Just wanted to give a shout out to The Bass Station in Griffin, GA! They took care of the problem very quickly with the stereo system in my truck! And their price was extremely reasonable! Very happy with them and I'll definitely go back the next time I need them!

It's unfortunate there aren't many places in Griffin you can go for specialty work like stereos, tint, etc. My dad has known the owner for an extremely long time and never goes there unless absolutely needed. My only experience was just recently when we asked them to perform a tint test. A "scan with your eyes" isn't an official tint test. I understand it would likely be the same and all of that but I was attempting to get an official record of a specialist stating as such. From reading the mixed reviews my personal non biased reviews feel more justified to me now. I don't doubt they know their field and I don't doubt they couldn't do a good job. Just their way of servicing the customer could be better.The store was clean and organized.

The window tint done to my 1973 camaro was done correct, my windows look good, But i was treated terrible by the guy behind the counter . I asked if they could also put me a new radio and amp and it was like he did not want to do it, . So i will buy me a radio system from somewere else, would never go back to this place, even though work was great. I have my own business and deal with customers all day and would never put up with this type of employee, Just very rude and no respect for customers, I was glad to tip the gentlemen that performed the work.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I called to set up an appointment for my pickup to get tinted and they fit me right in the next day. I dropped it off that morning, expecting it to be most of the day before it was ready, due to my appointment actually being later that morning. I had to go to work anyways, so I was already planning to pick it up after. Surprisingly, I got a call just over an hour later saying it was ready. I thought they were calling the wrong customer. They assured me it was my truck, so I decided to go ahead and get it while I had a chance. I was really pleased with the results. At first, I started over examining it after my initial assessment and started to feel discouraged, as it appeared to have thousands of micro bubbles in it... but I said, "To hell with it, it's fine". Well, it turns out that's just how they look immediately after. The next day, they were absolutely perfect! After over a year, I'm still yet to find a blemish. I'd highly recommend their services as I had checked with many other tint providers and all others were so booked they wouldn't even suggest a date they could schedule me. With the exception of one other, but he kept rescheduling... like 4 times. When i called The Bass Station, I was shocked that they said they'd fit me in, and the price quoted was well in line with others, and was exactly what I paid. No surprises. All in all, a great experience.

They're very good at proving the services you need. My radio was put in by them and my dash camera. They are kind and professional. Hassle free, from the beginning to the end. And, if anything doesn't make you happy, they'll fix it until you're happy.

Awesome place to get a system installed. Quick, easy, and not painful on the wallet! Stopped in to look, left with a new system installed a couple hours later. A few weeks later, my only regret is not upgrading my door speakers as well!!!

Excellent overall experience. Customer service was great....Jeremy answered all my questions and his crew performed all the work exactly as discussed. Tint looks great, speakers sound amazing, and all the work was done AHEAD of schedule. Will definitely go back.

Only place in griffin selling car stereos that know what they are doing. Great bunch of guys that do a great job. I shipped all of them in griffin and Bass station was the only one I would give my business to. The others were rude and act like I was bothering them, also they acted like they were doing me a favor by talking to me. I'm old school and I want the people were I spend my money to appreciate it. If you get anything at Bass station you can bet it's appreciated and you'll get a professional install.

Been going here for years! Rightfully so too. They have done tinting on all of my family's vehicles, flawless, they have installed three radios for us, flawless, and a new subwoofer for me. Super nice, always ready to work with you, and most of all you GET WARRANTIES! Not many places give those or are as courteous as Bass Station is. If you want quality work done by people who care, well, what are you waiting for?

Called and made an appointment the same day to have my windows tinted on my pickup truck. They matched the front to the back (factory) and applied additional tint over the rear sliding window. I have not been here before, as I have always gone to Klassy window tinting in PTC. I have to say that they did a great job and finished while I waited. Their prices were a lot lower than several others nearby as well. I would recommend them to anyone wanting this service.I can not speak to the quality of work from their stereo installation department but if they are as precise as they are when tinting windows I would imagine that they would do a great job there as well.

I've been going to the bass station since I was a teenager and I'm in my 40's now. The guys have always been professional and courteous! Work is always on time also! Even though I install myself, I still take certain jobs to them because of the quality I've seen through the years! You won't go wrong taking your vehicle, boat, etc, to these guys!

Great customer service, fair prices and work efficiently. Had them install a radio for me and they did a good job but a few months later a wire got knocked loose so I brought it back and they fixed it quickly and free of charge.

Me and my husband went and was trying to ask questions and be informed on a good stereo system. The man was extremely rude. He was bald with tattoos and glasses.My husband said what he wanted and the man says we can t do it today nothing else. And looked at us like we were stupid. And then when we walk away he wants to speak up and by then my husband was tired of the disrespect. And decided we will not do business with them.

Went to have a radio and amp hooked up. Then the guy who hooked it up, named Ryan seemed like he never hooked up a radio in his life. First he got the radio hooked up and working, then did something to make it stop working and said it was defective. Then I got in and got the radio working again, after him telling me it was defective. And what should have been a simple install took 3 hours. And he left gap in dash under radio. And after all that they charged $180 for install. I would not recommend going there at all, they are very unprofessional and rude. You are better off going somewhere else because they do not care about the customer and they will tell you to go somewhere else.

Went there a few years ago with my first car. The speakers were blown in it and so my dad said he would pay to get new ones put in. We get there and my dad says, we want top of the line stuff. The guy said no problem Sony is the best of the best and my dad not knowing anything about car audio heard Sony and thought yeah that sounds good and so they put in Sony speakers as if Sony is any where near a line when it comes to good quality. They are a bunch of cheats and scammers just trying to make the most money from whoever they can.

Do not go here! Two bad experiences! Second time i came here was to get a gps stereo system put in. They called at the end of the day to say it was ready. The volume never worked. I brought it back the next morning, and they charged me an extra 65 dollars to fix their bad installation. They parked the truck in the front and said the volume was working when they drove it out the shop. To add insult to injury, my ac compressor quit working and was getting zero voltage to it. These guys not only are clueless to stereo installation, but are dishonest crooks!!!!! Posted by james

I had them install a Kicker 10" and a Kicker amp in my new car. I already had the equipment. They were fast and went to get a part they needed from another location on the spur of the moment to do the job on my only day off. They gave a very fair price and the 2 guys that did the work were extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Don't go here. They are dishonest people. I asked the guy to test ONE FUSE! He charged me $20 and wouldn't give my keys back until I paid. They tried to charge me $35 to ground my amp..... like seriously. Take your money elsewhere.

Bad service. Took our new car in to have front windows tinted. When my wife received it, she noticed a scratch in the paint above the drivers door. She told them about it but all they would say is they didn't do it. They claim there is no way they could have. Mind you, its a new car that barely had 400 miles on it. She brought it home for me to look at. Not only had they scratched the door, there were scratches in the new tint.Called them up, they said they will fix the tint but the paint is not their fault, they dont touch the outside of the car. I asked how they get inside the car. They said they use the door handle. That convient, that's right where the scratch is. They replaced the tint, but wont own up to scratching the paint. Save the hassle, go to a business that actually takes care of your car.

I got my Windows tinted here. Friendly staff. They did an awesome job on the tint. No bubbles no mess and it's done right. No further looking required

Got my 'lifetime warranty " tint done in 2015....window started peeling on driver window in 2018....called them about it...They asked if I had a receipt from 3 years ago..Nope. I would think they would have things in the computer like most people....nope. The guy says I should have been given a pamphlet-I wasn't. I keep ALL my records for my Lexus. THEY DIDN'T HONOR the warranty.

NEVER GO HERE!! This is a poor excuse for a car audio shop. We had two amplifiers and some speakers installed here on a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. They wired both 400 watt amps back into the factory speaker wires under the dash, and used but connectors to tie it all together. When the system started acting up, we took it to another shop to fix. They said it looked like a high school kid with no experience wired it all up. We paid Bass Station $300 for the install (brought them all the equipment), and they might have used $30 worth of wires. There are plenty of good shops out there, find one of them.

Seems like they may do good work wouldn't know could not find out what equipment was being put in. Wanted a written estimate the guy wrote down a bunch of illegible stuff on a card so we went to griffin stereo and had it installed.

Don t waste your time with this place or your money I got charged 125 just to fix a wire didn t even get no speakers or anything only to fix a wire!! Don t waste your time or money would be better off doing it yourself

Do not go to the Bass Station!!!!! Rude!!!! Rude !!!! Rude!!!! I got my windows tinted here they did the job but the customer service sucked!!!!!!! I wont even go into the story but will tell you to take my word for it. RUDE RUDE RUDE spoke to me like i didnt pay them any money at all I wish I would have given my money to someone else.
