The staff members were professional, friendly and fast. Caitlyn (Katy) took very good care of us and even made sure we were afforded a military discount. I definitely recommend getting your vehicle serviced here and this will be my go-to from now on!

I arrived and advised the person who greeted me that I was coming in for an oil change, alignment, and tire balancing. I was advised that the wait was over an hour for the alignment and balancing but I agreed to wait. After an hour I was advised my vehicle was ready. I asked about the tire services requested because they were not in my total. I was advised that they did not have me in for services other than the oil change even after I reminded the advisor during the all the oil change questions that I needed additional services. I was then advised that my truck would be taken in for the additional services. After another hour and a half (2 1/2 hours total) I was told my truck was ready but the technician did not balance my tires because he was "out of energy". So 2 1/2 hours and $200 later I left with a vehicle that drove the same as it did before I came in. This was my last trip to this location that I have used for years prior to this.

Everyone is always super nice and helpful. They aren't super pushy to add on extra stuff and always give me a print out of suggested things to do since my husband does most of the upkeep to our cars. We go here every time and they're super quick, even when busier.

I don't remember his name, but the man who did the work on my car was phenomenal. He was friendly and patient. I require a lot of patience. He explained things well and was very efficient in how well the job went and his explanation of things that are going to need to be done in the near future. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him.

Fast and professional!!! These guys took really good care of my van. They are reliable and told me the truth about the maintenance needed for future visits, unlike their competitors. I will definitely come back. This crew was amazing. Happy New Year guys.

If I could give this business a zero rating I would. Went there to have them change the oil in my vehicle. After changing the oil they pulled the vehicle out of the bay leaving the drivers side window completely down. It was raining on this day. After paying for my services got walked out and saw the inside of my vehicle was wet from the window being left down. When I questioned the guy about this all I got was I am sorry. No let me get you a towel and try to correct there screw up. Unprofessional staff. Was not my first time having them service my vehicles but will definitely be my last. Customer satisfaction is not their goal.

Everybody there was super nice, me and one of the techs bonded over military experiences. And the woman with the very bright red hair was super nice and threatened me with baked goods. Over all, great experience as always!

Not only did we encounter sexist attitudes and rude behavior from the staff, but they also attempted to scam my girlfriend into purchasing new brakes that were replaced less than a year ago. Despite showing proof from their own records, the staff refused to admit their mistake. Furthermore, they failed to honor the warranty. Insisting we drive to the original Jiffy Lube store, despite the brakes being down to the metal. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Avoid this Jiffy Lube location at all costs.

10/10 recommend! Everyone was so polite and helpful! The team leader even showed me how to spray perfume on my air filter to make my car smell nice! Definitely loved my experience!

The Jiffy Lube staff was very professional when performing my oil change. I will continue to use them as I have since 2021. I will also make contact with them 1st for any other automotive needs.

My wife went in for an oil change and wiper refills on March 15. We have always had great and timely service there. However, since I was not with her, they made every attempt to upsell many items. Instead of refills they sold her new wiper blade assemblies to the tune of $80. They took advantage of a situation. Though she got what she paid for, even if overpriced, she was taken advantage of. This is probably the last time this particular location gets our business.

Super quick, addressed my questions, & also made sure I was aware my front tires were past the wear bars. That was super important since I was going to be driving 1600mi round-trip over the next few days. They're always super nice & if I'm tight on funds, they go through what's essential & what can wait if needed with no judgment

Excellent service!! The service guy came right up to me with a smile and helped me out of my vehicle and was very kind! I was almost reluctant about coming back to a jiffy lube after the 2 horrible experiences that Ive had at the Evans location in the past with the same rude woman there. but I decided to try out the one in Grovetown and I m extremely glad that I did. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be coming to the Grovetown jiffy lube from hear on out. Thank you guys for the great service, 5stars for sure.

I purchased tires at Costco, but needed an alignment also. Even though they were busy, I got an alignment in a short amount of time, and for a reasonable price.

They got me in and out on a weekday quickly. The gave me options of services that needed to be done. I don t get those, my son can take care of them. Great service, weekends may take longer.

My oil light came on but I was still 1000 miles before I needed an oil change. They checked the oil. Added a quart and said come back in 1000 miles. They could have just changed it and charged me, but I appreciate the honesty

Extremely friendly customer service, they got me in. They got me out. I was on the road again in about 30 minutes with an oil change. Some new air filters ready to work my new job at the USPS

My first time being a customer of Jiffy Lube. Even though it was cold in the lobby to the customers. The staff is amazing across the board. However, I did get upset because my car was finished unitl I asked did the technician fixed the sensor on my tire. James forgot to mention it to the technician (he claimed I never told him but I did as he checked me in. He did apologize for his actions and was very sincere. I'll forever be a customer of Jiffy Lube.

They changed my oil, which is the only thing I really went in for. They checked the air in the tires and asked if I'd like the tires rotated.And checked all the air filters; cabin and carburetor. Ended up changing carburetor filter. They checked all fluids. We needed new brake fluid. Particles floating in the fluid. We're good for 5000 miles! Yay! Thanks, Jiffy Lube Gang!

The service is expected; the employees are doing their jobs no complaints there. The only complaint is from the things they did for customers (as I see as a show of appreciation) that they no longer do like vacuum the front seat or wash the windshield or a coupon for car wash. If that s the case then I will go where ever the oil change is cheapest.Service: Oil change

Lots of helpers at this location which was nice.They forgot to remove the old windshield sticker and to put a new one on. I had to circle back through the parking lot and have them print a new one to put on.Took some extra time...

They re friendly, great attitude and helpful BUT WHEN I GOT HOME I WAS LOOKING AT INVOICE THEN WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT NO MAINTENANCE DID SERVICE ON LUBE. THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE IT WHEN THEY DID OIL CHANGE AND OIL FILTER. That make us unhappy with their service

I was able to sit in my car while they replaced my front light bulb. It didn't take long, and they kept me abreast of their progress. I loved the fact that the young lady wiped down my vehicle so,I didn't see any fingerprints.Nichelle D.

I go here for my routine service and this the first time this team was not on the same page. One person recommended something and another team member would come behind them and try to talk you out of it or recommend doing something else. So discombobulated.

I wish I hadn't had to wait so long for my paycheck to get my brakes fixed. Then I would have been able to get to another mechanic to have my brakes replaced..found out after the fact most other places would have done all four brakes for less than what Jiffy charged for just the back ones . $ 400.00 just the rear disc brakes
