Very nice and friendly place. Work is backed up because of all the storm damage to vehicles. They can't get to my vehicle until July and my other one until August but worth the rate, prices are affordable

Wish I could put zero stars! Place is straight trash. Definitely not a collision Center. Worst place to use for insurance work. Charge the insurance and never even fixed my truck. Terry should be fired before someone whoops him into 2023!

Last month, a lady backed into my car and completely knocked out my bottom right rear reflector out of its socket and broke the bracket from the inside. I took my car to one repair shop for an estimate and they were trying to tell me I needed a whole new bumper, which I wasn't buying, as there was absolutely no cosmetic damage to the bumper OR the reflector that was just knocked loose.I was referred to Perdue's Paint & Body shop by a local for a second opinion and I'm so grateful I followed through. I drove in on a Monday for a free estimate and I was greeted by Tracey Goodman who was so kind and gracious with me. She told me her guys could get it on the lift that morning and patch the reflector up with a screw and a super strong adhesive for $50!! My jaw hit the floor! Of course I was going to take that deal! They were quick, efficient, honest and integral. I am so glad I made the drive out to see them. Hopefully that's the end of my car cosmetic woes, but in the event that I ever need a body shop again, I'll absolutely be using them again! Thank you, Tracey and Perdue Paint & Body!

I can only comment on the receptionist and a repairman. My visit was to get a quote and schedule a repair. What I observed was a highly commendable pair of employees (not sure if owners). I was made to feel as if I was the single most important client they ever had until I observed their interaction with other customers. I was so impressed that they treated them so much like me, I failed to ask to see their work but my confidence in those two will be tough to change.

I wish I could give them 10 Stars. Absolutely hands down the most professional body shop I have ever had the pleasure to do business. I was very impressed from start to finish. They repaired my 2020 Ford Expedition with major damage to the front of the vehicle. You would never know it had been damaged. They kept me regularly informed of the status of the repair; in fact I never had the need to check on it the whole time. They handled the towing, and the insurance company for me which was awesome. They have a customer for life.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My expectations were exceeded by the employees and the work done on my car. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. I had to wait a few weeks to get my car in, because they were so busy. But when they got my car in, I was told to allow 10 days for the repairs, and to my delight and amazement it took 2 days. And the workmanship was awesome. I would recommend Perdue s to everyone who needs repair work on their vehicles.

I loved my experience here! I had to go for an appraisal with my insurance because my car hit a deer, and the service was very prompt and the staff was friendly and understanding. My passenger door wouldn't open because of a dent made by the deer, so the staff pulled the dent out so I could at least open the door until I can save up for the deductible to pay my portion of the repairs. This is a family owned business, with excellent knowledge and service. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for the BEST service and added benefit of supporting your local economy!

I will recommend this place to anyone I know looking for body work/repair. They were super professional from start to finish. I was informed on every step my vehicle was in.They took amazing care of my car. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend perdue's.

Thought my truck was just getting the rear bumper replaced , turns the entire right hand side of the bed was repainted also fixed my rear fender .. quality work.

My SUV had been pelted by flying dry paint material. I could not get the luster back in the metallic paint. Perdues' detailed the car & brought back most of the luster. The vehicle is almost five years old & looks as good as it did at two years. They also detailed the inside which got rid of the odor from all my old sausage biscuit wrappers. Great job by Perdues'. I highly recommend their detailing services if you have paint damage.

I had me 75 vett repaired after getting hit in parking lot. I offered to pay extra to have the whole car painted but since it was covered by insurance they said they couldn't . They told me that they could color match with a computer . Not only did it not match , I had to get the Insurance Adjuster to make them try to correct it. But on the 3rd try I had to give up . The manger hid in the bathroom for 3hr while I waited . They tore up my seats , and feather in the paint at the doors , making my vett 2 tone!!! I don't recommend them to nobody

This place put a wrong headlight in our truck, the fender was not lined up, a screw was loose inside that was for the bracket and the fender did not line up with the hood if my husband didnt notice the screw was loose the fender would have fallen out. They were supposed to replace a condensor and it stopped working fast and now our a.c. is not working. Do not go there at all unless you want sloppy work done.

I had an accident in my Acura tl. I took it to Perdue even though my dad is a mechanic because insurance made me get it done at a shop and my grandpa used to work there. WELL, it is not like it used to be.They charged me 5000 dollars, okay great, BUT after my dad inspected it we can't even find one new part under the front end suspension (the only thing that needed fixed). Waited 2 months for a control arm and the same control arm is still there. They didn't put my shock back in the boot properly, the paint doesn't match, there's overspray everywhere, I got it back with scratches already on it and a piece of the front bumper broken.I called to discuss this with them and they had a very I don't care attitude about it. So 5000 dollars later I have a half ass paint job on my bumper. 10/10 would not recommend anyone take their car here.

Love there friendly service and they did a great job on my car the staff was very nice and the lady up front Tracy Goodman was so helpful and loves the Lord and the guy Victor was very nice and really a great person you cant even tell my car had ever been wrecked and the paint match perfect I would like to say thank you and yall are the best business people I've ever dealt with

This body shop does excellent work I brought my GMC Terrain in which has a red coat not a clear coat finish the rear hatchback and rear fascia had to be repainted it matched perfectly. Kudos for the body shop.

We took our car here after a guy backed into it. When they repainted the bumper, they left a drip mark and a line in the paint where it appears that they had it masked off. There were numerous runs in the clear coat. There was also paint on the steering wheel from where someone apparently didn't wash their hands when they got back in. There was obvious fisheye in the paint and color matching was poorly done as there are noticeable speckles where they tried to blend the new paint with the original. The car was only 4 or 5 years old so the job should not have been that difficult. Nice guys, but not a very professional job. We ended up taking the car to D&D Collision in McDonough to have the awful work from this job repaired as well as they could without a complete respray.

It is always a good thing to support local businesses. However, Perdue has lost this families business and support! Took vehiclear in for body work and the vehicle came back to us with radio not working, also the Traction Control System not working. Both these items were working fine when Perdue received the vehicle. After bringing this to Perdues attention they would not except any responsibility what so ever. Even tried to blame it on the insurance company saying their hands were tied. This family will never patronize this establishment again and would not recommend this company to anyone!!

Removing the word paint from the name of your company would help. I just drove 22 miles to get here because it said paint. The lady at the front desk said they bought it 30 years ago and just kept the same sign! For Pete's sake.
