Honest, trustworthy, and stand up business! We ve been taking our vehicles here for a few years, and feel confident in their mechanical ability. One thing we really appreciate is their thorough communication, and that they always do a great job. We always receive follow up calls to keep us informed, and to get our approvals. The prices are competitive, and still less than what the dealership charges. With ATC, we don t have to question if they are being deceptive. We had an issue from one of our extended warranty companies, and that was quickly resolved with the owner/GM who was present at the business. It was nice to be able to speak directly to someone to resolve issues, vs getting the run around. There s also a convenient drop box is to use for after hours drop off, and to pick up your vehicle if they re closed.

Mary provided me with the best service. She explained in detail to a question about what I was worried about. I would visit here again, and I recommend you to come here. You can drink coffee in a clean place and wait for your car to be repaired. (They have a coffee maker)

Great quality and friendly staff. They are always busy so setup an appointment. They are not the cheapest place but you do get quality work for the price. They are not over priced as some places are as well. And no shady/extremely expensive repairs that are not needed (unlike some of the dealerships in the area)

I came in about 2 minutes before they closed, knowing that, I was just asking for a yes or no answer on if they could extract screws from my license plate holder. One lady was willing to help but she wasn t a mechanic. Everybody else just said no and that they were leaving. One guy told me to take somewhere else.

Truck had a weird issue with what I thought were the brakes. They looked it over, no issues with the brakes, but the did fix after getting permission, the hose for my wiper fluid. Great service, easy to chat with and discuss issues with the vehicle. Highly recommend.

Respectable quotes and quality work in a timely manner. Had to get my water pump replaced in my truck and service techs were knowledgeable on explaining what was wrong and how and what they did to fix it. If you ain't got the tools or time to fix it yourself, just let the Pros handle it

I called several places to get a quote on a hose that needed replacing. ATC was the most timely and helpful repair shop to speak with. They were able to get my car in, repaired, and back to me in the same day for $350 less than the dealership quoted me. Can t recommend them enough. Even though I live in Evans, I will drive to Grovetown for all my car repairs from now on!

Customer service is above and beyond the norm. They kept me well informed of everything that was going on with my vehicle. During the initial inspection they thought a part would have to be replaced with total cost coming in right around $700 and I gave the OK to go ahead with the work. They then called the next day to let me know there was some faulty wiring coming out of the part that was causing the issue and that they fixed that without replacing the part. That alone saved me almost $400. They could have taken the easy route and just swapped in a new part and I would have paid the $700, but instead, they were super honest with me about what they found which cost THEM money by not doing a more expensive fix. I will take every vehicle I own to them from now on.

This place told me I had a blown head gasket and told me I should either get a tune up or replace the engine, never suggesting to fix the head gasket , which doesn t appear to be blown. I took my car home and paid them $170 for nothing. Also I found their lunch order inside the car, seems like they took my car to go get lunch!

Mary at atc is a true gem! We had a vehicle towed into atc and had to deal with a difficult warranty company. Mary went above and beyond to get what was needed from the warranty company and then make sure that our family was kept in the loop with constant updates. Even now as we are still dealing with the warranty/dealer they have been gracious and patient until we can find a resolve. I would absolutely recommend atc Auto to anyone.

Fast, compassionate service. Total turnaround time of 1 week when other locations needed a month to even get the vehicle in the shop.A specific shout-out to my Service Advisor Mary and Technician Toby for their expeditious work.

Updated review 2022:I will leave the old review below and keep this short as possible.ATC will be my choice for any repairs and inspections. Without going into too much detail, my truck sat add another mechanic for weeks without any update or even being looked at. By the time they finally came back with an answer we decided to go back to a business we trust. ATC kept me constantly updated, and let me know each step. I needed major repairs and the stuff they ordered was delayed, but with them letting me know the timelines it really helped.They ended up finishing 4 or 5 days ahead of schedule and I was able to pick my vehicle up outside of normal business hours. I wish I could remember the name of the ladies who called each time, they were so friendly, helpful, and able to answer my questions. I really appreciate them!Previous review below:Excellent work.Came in as a walk in, customer service was top notch. Cody answered all my questions and my multiple phone calls. My truck was in pretty bad disrepair after being in storage long term. They did their inspection, sent a text with a link to detailed information on deficiencies and problems, and then an email with coat estimates. The email was broken down to work that needed to be done, and deferred work(stuff that can wait.). 1 day later my car was ready and cost good compared to other local service shops.

I bought a new car, so my first few years oil changes are free. I cannot wait until my two years is up so I can go back to ATC. Dealerships I m going to for service make me feel like they just want to hurry up and send me on my way. I don t feel this way at ATC. Customer service is top notch and I feel comfortable in their waiting area. Dealerships I m rushing trying to get an Uber because I don t want to be there. ATC I have no problem waiting.

Cody and Dylan were impressively accommodating and knowledgeable with my Tahoe PPI. I wouldn't consider using anyone else in the Augusta area.

They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very easy to deal with over all. Also quick turn around time on my work. Most other shops were giving me multiple weeks lead time just to diagnose my transmission. ATC diagnosed the same day I dropped it off and after my approval to fix it, ordered the necessary part and had it repaired just a couple of days later. Couldn't ask for much more.

I have brought 2 of my vehicles here for different things, and both times, it's been great. Not the cheapest place in town, but I haven't had to bring any of those cars back for the same issue either.

I have a 99 C5 Corvette that I rescued. I have taken it to 3 different shops, including a "corvette specialist" shop. ATC was the first to diagnose it correctly and took on the ugly job of locating replacement parts that have been discontinued. I'm highly impressed with their ability to repair and, in many cases, restore my car.The honesty is refreshing. They unintentionally damaged a plastic corner of the air filter cover. They could have easily lied and said it just fell apart due to old age, but admitted it was dropped and accepted responsibility.This shop is very busy and will continue to get busier because of their high degree of competence and integrity.

Called today to inquire about getting one tire changed the guy literally said I can t fit you in until next Tuesday really? Then said I am sorry from them to be such a larger operation this is really unfortunate that s the best they can do when just trying to replace one tire. Went to another local establishment replaced one tire same day less than one hour.

These guys are honest, reliable,. and dependable. They are the only shop I have trusted with major repairs to my vehicle. They explain exactly what it is you do and don't need and there prices are fair.

I took my truck a few years back for an oil change to test a local shop versus the dealers we were used to. Years later and now I take all three of my vehicles for anything from basic and advanced needs (oil changes and tires to having a leaking turbo repaired.)I love getting the detailed vehicle reports that show exactly any issues found, recomendations for repairs, and estimates as it allows me to make quick decision on what I need or want taken care of.The staff has always been friendly and attentive, regardless if I'm on the phone or staying in person and it doesn't matter if there is a line put the door, if it's your turn, they take care of you in the moment.Absolutely love ATC grovetown. Only regret is that I didn't give them a chance sooner!

This auto shop took my breath away. Above and beyond every expectation. I m obsessed with their service. They write a detailed report with pictures and explanations for you- as a visual learner that knows squat about cars this made all the difference for me. They give you options for steps you can take in fixing you vehicle and I never once felt pressured to spend money on repairs I didn t want or couldn t afford. They have a wonderful lounge with every necessary comfort for those who choose to wait for their services to be completed. The customer service is top notch and their transparency and openness has made them a trustworthy and satisfactory place of business. Highest marks from me.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

We were recommended to ATC by a dear friend of ours and honestly, there is no other place I'd go to anymore. They were able to take our vehicle in the early afternoon and right before they closed they gave us an estimate and diagnosis of what was wrong. They kept us informed and we were able to be back up and running within a few days. I'm not sure if I would trust another place to do a job or provide the customer service as these folks did. If you are needing any type of repairs, I promise you that ATC will take care of you.

Dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday July 20 for a simple transmission filter and oil change. It was dropped off at 10:50 am. Cody (Service Advisor)-called me at around 4:00 pm told me he would call when it was ready. At 5:30 when the shop closed, no one had called to let me know they would need to keep it over night. Luckily I didn t need my vehicle back. By the next morning I hadn t heard anything by 9 am, so I gave the shop a call. I was transferred from to Cody. It just so happens they they were finishing my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, whoever worked on it left caked on grease and debris on the steering wheel. Very unprofessional. The two ladies in the front were helpful and professional. Cody and the mechanic were not.*Update* The owner reached out and apologized to me. He said it would be addressed. I appreciate things like this. I believe I ll give them another try. I ll just chalk this one up to a bad day and leave it at that. Changed from a 1 star to 3 star because of the concern shown by the owner.
