I highly recommend using Beacon Automotive for any car maintenance or repair needs you may have. They were fast to get me in, order the parts I needed, and then very quick to get me in their schedule to do the job. I had a costly job done and they were reasonably priced. I highly recommend scheduling through Kim at the front desk and asking her any question you may have. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with my car. Great work and service.

Beacon Automotive treats their customers with care and respect. The front desk and mechanics are polite, friendly, and willing to explain things patiently. I've never had a bad experience with them; I would highly recommend them for any car repair, and they offer a military discount on parts.

I highly recommend Beacon Automotive as they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and practice business with honesty and integrity. I trust Jeff to diagnose and fix my issue without trying to upsell me on some unnecessary parts or services. He explained to me the problem, its cause, and how it would be repaired. This atmosphere of transparency is greatly appreciated as it is unfortunately rare in this day and time.

Once again, Beacon Automotive has come through. I needed new shocks and a seal on the rear differential. I was surprised at how quickly they turned things around. And now I m back to a smooth ride. If you need someone you trust, Jeff and his crew have never disappointed. Thanks guys!

I have been using Beacon for years because they are the only ones I trust working on my vehicles. The owner is honest and isn t the type to try to talk to you into anything you don t need.I moved away a year ago but still brought my car back here for major repairs. That s how much I trust them .Highly recommend for any of your vehicles needs- from an oil change to engine mounts, whatever the case may be for you.

I've had great customer service across a variety of service between a new battery and spark plugs. Prices seem to be a little higher, but I can't complain about expertise and quality.

We had a battery that went bad. 9 months ago. They put in a new one. Week ago, the battery die. I called, they said come in and we will take a look. It was about 8:30 am. AAA came by my house. Jump it and I was on my way. Kim said hi, can I help you. I just called about the battery. They went to work. In less than a hour. I was heading out on my Vacation. Thank you Kim and the staff of hard working people. We will be back again.

I am very pleased with their service, they are concern about their customers and help them with the best decision of resolving their car troubles. Beacon is a light in the darkness!! Once again coming to my rescue!! Jeep had a cold rough start and intermittent symptoms. They kept it overnight to see cold start issues. They tested and searched and found a tiny leak and resolved!! They are persistent and professional always willing to listen and assist. Always explain in detail and give me cost effective options as well as honest suggestions. Always feel well taken care of!! Thanks for being a shining Star in the Auto Repair World.Beacon will never steer you wrong. They are thorough and diagnose and offer solutions and options before randomly charging and completing unnecessary repairs. Refreshing to know you can trust them and get the problem fixed right at a fair price. Staff is always kind and accommodating. We would highly recommend them as your local go to source for any repairs.

First time customer. Beacon did a great job aligning my Saturn Vue and replaced a stripped grease fitting at no charge. Price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the appointment with just a few day s notice. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

They were helpful, simple, and to the point on the phone! My car got towed there late afternoon one day, and in less than 24 hours, it had a new starter and was ready for me to pick up! My car runs good as new now! THANKS GUYS

Took my car in because I found out I had been leaking engine coolant. I figured that something in the engine coolant system was leaking, such as the radiator, the hoses, maybe even the thermostat, but I didn't want to waste my money replacing all of them. I was hoping a group of professionals could narrow it down, but after 3 days of waiting, they instead charged me $130 to tell me I should replace all of them anyways (by tell me I mean they tried to charge me $1000 to do it), because they couldn't find specifically where it was leaking. In addition, after driving it home, I find that my coolant reservoirs cap was missing. It's not really an expensive piece but it goes to show how much carelessness they apply hear at Beacon Automotive. Complete waste of time and money.Edit: Just an update, a couple weeks after replacing that, I lost all my antifreeze again. Decided to take it to an actual quality mechanic (ATC), and they found out that it was actually the head gasket was broke, all of it was very clearly leaking out of the head, and Beacon didn't catch that. After replacing the head gasket and a few other gaskets while I was at it for only $150, my car now doesn't leak at all, no thanks to Beacon Automotive, where I wasted even more money repairing something that wasn't even the problem. I also put the old radiator back in to see if it would leak, and surprise, surprise, it didn't. The old radiator was just fine.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have had multiple great experiences in dealing with Beacon Automotive. They have my car in and out quickly, and fix it right the first time. They keep excellent communication throughout the whole process. I will be using them as my automotive shop for years to come.

Beacon had worked on his Audi Prior to him joining the Army. When he joined he went straight from boot camp to AIT school. He called home and said mom, can you get my car to Beacon and ask them to go over it end to end so they can fix it while I m in AIT. I explained to Salena the situation, she and team got right on it. Over the next 12 weeks Salena contacted me with weekly updates, what needed to be done, how we could cut some costs and what was wrong but could wait . When he graduated AIT he would be driving his car from Grovetown to Ft Riley Kansas and the team wanted to make sure it was safe for him. When we went to pick it up, the battery had gone bad. They quickly replaced the battery and again done everything they could to help save us money. My son is home for the holidays (home for 3 days) and drove his car for the first time in 8 months. He said it is running great!! Thank you Beacon and your team for everything you done for us!!

Had been having brake issues. Initial repair and replacement of pads and rotors did remedy most of my concerns. However, one rotor was discovered to have a manufacturing defect. Beacon replaced all brake pads and rotors again under warranty. Additionally, rear brakes were having issues. Once replaced, all braking is smooth as silk.Highly recommend for automotive service.

I had an emergency situation and we had recently moved to the area. We did not have a mechanic or even know where to start. We had left a mechanic in FL that we trusted so much we were actually driving our son s car 8 hours to have him fix the air in a week. Since we couldn t really have my car towed 8 hours, we started searching for local mechanics.I called a couple places and they could not get me in for a couple weeks. I found Beacon Automotive online and read the amazing reviews. From the moment I called and spoke to Kim, I was hopeful we had found our place. We had the car towed there and Kim was amazing at communicating where they were with things, what they found, what was necessary and what was not. They did amazing and fast work. Their prices were extremely fair and they didn t try to scare me into paying for things I didn t need.I can confidently say we have found our local mechanic. Good, trust worthy, fairly priced and excellent service. Thank you Beacon!!
