So far, so good! One of my tires, got cut with something on the Highway, here in Georgia, near exit 187 on april 14th in the early afternoon, & was able to get a reasonable priced one that was used, but in good shape. They also rotated my tires ...I had to wait because these guys are busy, which can mean good things happen here?!? ... Service was fairly quick, once my turned came around, which was a bit scary for me, not for nothing; but because of my tire problems earlier, that took me all day to resolve, in finding a place with my tire size, right on the Store, that could also service me right away, since I was just traveling through.Staff was helpful, friendly, they seem to know what they are doing & they also speak Spanish, so I really enjoyed that! Thank you!!!Q Dios les bendiga y les prospere, y les ayude a continuar adelante en Sus Buenos Caminos. Gracias mil!As you can see, not knowing I got a huge cut in my tire, I had tried to fill it back up, till I could get help, in checking it at a Tire Store ... Thank God a Good Samaritan came to my aid to help change my tire, into the spare, as Triple A ( Yes! AAA, was no help at all ... They did not come help, after several hours, & calls & telling them, right where I was! If you are not in your own Town, & State,(as I was traveling out of State; they give us a hard time, playing the game, how can we locate you?... Well, I told them all I knew, & friends found me right away on Google Maps, but Triple A, couldn't?!? I want my money back, Triple A!!! Thank God for the help You sent my way!

Came in to get a tire repaired. Showed me I had a side tear in my tire and needed a new one. 56 dollars later I'm rolling out with a tire and everything done in 20 min.cant beat the price and the service they give.

This is my 3rd visit, cause nails happen, and everytime I have left more than satisfied. They have good pricing, friendly staff, and the men that change your tires are very kind and helpful. I feel like they had my best interest at heart and weren't just trying to make a sale. If you're in need of a tire used or new I highly recommend this business.

Noticed that we had a punctured tyre and they fitted us in at the last minute just before they closed. They advised us that a new tire wasn t necessary and a repair would be fine. They completed the repair in 15 mins and at a reasonable price. Great place with great people!

I love this place. They are fast, no appointment, no wait time, cheapest I have found. Not only were the used tires cheaper then anywhere else they look basically new. And they let me stay in my car which is great with 3 little kids not having to get them out. This is my second visit and same experience both times. And they are so nice

We had 2 tires replaced on our vehicle here two days ago. I did not personally take the vehicle; I sent a family member. They required upfront payment prior to install via Venmo & the tires were not looked at (please make sure you check before leaving!). When they brought it back to me at my home, the "new to us" used tires barely had any tread left. Almost as bad as the ones we were replacing, which were completely bald. I called and was told they do not offer refunds or replacements, but could credit towards brand new tires only. Highly disappointed as the gentleman who answered the phone in the morning had said the tires I needed to receive were "still very good with decent tread."

I went in on January 19, 2023 to have my tire plugged. It had a mail in it. Customer service was great, and the it didn t take long for the service guy to plug my tire. Highly recommend them!!!

Try to make this quick , went there for two tires had two used put on immediately after I left I returned had shake from bad tire in front they put on. I told them take it off put one my old on that was as good as what they sold. Refund me for tire we all happy. I figured that fair since when I paid I was honest and corrected their mistake of only charging me for one tire and paid 163 instead of the mistake of 83 they made. Nope now they want 30 dollars to mount and balance old. Long and short they put tire on to get me outa there but when I asked if they balanced tire man said yes. When confronted I watched and he never balanced tire he then proceede with tire balance do I need to say anymore about this shady business?

This place was awesome. We have 4 vehicles and long commutes for work and in between. Because of our commutes, we tend to pick up nails, screws and whatever else that's on the road. We are a regular customer making almost monthly visits for used tires. Never had any issues with this place until recently. We got 2 brand-new tires and paid for them with the price given by them. Later that day, the receptionist calls and says they put the wrong tires on which were supposedly more expensive than what we originally asked for. They asked if we would pay the difference, I said I was sorry but it was their mistake that I didn't feel I should pay for. Later I had to get another used tire and the receptionist remembered me, she asked if I wanted to tack on the difference from their previous price mess up mentioned above, I said no. They said they were okay with that. Some time went by and we ended up having to get another tire. We go and ask for a used tire. Used tire prices have always been around $40 and it didn't seem to depend on rim size, especially out of the 4 vehicles we have with all different rim sizes. Instead of the usual price for a used tire , they tack on almost double this last visit. I'm guessing it's a way for them to try to make the money up for their mistake. Dirty business from the beginning to me.

I have been going here for years with no problems but yesterday went to get 2 tires mounted already had the tires and the rims off of the vehicle.The guy said he did not have the balancing weights for my rims and the he couldn't do it.So I went back a few minutes later told asked them to just mount and I would get them balanced later they said that the money wasn't worth their time.So I asked could they just mount 1 of them so I could get my car back going since only 1 tire was bad and again was told no!!! I just feel like when a customer that has been using you for years needs a service and you refuse just because it's a difficult tire to mount is wrong. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!;

My I have a receipt please . This is usually customary after a purchase, however, when my purchased tires from here the clerk made a number of excuses as to why she could not provide him a receipt despite multiple requests. Their motive was finally revealed when an issue occurred while having issues removing the lug nuts and they wanted to go somewhere else to have it done at his own expense. The owner advised my father he had no proof of the purchase so good look in trying to take any actions against him.

6-4-22 They charged me $90 for a USED tire..then $50 to mount and balance it..and wouldn't give me a recite..so I watched..they didn't zero out the balance, so I asked ,for $50 can you PLEASE zero out the balance,,they acted stupid about it and ignored my request..now my car shakes at 50mph..long story short they charged me $140 to make my car shake like a jack hammer..I asked why they charged me so much they said "because its a Mercedes" as if that should make any difference..its a 25 year old Mercedes ..smh..and thats the highest price I've ever paid in my life to mount a tire..should have done it myself...done with this place..you lost a customer for life never going back but I'm sure they don't care

Service was great, they get you in out fast and the tire tech found leak in tire we been trying find for weeks plugged it in under 2 minutes.

I'm a long time cust.(over 10yrs)I don't go anywhere else for tires and or wheels . Fast and efficient workers, prices are the best .....The owner always makes sure all his customers are priority and provides A1 service.

This is the only place we buy our tires and my granddaughter tires. On this date we took my daughter to get tires. The guys go right to work and there is never any problems. Great low prices and very good service.
