Today I brought our 2021 White Ford Raptor to Speedway Ford in Griffin, GA, for some service and recall work, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience.The team at Speedway Ford went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, getting me in on the same day and providing top-notch service. Buyer be aware. "As is" means "As is". I wish I could do a half star after this experience. I bought a used 2018 truck less than a month ago, and as soon as I left the dealership, a vibration occurred and stayed the same over a certain mph. Unfortunately, when the test drive occurred, I ended up being right under this paticular mph which I felt nothing. I called back a day or two later after I went through every diagnosis I could. All I was told was that they did the so called "99 point inspection" which they sent to me after this complaint. That inspection isn't as good as the piece of paper it was typed on. Now, the truck has to have a transmission. Wow, it could have lasted at least a month or two before it came up. All they could say is, it is yours. Man, what some customer service. As long as they get the sell. It must be nice to check tire pressure, fluids, and a bunch of nuts to see if they were tight and call it an inspection. If you decide to go here to by a vehicle, bring your own personal mechanic to do the inspection. I hope you all enjoy your commission.

I have continuously worked with Tracey Cagle at Speedway Ford for years now.. Bought multiple vehicles and she has always been very friendly and knowledgable. She works for the customer and ensures you are well taken care of and not taken advantage of. 10/10 experience with Tracey!!

One star is one too many for the experience I had with Speedway. They had my car for a total of 4 months and repeatedly lied to me throughout the entire process. Lies that included my warranty information and how far along they were on the vehicle. The first time was in June for a month, but didn t fix the issue. Took the car back and they had it for another 3 months.My car is AGAIN in the shop (another dealership this time, thank God) for the same problem that Speedway Ford supposedly fixed .which is why I m finally writing this review.Please don t take your vehicle here to be serviced. I recommend Hutchinson Ford in Forsyth, Georgia. Prompt, friendly, and honest.

Do not get your vehicle serviced here, they are too busy to take care of you. Several times they have had my vehicle for multiple days to do simple code check and will not look at it until the day you pick it up, I know this because I have the ford app. My truck is still shacking uncomfortably from a tire rotation they did and fail to correct twice now. Had my vehicle for 26 hours to do a 40 min fix and still didn t do it. You try to work around their schedule out of respect but they show no respect for your time. They always expect you to bring it back when they miss the deadline, and then they take more time than needed. 3 times now they have failed to address my recalls while having my truck for several days. They are too busy to service your vehicle. Their words

The purchase of my Maverick Hybrid at Speedway Ford couldn't have been more pleasant! Sales Manager Joel and Salesman Jason were very professional yet personal. I had been looking for quite some time for a loaded Maverick that wasn't ridiculously overpriced and finally found it here, where they go out of their way to give you a fair deal. I flew up from FL and their very friendly driver Willy picked me up at the airport. Almost all the paperwork had been signed via docusign the day before so the in and out was incredibly fast, which was good since I had to get on the road to drive 450 miles back home. And yes, the truck was awesome and not just because of the 44 MPG that I had :) Do not hesitate to do business with Speedway Ford, you will not be disappointed!

Will sale you any POS just to get a deal done they do not thoroughly inspect vehicles before offering them to the public. PLEASE BEWARE you must take your time to very thoroughly inspect the vehicle you look at because if you don t they will not fix any unknown issues, I repeat THEY WILL NOT FIX ANY UNKNOWN ISSUES!! Even if you find out about the issue 2 or 3 days later you are stuck to figure things out at your own leisure!!!

I recently purchased a new truck from Speedway Ford. I ordered the Maverick with options I wanted. Sales manager Walter Wolfe gave informed suggestions and successfully ordered my truck which in this time of shortages, viruses , manufacturers problems was greatly appreciated. It took a year for the manufacturer to build the truck, all the while Mr. Wolfe would answer any and all questions. Speedway Ford honoured my original price Quote even though it had been a year since ordering and this truck is in high demand. At time of purchase there was no pressure to add any after market accessories! So would I buy another vehicle from Speedway - yes . Any regrets - yes - I should have ordered two trucks!

Took my 2004 F150 to Speedway for a repair of the AC/Htr fan switch. I was unable to change fan speeds or turn the fan off. The initial diagnosis was a bad temperature control panel. I was told the part was obsolete and that I would need to find the part. Two different times I found the part but was told the replacement part had the same problem. Phil the Service Manager told me to leave the truck with him and he would get the problem fixed. After replacing the speed control 3 times, they found one that worked. I appreciate Phil and his technician's commitment to resolve the problem. I was very impressed that there was no charge for their efforts.E Adams

Once again Speedway Ford gave me great service. Had a few recalls done and a clunky transmission checked out. Sales manager Walter Wolf was kind enough to get me a loaner and Heath at the service desk kept me informed in a timely manor on the status of my truck. When I picked up my truck they had washed it and were able to re flash the transmission with an update which solved the clunky shifting. Thanks Speedway Ford.

I would have given them a zero if I could have. The service department here use to be good. Key words, use to be. I took my truck to get the sunroof fixed. They had it for a little over a month and still didn t get it fixed. No calls unless I called them. This place is awful. Take your car to Fayetteville.

Awesome service department! My daughters 2014 Ford Focus was having transmission problems and since the warranty was long gone I didn t dare consider having the dealership repair it. After getting quotes from several transmission shops for a used replacement I decided to call Speedway Ford because non of the other shops I talked to seemed confident in the repair they were offering.The Speedway service advisor told me this was something they worked on every day and I didn t have to replace the entire transmission. I was shocked when the repair price he quoted was way below prices I had been getting from transmission shops! Long story short Speedway fixed the car and gave us a 2 year Unlimited mile warranty and we saved $1000!!! I learned a valuable lesson - Don t always assume dealership service is higher! Thanks Speedway Ford Service!!!

I dropped my car off here to get a check up before I left for vacation and was told everything looked good and yet the moment I left their lot I started having serious trouble with my vehicle all of a sudden and I really feel they may have tampered with my car so that I would be forced to come back to them and dish out more money. They also were rude to me and had horrible customer service the whole time I was there and every time I called them on the phone. I have never had this bad of an experience with any other shop. ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Take your money somewhere else!

We bought a Ford F 250 from Speedway Ford Griffin, GA online and it was the best experience we have ever had buying a truck. They were completely honest and upfront about the pricing of the truck. Michael Reyes and Walter Wolfe were wonderful to work with. When we arrived to pick up the truck it was ready for us and the paperwork was ready to be signed for. They made the experience easy and quick so that we could get on our journey back home. On our way back both Walter and Michael called to check on us and our we were enjoying our new truck. This was done after hours and very unexpected. This was above and beyond any expectations we could have had. We appreciate their professionalism and showing us that we are an important customer to them.Marvin and Karen H.

I was recently thrown into the market of needing to buy a car due to a collision with a deer.I showed up 15 minutes before closing Saturday night.You would have thought that they just opened for the day. I was warmly greeted by a young man named Eric.After explaining my situation and what I was looking for, I was shown what is now my new vehicle.We went inside after test drive.There I met Derrick and Joel as well. Again nothing but warm greetings and complete professionalism. I tried apologizing for them now being there well beyond closing hours and none of them would hear of it. I was told no need to apologize, that they were all there to help me if needed.Ironically due to my schedule, the day I was to finalize my purchase I had to be at work by 9:00 am, so they ended up coming to work early, before opening to assist and accommodate my needs.Who does this, stays past closing and arrives before opening just to help a customer, Speedway Ford does.I would highly recommend them for any and all of your automotive needs.I now feel like part of their family.

I would not recommend taking your car here! We took our car in to get work done on it. 3 weeks later, we have a massive oil leak and are told are the head gaskets and need to have them replaced and will cost $5,000. We never had any oil leak before we took our car in. It took them almost 2 weeks to look at it. Once they "figured out the issue" and discussed with them why there was a problem with the head gaskets when we got the work done they stated our car was 100% perfect now. They never called us again, took them another week till we finally gave up and went to get our car. I am very disappointed in the service at this location. I would not recommend it at all.

Awesome service department! Extremely quick turn around. Fleet sales however, don't seem to be motivated. Presented an opportunity to sell several units and the salesperson has yet to reach back out.

Just tow cars in and out of there on a regular basis. Never really seems busy. Not a whole lot of cars to view in the lot. Young lady in the service department is very friendly and easy on the eyes. Would recommend anyone to use this service department for repairs

I went here to get my oil changed. I sat in that waiting area waiting for the mechanic to finish the job. They were very precessional out in the shop. But in the sales department were a bunch of rude people who have very poor customer service skills. Several walked by me on more than one occasion and never even nodded their head as a form of greeting. Just Rude. It s the customers who are keeping you employed. Remember That!!! I would never even consider purchasing a vehicle from them.

I took my 2017 Ford fusion hybrid here for my air conditioner was blowing hot air. The service manager ran a diagnostic on my car and came back with a quote of $5500 for a compressor. I took my car to Alpha Automotive and they fix my compressor . put in a whole new compressor for $700. these people are a rip off. They are truly a rip off don t go here.!!!

Please do not use this dealership as they do not hold up to their agreements made! We traveled a long way for a new vehicle and was promised 3 oil changes that they refuse to honor now that the deal is complete and time for my first oil change. This might seem small to some but for me it s about honoring a deal which they refused to do. They stated we could use them where we lived but again refused to honor our deal even after speaking with management. If they will do this on something small just think what they will do on something big!

My husband an I was in a wreck that totalled the car I loved. We went to Speedway Ford just looking, I didn't have much hope into finding me a new car. But I found one, the salesman Eric Carter is hands down the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He made the process of getting a new car easy and wasnt pushy. If your in need of a car I highly recommend him, he has our business from here on out. Thank you. Speedway Ford, and Eric Carter.

If there was a 0 this place would get it. Our company worked with Jessica Allen to purchase a truck. Deposit was placed and all required paperwork was filled out, response back was that there was an issue with our Secretary of State filing from back in 2018(?) which was something we knew nothing about. I jumped on solving the problem as quickly as possible and communicated with Jessica the entire process. I called to ask if she wanted an additional deposit and even offered to pay for the truck in cash because that is how bad we needed this truck for the business. She ASSURED me that the truck was "ours" and that she would never sell it out from under us. It took me a few days to get the issue straightened out, and when I did I reached out to both her and the dealership to get the process moving along again and set up pick up of the truck. 3 days later (and LOTS of ignored phone calls) we get an email saying she sold the truck. Icing on the cake is I had texted her on Friday(12/9) and been calling since Monday (12/12) to try and finalize the deal and the truck was sold on Wednesday (12/14) two days later. Not a phone call, apology or really a care about how this affected us or affected my end of year review with my position in my company. When I say I over-communicated to try to avoid this happening, I really mean it. The sales manager jumped on the phone with me for about 5 minutes to just keep saying "I don't know how this happened" and try to sell us on a different truck. Really felt like zero accountability and remorse, Jessica called every day for a week when trying to sell us on the truck, but now that this has happened won't pick up the phone or return a call. Truly unprofessional, a level I haven't experienced in a while.

I am so very grateful I found this place! Jason was very friendly and helpful and honest. He answered all the questions we had. If he didn't know the answer, he found out! Jason exceeded my expectations, and even stayed 2 hours after he was supposed to get off to wait for us to get back from our bank in Warner Robins. It was well worth the drive! Derrick, one of the guys in the financing department, was also great! Speedway Ford is not your average car dealership. They treat their customers like actual people and not just a paycheck. I highly recommend them and I will be returning whenever I purchase my next car!

After speaking on the phone with Eric Carter regarding a Ranger, we made the choice to drive two hours from our home in Alabama to Speedway Ford. Found Eric to be honest and knowledgeable. Glad we met and thankful for his guidance and assistance with our purchase. Definitely will recommend Eric to others!
