Will definitely return! When I had an emergency and could not make my appointment, JD was super flexible and fit me in later in the day. They did my oil change super quick and I even watched them take great care of other customers.

Went for an oil change and was told that other stuff needs to be fixed.Left and immediately started having issues. Come to find out that the oil was drained but not refilled fully ( drained 1.5 QT vs 5 ,instead the oil was added to the transmission fluid.Ended up with repair costs on a car that had no prior issues.Oil was thick and black. Transmission fluid was as well. Needed multiple flushes.Definitely not returning !

Went there Sunday after having a flat tire after church and was told it would be 27+ for a patch and a plug kit and then when I got there I was told my tire was not repairable that my sidewall was busted. And told me they had 278.00 tire I could buy which is ridiculous. I went today to purchase a new tire elsewhere and they said my tire was pluggable and had good tread and didn't need a new tire.. I think your employee Brandon doesn't care too much for his job or customers... might want to check into him a little.. I would not suggest anyone going to this tire shop

Last time I brought my car here it was a great experience. This time their computers had been down for a week upon making my appointment. I was never notified online or anything about this. I show up with my car on a tow truck to find out theirs nothing they can do on monday. Now my car has been sitting up there for days non operable and I cant get anyone on the phone. Will change to a better review after this is resolved. Currently trying to call and getting no response for over 2 hours

If I could give them less than a one star I would. I have never been so insulted or disrespected in my life. I will never go here, buy things from here, or refer them to anyone. I cried for two hours after getting off the phone with these people.

We needed new brakes and rotors.After inspection needed calibers too. They worked to get us the lowest price possible. We really appreciated it. Would recommend pep boys to family and friends

This store didn't apply my coupon. I told the associate I had a coupon and he stated. " I got you" and didn't apply the coupon. I don't know if it was because of me being a female or what but, it caused me to decide not to do business at the griffin, ga location again. These people should try and help you save as well. That's just a part of good customer service in my opinion.

I stated there was an issue with steering or suspension. I didn't ask for an engine diagnostic but was charged $99 for one. I know why the check engine light is on. The oxygen sensor wire is ripped. I was told I needed a new rack and pinion that the current one was leaking. I just replaced the rack a year ago along with just replacing tie rods 2 weeks ago. If the rack was leaking then the fluid reservoir wouldn't be full. I was told I needed a new radiator because it was leaking. But again the reservoir was still full because I check all the fluids daily because what DOES leak is the engine oil. I may be a woman but I grew up in a junk yard. I usually do my own repairs and maintenence but I've been very busy lately so I didn't have the time.

Absolutely the worst service ever. They say they do the work but they do not. We marked my tires just to make sure the tires were rotated and balanced per request and my tires are under warranty with this company. Upon arrival to pick up my car my husband checked them before going in to pay. They had not been done. We never received communication that my car was finished and ready for pick-up. We had to call at 6:30 pm after close to inquire about my car, the guy that answered the phone stated it had been done for awhile and it was ready. This also happened 2 weeks prior to this visit and car was not even touch that day. We made that event known by the new assistant manager at drop-off this time and he told us we would definitely be called. Disappointed is an understatement. They also smoke in the bays during business hours. Save your time and money.

Took my car in told me 1300 same day called back told me 2536. Mechanic say that was the final price for diagnose. The very next day say mechanic found loose screws went up 500 more dollars. Worst service ever at a shop. Dont have to worry abt me ever again in life. A total rip off .

The roads along 36/41 have been under construction, and our cars have been vulnerable. The other Saturday morning I woke with a slow leak. I did a goggle search, and Pepboys came up. I called, and Jose answered and reported that I could bring my car in, but there would definitely be a LONG wait. He suggested for me to make an appointment. Very FEW mechanics are available on Sunday. PepBoys ARE. SUNDAY morning, my tire was completely FLAT. I arrived early. Jose greeted me and took my vehicle in right away. The facility is clean. There is a restroom , air-conditioning, and a flat screen TV. The mechanics were friendly, efficient, and informative. Jose was informative and transparent and had a good sense of humor. PepBoys were fair . Often, women get taken advantage of their lack of knowledge. I would definitely recommend them to ALL.

A little disappointed, there was friendly service however i called and asked how much it was for my tires (visited the morning, but wanted to check if anyone had any in stock before purchasing, so they looked at my vehicle) and specifically mentioned that I had Dunlop tires on the phone although i didn t know much more about the size i just said i had a Nissan rogue etc. they said yes, service was friendly and quick. But when i got home and was looking over my receipt i realized that they ordered a different type of tire. I went back in the next day to see if we could correct this or if we could cancel the order or something to rectify the situation and they immediately told me no even though I don t have my tire yet, and it is not the same tires that are on my car. If one tire is $250 i would just like that it matched the rest of my tires, because i don t just buy tires often. It is a new vehicle and I got a nail in the side of one so i just needed it as fast as possible.I just wish there was a little better communication, and that i could have at least swapped my tire for a better quality tire like the ones I currently have (this would have led to a higher sale). But they were steadfast on no - they won t have any more Nissan rogues at pep boys because it s a mom car I m sorry i missed the memo, where are moms supposed to go buy tires so I know the next time or when i need a full set?

Great prices for quality professional services. They ordered my tires and moved up my appointment when they arrived earlier than expected. An employee recommended that I check their website for coupons that saved me a lot of money on what I needed. Great customer service from everyone I encountered.

I couldn t get into Ford to have my check engine light checked so I went to Pep Boys. NEVER AGAIN! I was there 4 hours while they ran a diagnostic. They kept saying Fords are hard to get readings on. When I finally got the info on the test, the result was multiple issues and an estimate of $2200 to fix!! The next day, I was able to get into Ford service. They ran a diagnostic, found one part that needed to be replaced and the total was $540 out the door. This Pep Boys is a joke, a rip off and the personnel unreliable and dishonest.

Edit to add: today's experience, 6 months later... well it's amazing how a few months can change a place have took these guys multiple cars for years never a problem but recent visits have completely changed never again will I trust these guys simple oil change and tire rotation seems to be to much for these guys now lesson learned !!Great customer service and the work was done in timely manner !!

The maintenance Pep boys done for me on my Nissan was excellent, they explained everything to me and how much it would cost. They were very good. They work with for the best deal.

I booked with Pep Boys for an oil change because tire rotation and alignment check were part of the oil change. But they didn't rotate my tires, so they probably didn't check the alignment either. I could've gone to Jiffy Lube if I just wanted the oil change.

Paid for a window repair, and inspection fee, didn't even fix the window, and obviously didn't inspect before replacing the regulator, just for them to tell me it was two plastic pieces on the bottom of the window, then try to charge more to replace that lol worthless

They first time I took my car to pep boys they fixed my wheel bearing. Fast forward 2 months later my car is having the same issue but this time worst then before so I took it back to them. They had my car all day just to tell me a bunch of lies knowing they didn t even touch my car. How I knew they didn t touch my car the guy told me he drove my car and didn t hear anything but my car makes noise as soon as you start driving. They never touched it but told me they couldn t fix it the problem to take my car to a body shop

I always get amazing service at this location. Everytime i come for an auto repair a guy name Tim/Charles is always very helpful. He truly represents the company and always makes sure me and my familys automotive needs are handled.Always ready & willing to help. He is the reason my family & I have been coming to this location for years. Thank you Tim for all your help each and everytime. Hopefully corporate will acknowledge this young mans hard work!!!

Jose and his team squeezed me in on a Wednesday morning and got some awesome tires installed. They were quick, in and out in less than an hour. Very impressed with this team and I'll be back every time, but next time not in a rush. Very affordable.

Had an 9:30 alignment appointment. Got there 15 min early. They were prompt and professional. My 2006 Toyota sienna was done by 10. Nice to have it done quickly.

I asked for a full oil change as well as my tires being checked. When i got home my tire pressure was 10. Ever since i went there my car has been having engine issues. I'm not sure what was done to it exactly. They also tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my head lights until I told them which one it was then they finally decided that it was indeed out and needed to be changed. There were several people who came in from the previous day and werent happy with their service. Please take me off of your email list as i don't trust this location with my car and safety anymore.

I am a long time customer here. After my last oil change, the technician identified a problem with my brakes and quoted the cost to fix it at about $450. He recommended I consult my dealership in case it was under warranty. When I took the car to the dealership, they said there was nothing wrong with my breaks and found I just had something rolling around in my trunk. I m concerned PepBoys may take advantage of some single women customers. I d recommend always getting a second opinion. I m not sure I will be a returning customer moving forward. It s unfortunate because they re customer service is always pleasant.

This place is will lie to you about the repairs your car need! Last year I was charged almost eight hundred dollars for a TUNE UP! I was informed for this repair needed the engine to be taken out!!! And not even six months later, I had to get the same service done and was charged way less! This place is a SCAM!

Extremely HIGH!!! Normally I am pleased with my service and I know it all depends on what need to be fixed however the price I was quoted for back breaks is half my rent payment

I am not so sure about this place I would definitely do research before taking your car here.i do not believe they are the best place when it comes to price. I also believe they didn't even look at my car but I have no proof. I know they told me I needed a lot of new stuff like bushings and a whole new front end including struts replaced I knew it was too much and so I paid the $27 and left. The next day I replaced the wheel bearing on the back and went ahead and changed the brakes and rotor and caliber myself . My car is running just fine now so yeah I think they lie

Kevin, Jose & Tim were absolutely amazing. Definitely wanted to leave a 5 star review for them and the rest of the staff. My service was perfect and I recommend everyone come here for their car needs. No complaints at all. This makes year #2 that I am a happy satisfied customer

Great experience, they were so nice and quick. When they did the complimentary tire rotation it messed up my alignment because I have one tire that s a different size. I called them and they said to bring it back and they fixed it in like 5 minutes. They were so apologetic even though it wasn t anyone fault. 10/10 recommend
