Kinda shared the same bad experience. They kept my wife's car for over 3 weeks. Only called with an update once in 3 weeks. We were constantly calling and it was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. I also think they don't really give your car the care it deserves while in their possession. I witnessed them moving cars around their lot and they didn't care how they treated the carI also found one or two things inside the car that were broken or inop that were fully functional when I dropped the car off. We will not go back or refer anyone I know to go there . We will find someone else next time we need anything like this.

Be careful with these people. Kept the car for several weeks and when we picked it up several things were broken and damaged and of course they didn't accept responsibility. Note, before you leave you car here take detailed pictures inside and out. Take the pictures on their property so when something gets damaged you'll have proof it wasn't like that before you dropped it off. Just words to the wise .No quality control . No one goes back over the car to be sure everything is correct before releasing the car . If I had it to do over I would have went somewhere else, somewhere that will take better care of my car while in their possession.These people don't . And if they break or damage something they will deny it unless you have detailed pictures which alot of people don't do . Proceed with caution.

We will always do business with Topline!!Our convertible on our 2009 Volkswagen Eos would not go back up and Terry wasn t sure if he could get it back together but he was able to put it back together and get it to working again!! We are so thankful for him and his team!!Great service!It s always a pleasure to get great customer service as well!!Thank youTerry and Topline team!!

Love my Infiniti G37S convertible. Was referred to this company from two separate individuals. Took the car in and they kept it for three weeks, never once making any progress, did not follow up on commitments, made excuses on difficulty on getting parts of which I just discovered can be received in four days, would not return phone calls, and twice had to drive 1.45 hours just to interact with them and still no progress. Finally had to take my car back. Communication none. Commitments kept none. Progress made none. Reviews? One. This one.

Terry and Danny are great individuals who will get the job done and will be very honest about their work. I was very impressed and pleased at the installment of my top on my 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlas Convertible. I will recommend this place of business to anyone who want great customer service and work. Top line is awesome! I had a dash cover installed for my GMC. Terry is the most friendly and kind person I ve met. Very professional and my dash looks great! I highly recommend his team of experts!

When building a car these days, dealing with these shops can be stressful. When you run across a shop that s good, stands behind their work and keeps their word, as well as good work ethics, it s imperative to shout them out. I really liked doing business with these guys. Over the years I have had some less than pleasant dealings with people who made repairs to my car, but that was not the case with Sunnyside Trim Shop. These guys were straight forward, easy to deal with, and did what they said they would. They actually had my headliner finished sooner than they promised. Their price was very competitive (I checked the price at several trim shops). They are definitely a "5 Star " business!

Terry, Robbie & Larry did a great job on my 1967 GTO. Easy going folks to talk to, stuck to their estimate and turned out great. On my car they installed new roof insulation, (the old crap deteriorating stuff was still on it) headliner, new rear side panels including reinstalling window cranks and arm rest, and all the missing wind lace.Highly recommend them!!

Great place. I got my 2014 Honda Accord floor board fixed here. They did a great job. For a great price. I saved over 300 bucks from the Honda dealership price. They do all upholstery!!!!

The worst customer service, professionalism and work ethic. I brought seats to be redone. Told them 2 times - if you don't feel you can do the job let me know now and I will take them elsewhere. They said they could do the job. Called them back 3 weeks later and they told me they couldn't do the job and they lost my phone number.They never apologized for wasting my time or for losing my number. In fact, they found it humorous. They were rude to me and completely unprofessional.

Guys here are great, I have had 3 or 4 cars worked on here. Work is always top notch and fairly priced. I will be returning whenever the need arises.

Recommended by local body shop, quality of work was amateurish, owner had no issue with sending out terrible work, I could see immediately why they don't warranty work

Caveat Emptor,Poor communication and if u give them a deposit it's nonrefundable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE A JOKE
