Nigel, Aimee, and Kimberly are the most wonderful people. Usually, I am weary of chain retailers, but they have the best service and trustworthiness I ve seen. I ll ALWAYS continue to suggest them for car servicing. I m so grateful for all of their help, and understanding that I don t have a huge amount of money to spend. They take everything into account, are so wonderful at their jobs. I m just so grateful I found them. Thank you guys.Services: Transmission, Tires, Oil change

Had a little bit of a wait.. issue with the car in front of us but that s not jiffy lubes fault or their employees..has to get a synthetic blend oil change was there about an hour. But the employees were friendly and seemed to do the best they could. This isn t the ideal location to go to though if you re in a super rush or a hurry as it is so small and only has one lane to service customers.

These guys were amazing. Talk about a well-oiled machine I was in and out in 10 minutes flat. The team was knowledgeable and seemed to work well together. Highly recommended.

I usually get my oil changed, tire pressure checked, etc. at Jiffy Lube because it's fast and they do a complete job. They check all of the lights to make sure they are working properly and provide other services as needed. The staff are very friendly as well.

Kimberly, the cashier gave me continual updates of what was going on under the hood. She payed special attention to make sure I knew my choices before choosing any course of action that needed to be taken. I felt that having a better Understanding of what was going has given me a better chance to make the best choice. I felt like I had made good choices there and I will definitely make the Grovetown Jiffy Lube my new service location. I told her that I would give them great ratings 5

Went in for a an oil chance the staff was friendly and very informative about the finding after they did their diagnostic testing. Wait time was pretty quick.

It's a small, quick service jiffy lube with 1 lane but they did a great job on my oil change. Employees were friendly and helpful and even with 2 cars in front of me, I didn't have to wait long. I appreciated their honesty about my car, what services were needed soon and what ones could wait a bit longer, and they didn't try to push other services. Would definitely come back to this location.

Usually go here for how quick they are but today I got laughed at for not knowing about something with my tires ( I think instead of laughing at a customer maybe she should have explained what it was. Sorry I don t know much about cars that s why I come to you. But won t be doing that anymore) and before going I didn t have a problem with my battery until I started it after they tested it. Crazy how I had no problems before but when I went to start my car after the battery testing my car hesitated ( and the lady laughed again). Just very unprofessional and rude.

Good service everyone so nice and knowledgeable. I unable to determine if my car drives better day after fuel change because it would not start I tried yesterday and today I think my battery got week i just put a new one in last Friday. I had oil change and air filter changed Tuesday. Had to go back Wednesday to get fuel filter had to order was not in stockBut I used my lunch break just up the road. It done took over an hour cause its in a tight very tight place. I hope I can get someone to check my car and not cost to much to have it fixed. Thank you for everyone kindness I felt like I was visiting my family there.

I have been using this Jiffy Lube since it opened back up and they have been nothing short of amazing. Every time I go they are up from and honest with me and don t pressure me into anything I don t want. The manager is always right there working with everyone and as a manager myself that says and means alot.

I am very pleased with the service I received at this Jiffy Lube location. The individual that took my call was friendly, helpful, and took the time to understand exactly what I requested. I was allowed to provide my own parts and the service took less than an hour

My husband visited this location 0n 8/11/2023 for the two-fold purpose of getting a basic oil change and replacing a running light in the passenger-side mirror assembly. This was done in our Ford F250. He was told that he had a transaxle leak resulting in leaking transmission fluid. He Immediately called our local Ford dealership to have that problem addressed. However, when we drove away from the Jiffy Lube location, the air conditioner immediately ceased to blow cold air. He took the vehicle back and the manager, Aimee F. eventually admitted that she disrupted the outside air sensor when she changed the light on the mirror, the outside air sensor s functionality being critical to the vehicle s air compressor being able to turn on. She then told my husband to bring the vehicle back if the air conditioner did not reset itself by the next day. The following day, the air conditioner began to blow cold air once again, but the truck s check engine light came on with a warning about the air sensor. We brought the vehicle back to Jiffy Lube to have it looked at and mentioned the check engine light. Aimee told him that it was coincidental and that if the air conditioner worked then the problem was solved. Additionally, she told my husband that changing the outside air sensor would come out of her paycheck and asked we really believed I needed a new one. When we took the vehicle to the Ford dealership to have the reported transmission fluid leak looked at, they informed us that there were no leaking fluids in the vehicle, but the check engine light was directly due to Aimee s mishandling of the outside air sensor. We had to pay a total of $559.08 to Ford to have the mass air flow senor replaced and the computer reset to fix the damage that the Jiffy Lube manager, Aimee caused. We went to the Jiffy Lube location to ask what Jiffy Lube would do to take responsibility for their mishandling of our vehicle, Aimee was dismissive of our concern, claiming that she was not responsible, and starting being so rude.

Great and efficient service in a timely manner. Very detailed inspection of my overall vehicle was impressive. Professional service was provided and appreciated which I proudly recommended to my friends. Overall courteous employees, professional service and facility cleanliness were above reproach.
