my car I looked back to see not one car is being serviced. Definitely not a favorable Walmart experience.

I had an oil change done on my car. I found it to be about 40,% cheaper using a High quality full synthetic oil. Less than $50.00 The service was fast also.

Waited in line for 40 minutes, after 3 cars checking in, to find out the auto area is not doing tires without an appointment. There was no sign up saying this... There were also no cars getting tires at all, however I was not allowed to make an appointment for the current day. Also the cashier was rude and unprofessional. I called the store to speak to a manager, however no one picked up the call three different times and I didn't get to speak with anyone.

This place is as dysfunctional as a classroom full of kindergartens without guidance. I told the cashier i wanted Mobil 1 oil and my tires rotated which I originally bought from Walmart. When my car was finished and I was checking out I noticed that my bill was much higher that I normally pay so I started looking over my receipt. My car takes 6 quarts of oil, I was charged for 7 quarts of bulk Walmart Syntec brand oil that i DID NOT request. Looking forward on my receipt I see tires were not rotated, stating that I Declined service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Staff is rude unprofessional and and don't know anything about cars,no one is ever at the counter..you always have to chase down help and when you do they Always have an attitude. This location needs to be shut down its one of the worst

I Love shopping at Walmart. When I bought a battery and had my battery core with me the young Lady told me to pick up the battery and put it on the shelf behind her where she was working. I don't think that was professional. She was lucky because I had my Godkids with me. I would have ask for her manager!!!

CAME YESTERDAY AT 2:00 the heavy set man with long hair said they were taking their last car but I felt like he just didn t want to service me !!! Will never come back to this location for service staff is LAZY !!!

Damaged engine in a brand new truck from lack of training and proper knowledge of how to simply perform an oil service. The use of after market filters automatically voids a warranty. You have to know what to inform your clients of by using after market parts. Only thing mentioned is "we have the correct parts and oil for your truck."This is costly on both ends.

3 stars because my brother has gotten work done here before and it was fine but the one time I need something done, it doesn't happen because they don't have the filter for my vehicle and never called me to let me know.

Never ever go here! Went to get an oil change and waited about 2 hours and still no one called so we went to the counter and the lady said they hadn t even started on our car they had so much going on as the employee said she quit the day before and you guys called her back because you needed her the others were in the back gossiping and ignoring customers. Another guy came in and he seem to be a part of their click so he got advanced to the front of the line... rediculous

Went for and oil change and two weeks later I smelled oil and looked to find that they never put my oil cap back on. Bought a new oil cap and went back when oil change was due. This time I drove two weeks then my maintenance required light came on with almost 3000 miles to go before another change was due. They have really shabby service to be provided under a corporation like Walmart! Stay away and save your vehicle!

Slow work & mediocre service. Was in line for 15 mins before an employee can outside, only to wait an additional 20 mins for the employee outside for enter my ticket for service. Then waited 1.5 more hrs just for my tire to be plugged when I was told only 2 ppl were ahead of me.

Went to get my tires rotated and balanced and they don't even know the concept of rotation, took my front left and put it on the front right and front right on the front left and same way on back. I will never go there again,if you can't even get the concept of a simple rotation why do you even have a job.Dumasses..........

Went to lovejoy Walmart to have a pit crew service done on my 08 Jeep Patriot. They stripped out my oil drain plug and rounded of the head and asked me immediately where did I have my oil changed the last time I told them where and they immediately blamed them when they re the ones that did it just to cover their ass so they wouldn t have to fix it with no cost. So they will either fix the damn problem or they will have a lawsuit against them.

I called and asked if the center was doing oil changes while in route to the store. Arrived two minutes later and was turned away bc it was break time. This was my second attempt to get an oil change at this location. I give up! Worst auto center ever!

Employees lack professionalism and common customer courtesy. They should not be ringing up groceries in the service area which hinders their time handle customers that need car care.

Horrible. Doesn't open at 8 am. Was then told at 9:30 that I needed an appointment for a new tire. They didn't even help me. Do better Walmart. Do better.
