GREAT PLACE for an Oil Change. The wait is comfortable. I enjoyed coffee and pleasant and diligent staff even though I could tell they were short staffed. This is my my new spot!

It s the level of professionalism for me. Thank you for taking care of my car. I had to get on the road for work and they took care of me. They offered me a water while I wait. Won t be coming back here or any other jiffy line due to the lack of help at this location. I recently had an issue with my oil filter being too tight to the point where another shop sent me back to this location since they were the last ones to do my oil change. I was once and employee here and I used to witness the old GM and her manager above her break policy just to gain a customer and get their money. I was utterly shocked that they couldn t fix my issue because I was out of warranty . I had no choice but to go over on my mileage because my oil filter was STUCK BECAUSE OF JIFFY LUBE. They gave me the run around and the district manager ignored my concerns probably because I used to work there and I always told on the ex general manager. The old GM would curse her whole team out including me, she also threatened me (I knew she carried a gun that either didn t belong to her or did and that made me even more uncomfortable) and wrote me up 4 times without my acknowledgment or signature. She was just piling up the write ups to get me out of there and one write up was two months old before I left the business that I knew nothing about. So taking the wrong the side is something they are known for at this location. I wasn t treated like a customer even though I showed my loyalty to the customers and the business. This location has a new GM but the assistant manager is an old associate that ganged up on me along with the old GM. My filter is still stuck on my car and I m not all that comfortable driving far until I get that filter off I went through so much to know that this location is all about their money. I m glad the old GM is gone but I m pretty sure she still works for them and that s not a good thing. Lesson learned, don t do for people that won t do for you and you can t be nice to everyone

My experience at this immaculately kept location was definitely 10 out of 10, I would certainly recommend. The staff was not only extremely knowledgeable but very courteous. The store manager Marcia took great care of me and insured I was knowledgeable of the thing s being done to my vehicle. Keep up the great work. I ll definitely be recommending this location to family and friends! Thanks for 5star service.

The entire team was amazing! From the manager to the workers. Customer service was on point and they were Very informative and knowledgeable. Ms. Marcia was the best. I can t be more grateful to have such an informative encounter with her. Plus they clean the inside of my car out. Money well spent and I won t spend it anywhere else!! Thank you again for everything.

I have never seen a jiffy live look and smell so wonderful in the lobby! The customer service from Marcia and AJ was phenomenal. To see a female staff , do their job and do it well in this industry was amazing! Highly recommended.

This is a nice location. It's very clean. The Manager, Marcia came out to greet me shortly after I sat down. They have a beverage station, candy jars on each table & a phone charging station. I didn't partake, but I can appreciate the amenities.Service was a little more expensive than expected, however they vacuumed my car & checked/added air to my tires. They also provide complimentary window cleaning but didn't bc its was raining at the time of service.Great experience.

This is by far the best oil change experience I have had. The customer service is exquisite (shout out to Marcia and AJ) the lobby was warm, comforting, smelled very nice, and they offered coffee and water while waiting. The 25 minute drive was worth it AND I will be coming back. Thanks for you excellence!

Just be ware of their prices compared to other shops tire balance is 39.99 per tire down the road was 13.99 per tire at Souther Tire Masters!!! This location seems like a nice place but just beware of what you re going to pay .Sorry about the negative review but the price i was given made no sense!!!

I'm not sure if top of the line Actors were hired... Because this staff/cast gets a standing ovation ! When I pulled up I was amazed to see two ladies! Aj and Marcia! It was a wonderful young man with locs and glasses, that closed out my sale! He definitely was an amazing closer! My car was cleaned , complimentary! That was greatly appreciated. This location had a family feel, I didn't want to leave! My oil change was only $102 for my Audi! I felt like I left the Mercedes dealership with the A plus customer service! Thank you!

I love this place so much. I walked right in they were attentive to me made sure they didn t keep me waiting. They didn t rush and just do a job they are really passionate about what they do. They checked for other issues and gave me the option of fixing it. Very professional. I will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my time there, the service was great and fast. They had complimentary coffee and waters. When they say that they check your fluids, they really do. They didn t try to overly upsell me. I didn t feel pressured or uncomfortable. I will return!!

Great experience with exceptional customer service. Purchased synthetic oil blend change full inspection was included and very honest. (I do a lot of car work on the side but they only recommended things that actually needed done or they had no record of in the computer) waiting room was super nice, clean, and well stocked with water and excellent coffee. Worth paying a little more than other stay in your car places because the experience is so much better!

This location was excellent. Horace met me at my vehicle, he was professional and kind. Escorted me into the office where there was a clean quiet environment with WiFi so I could work. Wasn t there long, checkout was easy and the staff thanked me for coming and welcomed be back next time. Top Tier!!!

Alex, Marcia and AJ were sooo kind and helpful . getting my car serviced can be intimidating because they may as well be speaking another language to me lol but they were so patient, professional and willing to explain what was going on. Jiffy Lube in Hampton is new, bright, and clean. The manager, Marisa, and technicians were very professional. The wait time was between ten to fifteen minutes. After the diagnostics and conference, it took all of twenty-five minutes. Great interaction with workers. They provided what was required to get my car running efficiently.
