Schedule a appointment for 11:00 am arrived before 9:00 am ! Had time to do a little Food shopping while I waited. Guess I'll be coming back again. The Lovejoy location , I was replacing the two front tires ! Unbelievable driver side back tire , hubcap was crack. Really it was replaced by the manager. Still very disappointed I will be back.

Was going to have an oil change done and online it says they are open until 7 pm. My wife gets there at 5:45 and they said they closed at 5. Seriously!!! If they close at 5 then that needs to be on the website as well because that is confusing.

Customer service in tire center is absurd. If your hours are 7-7 and a customer comes in at 6:30 then help the customer. I had a tire leak and was an emergency nobody else was open. Look I know you might be tired it's Friday and you want to go home, but people need your services you still have time to do your job.

I went in to get my tire fixed because my tire kept going flat but Cameron and Derek noticed my tire was fine but I had a bigger problem. My wheel bearing needs to be replaced immediately, or I would find myself stranded. I m so thankful that they were able to tighten my tire stem to make sure no more air came out and identify a bigger problem that could save me from a car accident.Service: Tires

Took my car in to get an oil change while I went grocery shopping. By the time we were done shopping they let me know my car was ready. Everyone was friendly an great service

This is only to regards of the customer service there. If you don't like your job then quit. There is absolutely no reason to treat customers with disrespect. Some people are just not cut out to work behind the counter serving customers and this is the case for the grumpy lady who does exactly that.

Got there a few hours before close. The guy at the counter was like can I help you. I told him I needed a few new tires he said well what's your size I told him the first part not even the whole tire size and he was like nope don't have that. You'll have to order it. I told him I called earlier and they had the size and he was like well now we don't. He then said I'm not taking anymore cars today anyways. So I went to Mr. NOBODY where they helped me right away.

They damaged my car on a basic oil change. And made my vehicle in operable. The damages are close to $500 and they are doing nothing claiming it wasn't them when it happened while in their garage.

I received excellent service from the staff in the auto center. They were quick to service my needs and probably saved me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary fees and charges, by going straight to the main problem.Thanks everyone

Made me remove my own tire because they did not want to be responsible due to the fact it was a BMW wheel, atleats they let me use there equipment and shop to do so.

I give this place ZERO stars!! I have been sitting here waiting for an oil change for 2 hours when i was told the wait would only be an hour!! When i came back to ask them when they estimate it would be done, and they informed me that my car had not even been brought into the shop yet because they had forgotten about it! So it will be another 30 minutes!! If id known that this was going to take my entire day, i would have went somewhere else!! And on top of that, the staff is VERY rude and not helpful at all! It took 20 minutes just to get to the front of the line to even ask about my car because only one of the three employees who were standing there was helping customers! The other two were just standing around scowling! I will NEVER come here again for ANY type of car services and i would also NEVER reccommend to ANYONE.

So i got a tire changed here sometime ago and loved the service. So yesterday when i noticed my tire splitting to the point i wouldnt drive it, i took it back to get a new one put on. Well..i called that afternoon and asked how much itll be and what time they close. I get off at 530 and don't get back in the area till near 630. So the time worked great, or so i thought. I get there and go in and therea absolutely no signs as to differentiate between check out and sign it. So just kinda stood there and waited. Went to check my car in and was told they stop doing tires at 630. Well it was 621. So i said ok and left. Called today and asked to speak to a manager, i would love to put his name and that he apologized for the misunderstanding but he did neither. He answered the phone and just said hello...didnt say this is so and so how can i help you, just repeated hello. And said we stop tires at 630, oil changed at 645 but close at 7 and 6 om sunday. And said they havent stayed open till 1030 for years. Yet i called that afternoon and was told 1030. So not only are the employee's about as ignorant and airheaeded as they come but the ones who are over them have absolutely ZERO customer courtesy. I wasnt wanted a refund nor a freebie. Really just wanted a simple apology for the misunderstanding but didnt he get that. He actuallu laughed at the fact i was confused. So i wouldnt recommened to my worst enemy and i will take my business to watsons where its only $1 more for what i needed. Im manily disappointed in the lack of management skills a manager is supposedly suppost to have. Then again its walmart in griffin, they dont really care!

Went into the auto center for a simple oil change. The Walmart employee who did the job for got to replace my oil cap and oil dipstick so my car was emitting smoke for under the hood a few days later. Brought it back and they had like a nonchalant attitude when I brought the problem to there attention. If you need an oil change DO Not bring your car here.

Although it says updated two weeks ago the information is FALSE! They are completely closed. I went to this location because it said their information was updated two weeks ago but I waited 40 minutes just to hear they are closed. Can t even tell how much of an inconvenience this has caused me.

On hold for 14 minutes and switch to different line three times. Customer service reps were rude and the first customer service rep I spoke to was incoherent, the second one said they had a tire and then the third person who picked up the line said they didn t have the tire.Don t care about if the tire was there or not, but your customer service, is honestly worse than what I d expect from Walmart honestly.

Customer service skills are okay depending on who helps you but besides that I always get my oil changed here and get my tires here and I've never had a problem

Slower than molasses. Only can hope that they actually changed the oil. Over two hours! Watched from the window to watch employees with their phones and vapes. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Totally unprofessional

Ordered 4 tires when they showed 5 in stock they only had 3 when ordered was filled. So I cancelled order took 5 days to get MY Money back . Only took seconds to put My Money on hold but 5 days to get it back completely unacceptable.

I had a flat in the parking lot at 6:30 on a Friday night. They repaired my tire in 15 minutes. $10. A huge thank you.

This is my 1st and LAST experience at this place! A 2 hour tire job became a 5 hour wait and we even pre-ordered the tires 4 days ago. This is ridiculous!! The 1 star is for the kind lady at the desk....

Don't go here.,had an oil change, they did not put plug back in correctly, as soon as i drove out the oil change bay, I had a trail of oil leaking. Never, ever again at any location.

Tire center was on the ball...but i think its quite stupid that i have to retrieve my bugging from parking lot and check my self ..while employees are just standing around..just wow!!..

Do not open on time , says it opens at 7 but they dont start until around 8. Takes forever for any job they do. You have to be patient.
