I ve never purchased a vehicle from here but I ve worked with Ken Evans before and he is a fraud!!!! He stole my car and my money. The fact that Valid would hire him is a clear indication of what kind of company this is .KEN EVANS IS A FRAUD!!!!! Don t do business with Valid Motors ..

I purchase 2 cars from Valid and every time my experience has been nothing but STELLA, from the greetting to the driving away every step was met with absolute professionalism. Last year i got my wife and Achadia GMC, and last month We got a Land Rover and like before no complaint. On top of it they've been taking care of my wife's car since we brought it. I am so glad we found a great mechanic shop in griffin to do business with and they got mine as long as they stay open.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I gave this shop one star because 0 was not an option. This has to be the worst experience that I have ever had with a repair shop! The owners lie and say that they can fix your vehicle knowing that they cannot. They then give you excuse after excuse as to why they can t get the job done blaming it on people that work for them. I brought a box truck to this shop back in November of 2022. As I sit and write this today (June 2023), my truck is still not fixed!! They have scammed me out of over $6,000 in parts and labor. I went in with a/c issues. I was greeted by very friendly lady that said the inspection was free and they could get to it in about 15 minutes. Shortly she let me know that it was a simple $5 part. The entire repair was only a little more than other places wanted just to check it out. They could have completely taken advantage of me with this extreme heat, but they were honest, affordable, timely, and my a/c works great. I will absolutely be back.

They are very professional and friendly staff. I had oil changes and some general repairs done and they had me in out in a timely manner. The prices are so reasonable. They don t try to rip off you like those places, I have taken my car to several other places and they offer me the best price. I bought a 2005 Ford Expedition from this place. When I first bought the car they told me there was nothing wrong wit it and to bring it back if I had any issues with the car. They would fix it. The next day I brought the car back because the car had to have the coil packs replaced. I haven t even had this car for 4 months and now my transmission lines need to be replaced because they are rusted. The dealer knew the car was terrible when they sold it to me. I will never do business with this company ever and would advise anybody to never do business with them. As mechanics they knew what was wrong with the car when they sold it to me. Now I have to worry about getting my kids safely to their destination

I have my car 2014 Kia Rio engine replacement and it did good but I had others problems with the car and they were more than friendly to help me get it back on the road after the problems occurred I give them a five star for trying to help me

Not so nice as I thought.. someone I know was working there ... I had a family emergency and my grandma was almost dying in the hospital and I really needed them and they ended up firing him and they know me also from him having his car there.. the only reason for a 2 star is bc they don't charge a fee for your car sitting there for however long.

DON'T USE THIS DEALERSHIPIT'S TOO MANY PROBLEMS TO DEAL WITHThey lie about the price and when you get a vehicle they jump up on the price without telling you, they will not explain the warranty to you nor tell you the problem with the car an when the problem occurs they will straight tell you it's your problem and will not help you and if they do anything to your vehicle you pay them and have to get the vehicle to them even if your warranty says it will pay for thoseService: Financing
