Update: Please see owners reply to confirm my review. Don t take your business here or trust your car with people like this.I called to ask about getting a tune up and tried to give a brief description about what is wrong with my car and possibly a transmission problem, unsure if they look at transmissions. The lady I spoke to on the phone was rude, condescending, and made it very clear that they don t want anymore business at this time, so I looked elsewhere and I m glad I did! oh we don t do transmissions sweety and we won t be able to look at your car until next week first of all you can call me ma am, along with every other woman that calls in the future. Completely unprofessional. Thankful I found someone that can look at my car on Monday and is happy to take my business!

Great experience. Came in for an oil change. Was there less than 30 minutes and the customer service was incredible! I ll be back for sure

I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes for a tire plug. Lack of communication on their part. I was patient and waited 1.5 hour before inquiring . Had I know it was going to be this long, I would have not waited. Spoke to the manager who said that I was the 5th for tire issues and all these other people that I counted coming and leaving before me were oil change, I was about to leave when he said they were going to get right to it and that was another 45 minutes. Maybe my $30 was not worth the hurry. Another customer, who was checking out, felt so sorry that she asked if they could get me out of here as soon as possible. I used to get my oil change here but they lost my business. I can never get those 2.5 hours back. Very inconsiderate of peoples time.

Maxi lube will forever be that go to place when you want someone you can trust. You know they've been around a long time and actually have really good mechanics under that roof. They may not be in a mechanic capacity but you know they are there. And that's good enough for me. Highly recommend

By far, the only place I'll take any of my cars. I've been a customer of Maxilube for over 15 years at least. Any major work or the simplest job, to purchasing New tires, to changing out lights bulbs, the Entire team have been nothing less than excellent !! The courtesy, the warm welcomes, heck even the courtesy coffee. They'll very honest and reasonable about their prices, and will work with you the best they can. I love this place. We'll done team !!

Amazing service! Willis assisted me and he was so nice and helped me understand somethings. I would recommend based on the customer service alone. 7/12/2023, took 2 tires(which we took off at home )and 2 reams to mount. They didn't give us a quote but we have been coming here for years with reasonable prices. However $60 for this service with no balancing the tires was a shocker. This week we had another 2 tires to have the same service done, so we went to 5 Star Tire in Griffin. They charged $32 halve of what maxi lube charged. 5 Star Tire has a great parking lot, waiting room, and as you can see better pricing. This is where we will be trading our business in the future. Lesson learned ALWAYS GET QUOTES BEFORE HAVING SERVICE DONE.

These awesome people! Oh man, where do I even start...I had driven a few thousand miles across the country and pieces of my car were not very good but I managed to make it to this location in time to get the problems fixed. Being 1,500 miles away from home, I wanted to go to a large and reputable location that I could access in my own city but was directed to this location by a long time friend that has lived nearby and gone to them religiously for years. I was far from disappointed.Mike sat down with me and helped me find the appropriate tires for my vehicle and then explained about the broken parts and the rust under them and the rust under the rust. Normally, this would upset somebody to hear but I didn't have any choice because I wanted to drive home and I needed my car to be safe. Since I am from a large city and Maxi-Lube is not in a large city, I paid probably a third of what I would have paid had I done the same work at home. I could not have been more pleased with the work that I had done and the price that I paid for it and the exceptionally courteous service that I received from each and every member of the staff for the two days that I dealt with them. If you live in that area and you've been going to Goodyear or Firestone or whatever big-name reputable place you know of from TV, I would suggest you try these guys out because they're nicer, they're better, their prices are reasonable and they guarantee their work.Thank you so much for everything, Mike Shell, Jr. :-D

I ask specifically for heavy-duty breaks on my truck. I went to pick up my truck and was told heavy-duty breaks were installed. Paid and went to leave and felt the need to look up on my phone the breaks on my receipt. They installed medium duty breaks on my f-350. The manager stated "that was all that was available at the time to put on my truck". Why didn't I recieve a call to confirm this change! Unacceptable on all levels. I would not recommend visiting this location at any time. Mechanics wonder why they get a bad wrap for poor service and quality, this only futhers that skepticism for me.

So, first of all. Y'all charged $50 to take off 2 bolts and put them back on. (They're in a very easily accessible location)Charged $13 for a $6 part.The Oil Pressure Switch which you claim to have replaced clearly has never been touched.Here is a picture of the "new" thermostat y'all put in only 3 months ago, and a picture of it listed on the invoice.Ladies, leave this place alone!!!!!

I went to Maxi-Lube for tires for my Jeep today and I was really impressed with the service I received! My tires were not in stock at the facility so they ordered them and I was expecting them to come in tomorrow. To my surprise they showed up at the shop a few hours later and they were even able to change them for me! Every member of the crew was super kind and really went above and beyond what I expect from customer service. I ll definitely be going back!Service: Tires

Great place to get a quick and reasonably priced oil change!Here's a little edit and update to my post.This place is so amazing and they go above and beyond when it comes to helping their customers. I recommend this place every chance I get. I rave about how amazing these people are Mrs. Linda and Mrs. Tonya are so kind and attentive to every detail! Mr. James and Mr. Ernie (I hope that's the correct spelling) are so patient and handle cars with care! They especially listen to a 25 year old when she's panicked about her car lol. Overall this is such an amazing business and Mr. Mike deserves all the blessings and business he can get!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement

I am not the one to post negativity about a local business but I have never waited over 2 hours for anything and I m highly disappointed. I have used Maxi Lube forever and have never had a complaint. I went today for a tire patch, was told 45 - 1 hr and after checking in twice to see how much longer I have been waiting now at 2.5 hours. No explanation was given.

Good quick service curtious staff jus lefted maxi lubes not to Happy we were told yesterday that couldn't do a oil change and tire rotation but if we come in the next morning they could do both but after arriving I was told oil change was right away the rotation would take an hour and half wait until they can get to it another customer was leaving said good thing I'm going to wait for the tires cause he had been there for 3hrs com'on maxi visited today 11/20 got in and out verified a leak with the screw wasn't tight slightly made up for last visit to

We have had our oil changed here for a number of years. The service has always been good but dang today someone in the office must be chain smoking. I've been sitting here about 10 minutes and it's giving me a headache not to mention when I leave here I'm going to reek like I've been In a pool hall.

I took my van to to maxilube because there was a rattle coming from under the car. I thought I was in for a hefty repair. It turns out it was a loose cover on the under carriage and they fixed it and charged me a small fee only. Thank you for your honesty and speedy work.
