I am sitting in the waiting room getting my 3rd car done by them as I write this. They never ever disappoint. I have referred both of my parents to them and my boyfriend. Always an exceptional, clean job and priced extremely well. My tint always looks amazing. Staff is always super friendly and they have even more of a selection than just tint. They can do ANYTHING. Ever since they moved next door, bad business. Went in to buy stereo equipment (again)for my car, way overpriced, $300 for a $200 item. Also $200 for a used single sub box? Communication is poor at best, told me they were not sure if they even carried them. 4 just sitting there, know your inventory. Told me to wait while they walked out to get a price. Why not put the correct price on the item in the first place? All I got was Shrugged shoulders when I told them what the price was from another 3 stores. That s what I get for trying to shop local. So much more but it is what it is.Service: Vehicle window tinting

We had multiple car window done over the years. The sun in GA is rough and one of our vehicles, our truck, is sitting outside all day and night, and after 7 years, still have the warranty card, no trouble Mike and his sister hooked us up with new window tint. This is the best place to go. Friendly, honest, and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend this Tint Shop. Thanks a lot.Service: Privacy window films

Got tints and ended up getting speakers and a subwoofer! I drove an hour to come here and that hour was worth it The prices were great

Made repeated attempts to get an estimate for tint and backup sensors installation. Kept getting conflicting information. Sent an email, called, and couldn't get a clear response.Went in on 12 March 2022 and was told the person I needed to see was in the bathroom. Waited for about 20 minutes withno one saying anything to me. Finally I added what time they closed and whether I could leave my information which I did. At almost close to closing I called back since no one had called back. The guy that answered did his best to help because he realized what was going on.I heard in the background "He can take his vehicle somewhere else" which was said twice. Noted.Understand however that I went to this place based on a referral from a co-worker. Referral and great customer service are the success to any business along with a strong reputation. You not only lost a customer but any referrals. Noted.

The manager/owner quoted me one price in the parking lot - I was charged $40 more when I complained the guy wouldn t even face me cowardly had the lady tell me instead of facing me. I don t think I ll go back - just did not like that - I guess I ll have to challenge the charge

The Tint Shop is the epitome of what a local business should be and exactly what they were like. They are very knowledgeable of the services that they offer and down to earth friendly. They should definitely win a small business award and they will be getting all my business from now on.

Plan on doing a walk around with the owner before rendering the vehicle.Hard review to write because the tint looks good and the service was friendly enough. My complaint is that they owner sliced the rubber lining around the windows and would not take responsibility. I understand that mistakes happen and I can even understand that not much can be done for it. However, a little honesty could go a long way.1. First he told me there was no way they did it. Then explained how tint is installed. I asked could you have maybe did it by mistake. He said no way.2. After I explained that I detailed my car myself and I put a lot of love into it, he said the car looks exactly how it did when I gave it to him.3. When I asked is there anything that can be done for compensation, he said no and he doesn t see the cuts and there is nothing there. One worker was super nice and professional and was put in a hard position. I appreciate him and what little he could do.I plan on informing Fort Gordon of the shady tactic. Maybe they can be put on the do not do business list.

Did a great job! Squeezed in 2 of our vehicles the same day and did an amazing job! Love the quality of work and the owner was super knowledgeable. Would reccomend to anyone wanting quality work and amazing results.

Mike and his employees are as good as they come! Very Knowledgeable either with window tint, car Audio or even vehicle issues. They can custom build your dream stereo system either it being a vehicle,boat,side by side or golf cart. Go check them out!

Solid work performed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I would recommend them for window tinting service. Don't be intimidated by the outward appearance of the building.Update: my car was vandalized and broken into. The tint job held them back and forced them to try and break two windows! It was amazing and a testimony to the work the Tint Shop performed.

If you're looking for honesty and professional work, go see these guys. Mike "spoon fed" everything I needed to know about stereo systems to give my truck a perfect sound without spending cash on unnecessary items. I spent half of what was quoted at other shops.

Wow so, I went here for subwoofer install. Everything was great, great customer service and all. I never knew that my reverse light cord was cut until today at the dealership. They told me whomever installed your subwoofers, cut the wrong cord by accident. So In order for me to get that corrected, I have to pay $250. I m like WOW. I never would even think to check out my reverse light after getting my subwoofers installed. So that s why I gave my one star because the integrity should have been displayed once it took place, and not until later all because someone prob assumed I may not find out.

We had our car windows done 4 days ago and today the front windows of the house that face the afternoon sun. Love it and wish we had done it years ago. You don't pay until the job is done, even with him having to order the tint for the house windows. Great customer service.

These guys do great work. They have done several vehicles of ours with everything from window tint to inverters and lights. Never been disappointed and staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Absolute professionals. They definitely know what they're doing and they will not settle for cheap quality materials. Mike, Steve and Dexter have superb customer service qualities. Lifetime warranty on tint!

In an 8 month span the tint job I got from here was bubbling pretty bad. Took it in to get it redone only to end up with more bubbles in the tint along with damage to the hood of my car with no compensation. It s highly unlikely they ll even answer the phone if you call anyways, especially if there s an issue. They ll also hose off your car for no reason and leave it covered with water spots. 10/10 would not recommend if you care in the slightest bit about your car.

Made a uhaul reservation & the owner of the shop didn t leave the keys to retrieve the truck! Unable to move due to it being a Sunday and all other uhaul locations are closed! BAD BUSINESS!

The Tint Shop here in Grovetown is the place to come for tint, and other vehicle options. These guys rock at what they do. Guarantee the work. They have done 3 of my vehicles. Price is good plus good with Military. Give it a shot u want be disappointed.

I got my car windows, as well as my head and tail lights tinted here. The price that you pay for the quality that you get is wonderful! I highly recommend coming here for your car tint

When installing speakers and killmat in my door they broke the window switch. Didn t say a word to me about it. Now I m out $310 to repair it because warranty won t cover it. Thanks.
