Used them once last year with an older car and have used them ever since! Especially with my new car!!! I am becoming a loyal! I will NEVER EVER go to anyone else for my tire/car needs. I am taken care of EVERY TIME! Service is great, fast, and affordable! My problems are always fixed! Customer service is EXCELLENT. Ms. Pam (front desk) is a very sweet lady and always a blessing to me! The waiting area is very comfortable, relaxing, and inviting!As a woman, I am always skeptical when it comes to getting my car worked on. NOT when I come HERE! I am treated like family!!! Everyone is very knowledgeable, explains the ins and outs of my car problems and has no problem with showing me to help me understand.When have you ever went to a tire/car shop and heard of great things like this?

This company thoroughly understands customer service! They truly do. As soon as I was getting out of my vehicle, I was politely greeted and promptly assisted. Alongside great service, their prices are amongst the best in the city. They also offer a nice warranty on their tires! When I need tires, I will revisit this company. Also, A+ for Pam! She s a very lovely person! I definitely recommend!

I love them they treated me with great hospitality and they sent someone to check on me when I called and told them my situation. Their prices are reasonable and I ve never had such a great customer service experience at a used tire place. I ll never go anywhere else for a used tire ever again. This will be my choice from this day forward. Miss Pam was wonderful the Mechanics are thoughtful and considerate. My rim was bent and they fixed to put the tire on. I got another flat the next day came right back to them.

I came upon this business and after seeing their great reviews, I thought I would give it a shot. I called ahead to make sure they had my tires, luckily they had 2 of the exact size used tires i needed. Ms. Pam was friendly and quoted me $35 per tire which is definitely affordable. She said she would pencil me in and have the tires ready by the time I got there. I arrived about an hour later and she greeted me and immediately got me into the system and showed me to their waiting room. The waiting room was spacious and the A/C was on high power which was great on this hot day. I was in and out in about 30 minutes but that s not even the best part. The woman gave me a discount on my tires because I was a student AND she was able to balance my tires for free. I walked out with only paying $60.00 and I will definitely recommend this place to everyone in the Atlanta area!

I am new to Atlanta and this was the first place I decided to go and it was the best choice I have ever made. As most woman, I do not keep up good maintenance on my car. I will ride until the wheels fall off and that s what I literally did. I went in thinking I needed two tires and I also had a bent rim. Upon seeing the bent rim and explaining why they could not work on it, they gave me a great affordable recommendation as to where to go. Upon looking at my other tires, the guy on that worked on my tires I must say probably saved me and my kids life. I was also riding on a tire that was about to bust. They also made me aware of other things that needed to be done. This place has wonderful staff and very family oriented. They make you feel welcome as well as let you know how much they appreciate your business. The waiting area is very comfortable as if you are relaxing in your living room. The three tires I did get put on was very affordable. When my rim gets repaired, I will definitely return back to them. They just gained a loyal customer. I recommend this place to everyone if you want quality affordable service. If anyone gives this place a bad review, I can say that they have personal issues and lied on them. See you guys soon.

It really makes me glad when I go to any type of vehicle repair place and the staff is friendly and professional. I came to VT after searching online on Memorial Day weekend (Sat). I waited no time at all, a tire was on my car in 15mins. The mechanic manager, Sammy, was super helpful and Ms.Betty, the front desk rep, was so sweet! They're very hospitable! Great selection as well! I will definitely come back!!

Fast, helpful,polite, great prices, flexible.they tried to repair it before they charged me & before they told me I needed a new tire.I couldn't pull into the bay bc I had a trailer hitched. I'm not the best with backing out.They changed my tire on the sidewalk.I was having a rough day. The clerk/ lady made me smile & laugh.The young man w/Darthvador mask was so fast, kind & informative.They didn't even charge me until after the work was done.I'll definitely be there again

Great experience! Quick and honest service. Comfortable waiting area with cute kid s corner. Pam was friendly and Corey did a great job finding the perfect tires for my car and price range. I read the reviews, called, then went. 4 tires in less than 40 min. Thanks!

The two men and Mrs . Robbie were very pleasant. I needed two used tires they gave me a fair reasonable price for some really good tires . I could ve sworn they were new ! They let me heat up my food And I got to sit comfortably in the waiting area and they were very prompt with service and true gentleman ! Thanks again for your awesome service! Now I know where to go when I need some good tires :)

I live in South Carolina and was visiting Atlanta (my home) during the Mother's Day weekend. On the way down I had an issue with balancing and I needed a front brake job. I found this company on the internet and paid attention to the reviews and unlike most reviews on Google this place lived up to their outstanding reputation. Very courteous, professional and experienced. They had the right road force balancing machine that did the job and the brake job was done at a rate that is very competitive. The owner should be very proud of his daughter and her staff!! Very colorful and relaxing waiting room. I recommend the experience.

I can not say enough great things about this place!!! Pam answered the phone and was polite and helpful. When I found the place and arrived I was beyond exhausted!! The prices are very reasonable and I was treated with care and kindness. I chatted with Pam while we waited. She was funny and bubbly. They finished quickly with my vehicle and had me on my way in no time!! I recommend them to anyone!!

I spoke with a guy who works at this shop and I wasn t sure of what size my tires were but by telling him the make and model he looked up all the tires that could possibly fit and assured me that the tire was in stock. When I arrived he was busy doing another job but after I told the lady that worked in the office I had limited time she came out an changed the tire for me. They have great quality tires for as cheap as $40 and I am very pleased with the service. I will definitely return.

This company is like the old days when companies understood that customer satisfaction is the key to success. Pam gave me a ride to my car, after I had a blow out on the highway with no spare and no way to get back to my car. Now I go to them for all tire and alignment needs. A great company, great service and great prices.

I had gotten a flat on my way to work a week ago and VT was the nearest flat fix place I could find. They were able to accommodate me as soon as I came in. Great customer service and reasonably priced plus their 30 day service warranty is great. Definitely and easy and fast service. Would recommend to anyone.

This local-owned company has an enormous warehouse of used tires, the one place that is likely to have whatever tire you need. Other tire companies in the area order their used tires from V T.In fact, I went there because the used tire store I went to didn't have my tire, it was close to closing, so they just told me to go ahead and visit his for myself. Which I did.Very friendly, helpful people. Good price ($33 for one used tire in good condition for my 2003 Outback). Immediate service.

I brought my car in for a tire repair. I came in at 9am. There was no wait. The mechanic was professional and personable. We talked while he fixed the tire he explained what he was doing. I was out in amount 10 or 15 minutes. I always come here for my tires and repairs. Great service and great value.

Great place to purchase new tires. I have purchased several tires and the service was always fast and efficient. I enjoy their pricing strategy because there are no hidden fees like other companies. They quoted a drive out price and that was the actual price I paid.

I passed 2 other shops to get to this one. The others had no online presence, and I couldn't find a phone number to verify they had my size tire. I called the folks at VT, got a quote, verified they had the tire. I was in and out with 2 good quality used tires in less than 30 minutes. I paid less than what I was quoted on the phone. That's great service!

I have had a very pleasant experience today and the staff got to know a little about me. I came in for one tire but they made sure all tires were good before i pulled off the lot. Turns out my back tire had a nail in it and I was very low on air. It was their mission to make sure I was safe before leaving. Im grateful for their committment to make sure i was ok. True neighborhood Tire Shop that cares about the community and the people in it. Bless

I was visiting Atlanta and experienced problems with my tires. Needless to say I was very skeptical about going to a used tire shop that I wasn't familiar with. The staff is very professional. I was greeted with a smile and asked what services I needed rendered when I drove in. Donut's and coffee was offered. There was little to no wait for service and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend V T Used Tire Company for all of your tire needs they made my experience great!

Deceptive. I'd previously purchased a used tire and service was great. So I returned to purchase a full set of new tires...don't do it. I paid in advance, requested a specific brand/kind was given something different than what I ordered and PAID for. Called back to dispute, was LIED to and told the ones I wanted were being discontinued (found out that was not true) and even if it were true GIVE ME THE OPTION to choose, don't just give me what you want (unless YOU paying for it). I will not be patronizing them any more and I in fact told others not to patronize them as well .They got 2 stars because if the friendliness of the front office lady...but it was a ploy

My favorite tire shop. I'm glad I found a shop for my tires because I have bad luck when it comes to driving over nails and screws. Cory really is informative and will let you know good advice about your vehicle. He does amazing work on my car and I always leave feeling safe on the road and this is coming from someone who is very paranoid about driving on the highway due to having a tire fly off my vehicle on the highway which was caused by an attempted tire theft. I drive now feeling safe and secure knowing my tires are done correctlyWould recommend this place to anyone who needs tired or has tire alignment issues.

After being told by Express Oil Change that they couldn't rotate my tires in good consciounce b/c my two back were so much more worn down than the front, I went to VT to find a second hand version of what the chain tire store tried to selling me. It's been at least a month or driving since then, and, to my surprise, after even calling ahead to see if they carried my size, the mechanic looked at my tires and told me that I've still got some life left in them! They had pulled the tires they thought i needed, but even after taking the time to do that, they said they'd gladly rotate them for only charge me half of what a single tire would have cost me. Now, if that is not good, honest service, then i don't know what is! The icing on the cake is the big airy waiting room, complete with children kitchen and coloring station. They've got my biz for life!

Great service. Allowed me to pick out the used tires for my vehicle. Very friendly office staff and tire technician. I recommend to everyone, although they indicated that they will no longer sell car tires once their inventory runs out, only truck tires in the future. Give them a call!

V T tires is a business very close to my family. They are like family. They joke and have the most friendly service. They make you feel comfortable in a moment that is the most aggravating and inconvenient. They understand and are there for you. They have tires of all sizes & if they dont have, it they will next day it and set you an appointment to get it installed.Today I woke up with a flat. So i needed a new tire. They had just sold the last tire in my size and had to order it. The tire they looked up to ordered cost $79. They went above and beyond and even went as far as referring me to another tire shop who had the right size. I dont like dealing with new people and am very customer service oriented so if you give me great service, I want to buy from you and only you. I had them pull me a used tire to see if it would work for my price range and schedule. They pulled it, and showed me. We examined the tire together which looked practically new. My total for the tire was $42.50. They are always great anytime I have am incidents amd i will continue to get my tires form them.Thank you!

After looking at reviews for used tires, I finally settled on V T Used a tire company and am very happy I did. The customer service was fantastic and the gentleman that replaced my tires were quick and friendly. I highly recommend

This place is absolutely incredible. My Tire went flat it was extremely inconvenient. I am not from the area so trying to find the right place to go was challenging enough. So I found this one although the parking set up was difficult their customer service and expedited service was unbelievable!!! They sure turned my bad day around I will be back and always get my tires repaired or changed at this location in the future. Psssss(Very affordable too)

They are amazing. They hooked me up with 3 excellent tires. Apparently they are only doing commercial truck tires now. But they are worth calling or stopping by just in case they still have some tires in your size. They also plugged a hole in one of my tires previous to my purchase of the 3 tires.
