The customer service is very good, they are nice and keep you informed, which makes it hard to post a bad review. The paint matching and decal came out very good. Unfortunately, the car will need to be taken to a different shop to finish. The front bumper is not aligned; front portion under hood looks warped and uneven, the side bumper is approx. 1/4" off from front fender. Fog lights don't work and they replace F/L headlamp with stock light bulb, not the upgraded HID lights that are on the vehicle. NOTE: they had the vehicle 2 1/2 months and I received the car the day before leaving the state (which I mentioned several times during the repair process) and the shop wasn't afforded the opportunity to fix the problems.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Quality of work is a solid 10, however, the estimated completion date was pushed forward multiple times. 15 days turned into 38 days and one minor part is still on back order. A supplemental request for additional funds (almost the amount already paid) was submitted to the insurance 3 days after I picked up my vehicle. This doesn't sit well with me. The claim was closed prior to dropping the car off, so I paid the estimated repair costs from my funds. They should have kept me in the loop and I should have had a say in this. Lastly, there is a discrepancy on the miles shown on my vehicle. Their paperwork showed my mileage at 41,317 when I dropped off my vehicle. Today, I just noticed that my mileage is listed at 42,292 (7 days later). To be fair, I have driven approximately 25 miles in the last week around town. Obviously, I should have immediately looked at my mileage before leaving their parking lot, but I didn't. Again, I do have to give them credit for excellant repairs, but they need to have more transparency and better communication.

I waited a whole month for just a new Bumper and Quater panel to be repaired and was very Disappointed when I finally came to pick up my Vehicle and it was so dirty inside and outside plus My Truck Bed was so Dirty from the Work they Did and it was nothing like that Before I Brung it ThereNever in my Life have I seen a Repair shop do Auto Body Work and leave a vehicle looking like that ...It seems That They could Care less About The Customers and More About Getting your Money And Over Charging For Jobs... I would Never use This Place again or Recommend Anyone else to either Just Terrible !!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The services that the shop provided was professional and prompt. I appreciate the updates via text message. I didn't have yo wonder what the status of the repairs were. To start off, I have had two vehicles serviced here before. While I understand the time for appointments were a long wait, after I waited months for my appointment and dropped off my vehicle, it took them about 2 weeks to even do anything besides the initial scan. The total time I had to wait was 50 days to get my vehicle back. There was a supplemental claim that I was not informed about (but that I do understand) just wish they would've communicated about the additional charges. The one thing that did not sit well with me was that I was going to pay out of pocket at first and was quoted $2600, but once I got my insurance involved the initial quote changed to $1900 and that did not sit well with me. The fixes themselves were excellent.

I brought my car in for pant and body work after an accident. State Farm recommended them, and I m glad they did. Everyone at the shop is professional, polite and seems to really care. I'm not originally from here and was recommended to Performance Collision by a coworker. I had them do a ceramic coating on my car a few years ago and they did an outstanding job. But, before that, and the first time my car had to undergo body work due to a deer hitting it, I didn't have any recommendations and was burned pretty bad on the ordeal by a different shop. This time around and after a second deer hit my car with new body damage etc., I remembered my coworkers recommendation and how good of a job they (PC) did on my ceramic coat. So, I decided to go with Performance Collision for my body work/repairs. All I have to say is I'm glad I did. Everything was smooth and pain-free. They were more than helpful throughout the whole process. It was done in a timely manner and with pride. It was done right the first time, and it shows in the end product. These guys and gals do an amazing job. Great work Performance Collision!

Picked my car up and these were the things that were still messed up:1.Paint bubbles on my hood, fender, and door.2. Front bumper not lined up with fender due to broken clips/brackets.3. Broken glass still in the engine bay.4. BENT sway bar.5. Clunking in front end due to loose component.6. Steering wheel not straight7. Stripped 3 holes for the skid plateCommunication is great for updates on status of vehicle but that doesn t make up for poor quality of service. Ended up fixing all of these myself except for the paint problems. If you care about your car even a little, go somewhere else.

I was surprised to find no one going I over the vehicle repairs with me when I arrived to pick up the truck. I was handed the key and paperwork and told to have a nice day. Performance Collision did a great job fixing my car. I was in a car accident and I was skeptical on who to send my car to being that it was a fairly new Audi. However, they did a great job of taking care of the damages. My car looks brand new again. The front desk assistant did a phenomenal job of calling in a rental and all for me. They kept me informed each day on what was going on with my car. Everyone was so professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to go through Performance Collision Center if they ever need car repairs. I am well satisfied with my car.

Nicole was very informative, patient and understanding when explaining what to expect after I was involved in a collision. She also gave me constant updates and was in connection with my insurance company to make sure everything was moving smoothly. They were unable to repair my vehicle because it was totaled but their customer service was very good.

My car overheated and I pulled over in front of Performance Collision. They were courteous and personable....I was able to wait inside for my towing service from another company I will not mention. I ended up cancelling with them and going with another towing company... Roadside Rescue the following morning. Performance Collision gets 5 stars from me....awesome establishment....they understand what real customer service mean in these trying times.

Wish I could share a story about how a gesture, a curtesy, although strategic, went on to gain a business a customer that purchased a substantial amount of product. It d be too long so I won t. Anyhow, I had a lug nut that wouldn t come off a tire with a tire iron or a 4-way. So I went to this establishment and asked if one of their mechanics could use their impact wrench to get it off for me. Don t know who this guy was, but he s Caucasian, and covered in tattoos. He was clean, so he wasn t one of the mechanics. He worked the front. He gave me this whole spill on why they couldn't do it, making it seem as though something special had to be done to do it, that it was too risky for them, and that they d have to write a ticket up for it. He didn t know that I knew about cars. I just didn t have an impact wrench. So, I leave. Went to gate 2 tire and auto center around the corner. They allowed me to use their impact wrench, thus elevating themselves from any liability. And guess what?? The lug nut came off. You be the judge.

Took it in for an insurance claim on my birthday January 25th. Was the only company that was stating they can get me in mid to late February. AL other companies stated may, didnt start servicing my vehicle until late March. Had the nerve to claim its also when they received the vehicle so I lost out on my rental car before they even started to work on it. Then added an additional 2000 miles on my vehicle started late March got my vehicle back in a few days ago in May. Worst service times everServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I conducted my initial inspection with Performance Collision on August 5, 2022. On or about the same day, they sent the estimate to USAA. I was notified that I would not even be able to drop my vehicle off until October 5th. I asked if they would be ordering the parts needed to speed up the process and was told no. I was told that they will not order parts until the vehicle has been dropped off and re-inspected. Two months passed before my vehicle even got into the shop to then take about a week to get the inspections done to then order parts. It was not until the 25/26th of October that my vehicle was ready. Total time it took for Performance Collision to fix my car cosmetically, almost three months. If I have to wait two months for my vehicle to be seen, only to wait in a que after two months, is disappointing. When I have to wait two months to get my vehicle in, I expect it is being process immediately. If there are parts that can be ordered while we wait two months, I expect them to be ordered. The work was done adequately but I was never even shown what was done when I picked up my vehicle. Lastly, the receptionist tried to bill me my deductible. My deductible was waived but the system did not reflect that. I was told I cannot leave unless it was paid. I called USAA to find out that the amount that was paid to Performance Collision was the amount needed to release my vehicle. How many other people paid their deductible without wanting to take the time to call USAA? The work that Performance Collision did was fine. However, I would not recommend Performance Collision or go back due to the processes and policies that slow down efficiency. This is just my opinion that I truly did not want to share since I now have my vehicle. After repeated emails and texts that do not seem to stop, here you go. I want to take the time to thank Performance Collision for there amazing work and hospitality. My wife had the bumper replaced on her 2013 Honda Civic and it looks awesome. The paint matched perfectly and the bumper was in excellent condition. My wife and I are so pleased with the results and this experience was a great example of a well ran business. I appreciate all the effort that went into this repair and the excellent customer service that represented this Performance Collision. If anyone needs body work I would highly recommend Performance Collision as your first option. Thank you once again!Randy

This is the best business to take your damaged vehicle to. They were so friendly professional. The staff knew we didn t have a rental car or a second vehicle so they did everything they could to get the car back to us in a timely manner.Nicole was such a wonderful receptionist so warm and friendly just the nicest person ever. Mrs. Nicole and the entire team worked amazingly on my Mazda 6, that car is my baby and anytime things need repaired from a wreck I take her directly to them.
