The last two experiences I have had at this store have been unacceptable for a business. The customer service is below a 1 star review. Just recently, I walked in looking for a specific item. Multiple employees were walking around and there didn t appear to be another customer besides myself. No one acknowledged me as I walked in. After looking for an AC item, I was able to locate it on an end cap. There was a young lady there that appeared to be relabeling or conducting inventory, she looked up at me and continued on. She never spoke or asked if I needed help with an item. I just walked out. You don t have to be beyond happy and outgoing but at least acknowledging your customers and offering assistance especially when they are directly in front of you is super simple and a requirement at any job in that career field. Disappointed in the service again at this location.

Ian At the Zebulon road location Griffin Georgia Was so helpful Which wouldn't be a big deal except my car was overheating at closing. So he took time to help meFigure a few things outWhen he could have just gone home. Thank you Ian I hope o'reilly's Auto parts values you as an employee where it counts.

I have been to this store twice. My first experience was outstanding and the employee was knowledgeable and even gave me tips.. Second visit was not good as the employee was a smart aleck who thought he knew it all. When I returned the part I purchased earlier that day from another employee because it didn't fit, he met me at the door before I could even get inside, took the wipers, and tried several times to put them on my vehicle. Wrong part! My third visit will determine if I return again.

The workers here as of January 28th 2022, are the exact thing I was when I used to work with the oreilly family. They will do you right and fairly like they're trained to be as well as making sure they create the best customer experience. Thanks Daniel!

Was looking to purchase an entire headlight. Great staff member went out to my car n showed me that I only needed a bulb.Saved me nearly a hundred dollars!AND he promptly installed it for me!THANK U!!!

Kitty is the best customer service representative of the griffin location. I come Here regularly for parts for my project cars especially my 240sx, and it's always a pleasure to talk with her. I'd recommend this store over the other griffin location and the Barnesville location any day!

Service was slow, not real personable and they had the wrong part in the box. I had to make 2 return trips to get the correct part. Not a lot of customer service. I ll look at other auto parts for my next parts needs.
