This business is NOT trustworthy, They were hired to repair a Class A Motorhome that suffered a tire blowout. They had the coach for several months before convincing the insurance company to declare it a total loss. Before the Coach left their facility they helped themselves to the generator and wiper motor, over $12k in value that they unlawfully removed from the asset. If you recently purchased an Onan Quiet Diesel 8000 Generator Model 8HDKAK-1046N SN:J150882330 from these folks just know it was not theirs to sell and it is being reported as stolen. In addition as the one tasked with completing the repairs on this Coach it is very apparent these folks have no business doing body & paint work. The work they did was shoddy at best, I would expect better from a Highschool shop class. The spackled on Bondo and bubblegum welds are shameful!

Heath and family @valdosta rv repair literally saved our vacation. With our sway bar tightened way too much, I literally bent our hitch 45 degrees, rendering it unusable.(rookie mistake). Not only were they able to straighten the hitch making it look like new, they took the time for a quick course in setting my sway bar tension. Rather then trying to sell me a replacement, Heath and crew only charged me the labor for the repair, and I was back on the road in less then 1 hour.In every aspect of my interactions with Valdosta RV repair, 5 stars. (If I could give them 100 stars I would!) Thank you all so, so much!Service: Body & Trim

I had a bad sensor on my furnace in my 2007 Savoy camper and my husband and I thought it was our gas valve that needed replacing. The owner immediately told us that he was not going to sell that part to us because he didn't believe that was the problem. He won us over with his act of honesty in not selling us something that we didn't need. The price he charged us for what he did was unbelievable. He was a God sent for me and my husband. Such nice group of people. It feels so good when you know that you can trust your service people to treat you fairly.God Bless your business. Service: Electrical

Good people. Good service! My biggest concern in owning an RV is getting it repaired when problems occur. Having these folks to rely on is awesome.

Our RV had a blowout on I -75 (due to debris from a car crash in front of us.) Luckily we were close to the Hahira exit ramp so we pulled off the interstate and started googling for a tire store or roadside assistance . (We have dual axles on our RV. )We found a tire store listed about a mile from the interstate - but on the way there we saw the sign for Valdosta RV Repair! Heath told us to pull right into their huge warehouse building and they quickly removed the shreds of the tire and put on our spare! We were so relieved and so grateful for their FAST FRIENDLY service!! Thank you!!Service: Tires

Talk about anxiety relief! John Dee is a sweet sweet soul Thank you so much for tending to our RV needs right away! He came right out and checked our propane tank for leaks assuring me all was fine. He also problem solved why our slide would not close this morning! Turns out we just needed a new battery! There are Not enough words to thank you John! You also went above and beyond to help see if you had anything to temporarily fix one of our side mirrors and called a glass shop for us! Thank you so very much! I cannot recommend Valdosta RV more highly! Your the best

We've had an RV from VW pop-up to three Class A gas MH. I say that to establish some degree of credibility when I say that my one experience with Valdosta RV was 5 well earned stars. We've dealt with RV "repair" operations from Texas to Iowa to Pennsylvania to Florida. Few can match Valdosta RV.Brought in a new fridge for them to install a couple of weeks before my appointment. No prob. Pulled in and went to the office to see where to offload the fridge. By the time I spoke at the desk, the fridge was offloaded, unwrapped, and put aside for installation. When my appointment came, I dropped off the rig and drove my toad home. Picked it up two days later. Uninstall, install, cabinet mod, trim out. Charged me what I think was a very fair price. I'll be back for sure. I don't hand out 5 star ratings very often. I have to be impressed. I am.

We have a 44 Tiffin Phaeton that we are driving across country. First stop from Tampa, FL was to Valdosta, GA. While parked we noticed water coming out from our water tank. This morning I found Valdosta RV Storage and Repair. We drove up, met John D and his team...they diagnosed the issue, Trey was our tech, fixed in 1.5 hrs. for less than 150.00.We cannot say enough about how genuine, professional and kind this business was to us. They could have easily taken advantage of us although I believe you would never have to worry about that happening. We always want to give people/businesses accolades when deserved and Valdosta RV Storage and Repair deserves them!!We wish you all the best and thank you again for your help this morning!!Sue & Jim Machise

We were traveling from Florida to PA and the weather was getting cold by the time we hit Georgia. Unfortunately our furnace refused to light. John from Valdosta rv was able to fit us in the same day. It was clear right away that he was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very helpful to us and stayed until we repeatedly tried the furnace to make sure it was working correctly. Altogether a great experience and we highly recommend him.

We read reviews about Valdosta RV and were very impressed, so today we just left there after getting our Jack's recalibrated and the other issue that could not be fixed there they referred us to a Fleetwood certified dealer. Very friendly, through, and helpful!Found our RV repair facility!!!!!!

Travelled to So. Ga from Pa. for a 10-day r/t. We left our home in our 2019 Fleetwood, with an issue that prevented us from using city water, so we worked out of the Fresh water tank (that continuously filled up when connected to city water.) We kept hearing the pump cycling, loudly, with all faucets closed and thought we had a bad pump or a leak. We called Valdosta RV Storage and Repair when we reached our destination as it advertised mobile repair. The mobile tech was booked tight all day, but owner, John Dee, got us in first thing next morning, in spite of his in-shop full work load. This man is soooo knowledgable and within 30 minutes of scrupulous troubleshooting, discovered a simple vapor lock, and a faulty bypass switch and had us back on the road in an hour, complete with a tutorial as he worked! Prices were very affordable, and his expertise is top-notch! Very friendly staff added to our experience. Highly recommend John Dee and Valdosta RV.

Dropped my 36' motorhome off for repairs in August. Always putting me off and making excuses. Help didn't show up, very busy, taking care of service calls etc. Finally in late October they did make some of the repair they agreed to ( all under warranty ).I guess they got upset because I would stop by once a week to check on the progress. Washing machine needed to be repaired or replaced, Linda got upset because I kept asking each week about it. Just said I don't know, ask John D. Lol.I'm sure some people get better service than I did but I picked up my RV today, 12/2 /17.Was asked to leave and not come back, after I told them I wanted to take my RV. They wouldn't even put the washer back in.! Told me to come in my pickup and get it ( they were going to put it outside the gate if I wasn't there within the hour.)I'm a local, thought these were good folks.Very dissatisfied! I will never go back again.Good luck.

We had an appointment to get our RV fixed on September 10. We took it in and left it in their hands till we had to pick it up on the 27th. My husband went to check on the RV on Monday the 23 they had not done anything to it. When my husband told them we had to pick it up on Friday he was told that they would get busy on it. However Friday came around and they had still not even ordered the parts. The part that made me mad was the part where the mechanic that should have been working on my RV was out on a service call. It is bad business practice to make appointments and have work in house to do and leave it to do something else. I give them one star only because I can not give them zero.

They may be great with repairs but sales, not so much. Follow through is not their strong suit. Was looking forward to purchasing from a small 'mom and pop' type place. Love to support local business but you can't do business with a company that never returns your call.Edit: Since I can't seem reply to the owner response, I will edit my review to include that I viewed the RV on the 4th of December and was told I would receive a call on the 5th once they'd looked it over for further water damage. That call never came, so I called on the 6th. I was again told I'd receive a call later that day or the next. I never did. I called almost every day the week of the 10th, one of those calls was answered and I was told my message would be passed on but my calls were never returned. I stopped calling and stopped payment on the deposit check I had mailed the week before.I'm not surprised the RV is still available. I feel bad for the seller.

I could not have asked for better service. Most repair places don't have time to care about the problems you are having, this family owned business does. I wished I lived in the area, they would get all my business. You will be impressed with their knowledge and ethics.Thank you again Valdosta Rv!!
