Been going here for mounting and balancing of new tire purchases for over 17 years. Fast and friendly service. Good prices and quality workmanship. Plenty of parking space if need to drop off. Tire rotations, tire repairs. Not the best looking shop, but by far the best prices in town.

I had to buy a used tire and got a great deal. The gentleman working is great. He has a good personality and is very helpful. I will definitely use them from now on. Well this time turns out I had a piece of metal in my tire. The same gentleman helped me again I asked his name it's Justin. I couldn't have asked for better service. Ask for him if you ever go there he does a great job!

They chipped the rim in three places where the machine clamped the tire to remove it to put a patch then put scratches all over it after explaining to be careful with the new rims. I even gave them the lined socket to remove the lugnuts .

Updated Review: 6/28/23I went back over here when I had a tire blowout on my family. Unfortunately, my experience this time around wasn't as good. I felt there was a slight language barrier, the attendant worker was literally listen to a podcast/or speaking to someone on the phone while talking to us, and they acted like they didn't know how to get a spare tire off of a Ford Expedition. It's honestly pretty sad when the blind guy has to get on his back and point out that there is a middle anchor holding the tire.Beyond the customer service and first impressions though the job still got done in a timely fashion and correctly. It did look like the shop was a little cleaner since the first time I was there and the owners or whoever weren't just sitting/standing around making everyone nervous.Overall, I'd rate this now a 3/5. The custom service needs some work. The attendant knows the process but needs some customer faxing training.Old Review:Best prices in Griffin, GA for used tires I've found. They have no issue being little lenient on pricing as well. Would and will use again.If I truly needed to give a con I'd say the atmosphere was a tad sketch. Three employees (assumedly) and only one was working. The one who was working though was awesome and changed my spare within 10-15 minutes.Shop was a tad hot but they did have fans on. I'd like to see the place cleaned up and some mild building improvements. Place should do more marketing!

Been going here for awhile and they have great pricing and very knowledgeable workers. I have off road tires M/T 33s which are difficult to balance but they didn t have any issues at all. I was worried about my rims getting scratched because they are black XD series but they didn t have an issue with that either. Highly recommend this facility to everyone I talk to.

This is where I always go to get a tire. The employees are super helpful and nice and I always get a decent price on a good tire, and if there are ever any problems with the tire in the first few days they always fix it for me. Really I don't have any reason to go anywhere else and I believe they also do alignments now.

I am just leaving this place of business with my husband and when I say This guy DEAN was the bomb I mean it. He was ABSOLUTELY helpful and very very kind to us. He amazed me by what he did to ACCOMMODATE us. IF I could give this place more stars I would.. hell as a matter of fact here I will definitely take the drive from where I live to come back again!! ABSOLUTELY AFFORDABLE AND WILLING TO HELP PEOPLE. I OWE YOU DEAN!!Guys when I say this is the TIRE PLACE TO GO TO believe me. I'm all about the customer service experience and today I wanted to cry tears of JOY because he was so damn nice!!!!

We pulled in after 6pm on Saturday night with a flat tire on our RV. Their air compressor was broken so this gentleman helped my husband by hand and he jacked up our RV and changed the tire in 15 minutes. Just absolutely amazing.

Not the best place to get tires anymore if you need to go to the bathroom while you are waiting well guess what no plumbing that works they have major electric issues and when it rains it rains more inside the shop then outside because the roof leaks so bad and plus the price for use tires is outrageous$80 for two used tires when used tires are only 20 to 25 a piece so I suggest find another place to go caus ether best ones that used to work there left because we never got a raise and plus they only pay $20 a day for the helpers for a 8 hour day

I needed a used 14" tire for my civic, I called asking for pricing and they gave me extremely reasonable rates for new and used tires. Upon my arrival I was immediately assisted and taken care of in good timing.

Tire blew out on the side of the interstate. By some miracle this man answered the phone AND stayed open half an hour after he closed to get us a tire. Not new but still great priced for such a crazy situation
