Once the signs of the transmission issues were pointed out to me by a third party, a fellow transmission guru suggested I take my 2017 Chevy Tahoe to Neal s. He ordered the transmission and once it came in, it took him 3 days to turn it around. Transmissions aren t cheap and as a finance conscious single mom, I m glad I could trust him to do the job correct the first time. Fortunately, I do not need to have transmission work done often, but if I do, I will Only take it to Jamie. Over the last 20 years, Jamie has done 3 repairs for me, the last one on my Son s 2015 Jeep with automatic transmission. Jamie is honest and his pricing is more than fair. Try finding this combination with Any service company, it s very challenging. Jamie does not upsell to generate more revenue, he just explains clearly what the problem is and provides options to you. Definitely recommend! Had a leaking transmission in our 2015 Chevy Camaro and reading reviews and several past customers suggesting Neal s we chose to use them for our repairs. Not only was it repaired in a timely manner, but it came back better than it has been in years!!! He has not rebuilt my transmission yet. But very respectfully has been nice every time we have spoken. Will see told me to drop off next Friday April 21 -2022 . From his reviews he does what he describes. . Only the Good Lord noes.. leaving it my heavenly father's hands .

Had my 2003 Ford Escape s transmission rebuilt here! This will be the only place I bring my vehicles to for Transmission repairs. They are busy, but they make it worth the while on the wait with their honest work, my Escape runs like it s new! I took my 2006 Acura MDX here ! It was the third shop I took the truck to today! Not one shop, including my normal shop I have been going to for the past four years could tell me what the issue was! They found it in a matter of minutes! I'm so greatful and glad I came! They were quick, professional and determined to help and I thank God for it!! I would definitely tell ANY AND EVERYONE to give them your business! They are awesome!!

They cheated me out of $150.00 and my truck was never repaired after 6 weeks I finally gave up and picked my truck up. Money was never an issue, just wanted my truck repaired. Be aware.
