I wish I would have asked the young ladies name who helped me... she had olive green colored nail polish..it was cute. But that's not the reason for 5 stars. She was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. She helped me get the right oil for my truck, and when she didn't see it on the floor, she went to check it in the back. She also answers a few of my questions concerning adding the oil to my truck. I appreciate customer service like this. I have been to many places where employees will say we don't have it and show no effort in providing me alternatives, but she did that, and it was refreshing. Thank you.

Last week my 88 year old Mom mentioned that she left the adapter for her seat belt in her car we just recently replaced with a new one; yet she still drives. I called O'Reillys and Lola checked for the product and offered to keep it at the front desk for me; a $& item. When I arrived she was busy with another customer, but still said hi, so Jim was there to help and I asked about another product and as we were talking Ronnie came over and they both went with me to help find the product and explain it's purposes. I was thanking them when a lady at the next register being taken of by Dshun overheard me and said I was right this was better than the one next closest so she always came here. Another man came up and said the same. Kate appeared and I was still complementing the kindness and non judgement of the staff and she just smiled. She could have told me she was the manager but instead just nodded allowing her staff to get the glory; then I realized who she was. That's leadership training and hiring people who work, know their job and are really good at customer service. All five were friendly and helpful from start to finish. I'm no mechanic so will never buy the high dollar parts in the back but it didn't seem to bother them that they knew that. I know where to go if I need help. Now you do, too.

The store got rushed and the were short. Several battery purchases and installs along with various other customers, the crew was more than accommodating, informative, fast and courteous. Excellent service from the whole staff.

Horrible customer service Lala and others skipped over my concerns and took on other customers. I was told to wait a minute and the minute turned into almost an hour while I just stood there. They need better management and customer care skills.

The customer service is somewhat hit-or-miss depending on who happens to be working. Sometimes the employees are quick to greet and offer help. Other times they take their sweet time to finish up their private conversations before acknowledging. I ve had more positive bs negative interactions though hence the 4 stars.

The young people who work here are so awesome. I had a dead battery, and Dekota came to my car and checked my battery out and helped me pick out a charger. When i was leaving, the battery was dead, and the other guy (afro) came and recharged it, and i made it home.

I always have the best experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts wherever Katie the store manager works.She always goes above and beyond helping me when I come to the store. She really knows her auto parts.

I know this is an odd review to leave, but their bathrooms are exceptionally clean. I mean conspicuously clean for a parts store. Oh, and they also had all the parts I needed too.

Beware of the Big guy "Scott". After waiting patiently in line to be helped, I was told that my problem and the parts I needed to buy and solve my problem were not important enough for his time or effort until after he took care of some of these other customers who were just coming into the store. It's ok "Scott" I Just won't come back and maybe they will lose enough revenue that they won't be able to afford your fine services. Thanks for nothing.

I was at your Lovejoy location and help brake installation, however I was told didn't have tool needed for installation. Which is blanton lie at this same location a woman customer servicer help about a year ago.

Husband ordered a part online. Never got an email saying it was ready. They couldn't look it up by name. He asked me to pay for it, when it had already been purchased online. My toddler was hollering to pee. I get that they aren't letting just anybody use it, but I'm glad my newly trained kid could hold it and not pee all over their floor. The guy was polite.

The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the assistant manager came to talk to me about George and tried to look up my part.. George was very rude. Poor customer service is my pet peeve. I won't be back. I don't appreciate being talked down too and not wanting to assist me when it's your job to look up parts and answer questions for the customers.

Awful customer service. I buy all my car parts from this store but it is it is not a go place if you need battery check or check the engine check light or replace wind shield wiper they never have the device to check your engine check light or the battery it is very easy for them to tell customers the machine is not working especially the older lady.

Bought headlight bulbs they claim they on website they install the guy wanted to argue with me but I showed him on there website. Then he said I would have to talk to mgr on Monday and she went on vacation

Came to the store at 8:29pm and one of the female staff members with dread locs who stated that the store was closed. I didn t put up an argument or anything with her, but it does state on the website that the store closes at 9pm.

One of your emplyees informed my wife that the part she needed for her car was a dealer part or junkyard part. That O'Reilly's doesnt carry dealer only parts. Went right down to Auto Zone where not only do they sell them but had it in stock. How hard is it for a young man to look up a part for a woman who knows nothing about repairing a vehicle than to tell her its a dealer part before checking. We will no longer be using O'Reilly's for any of our vehicle needs. Pure laziness

Although the brake pad i needed was out of stock at this location Marcus was more than helpful in finding it at a different location for me. Thank goodness they were open on Thanksgiving!

Customer service is awful. I m handicap and walk with a crutch. First the guy acted like I was bothering him to look up a part for my vehicle. Then when I asked him where something was he blurted out aisle 5 and walked off. I won t be back.

Best parts store in the area. Excellent customer service. They had a part for vehicle that was broken but a more expensive one that wasn't broke. Asked about reducing the price to save them for shipping cheaper part.

The guy I dealt with was a bit unprofessional , he gave a weak joke to another employee helping someone else while in joke he made it seem like it was bothering him to even be explaining how to delete a opd code , while in the middle of helping me very rude when I asked him about the assembly to my part act like he didn t hear my questions also the old lady employee that made her conversation for everyone to hear while she looked at a computer screen , I feel like if you don t like helping people you shouldn t be behind a desk at a parts store one guy in there knows his stuff they guy with the scar on his head

Best parts place in Lovejoy. The rest are mediocre and can't tell the difference from a wiper blade or a rag.
