Worst repair shop I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with! We were FORCED to take our car here by our insurance company, and I am going to do everything I can to try to get that changed after this experience. Dropping our car off, they were very nice, but the facilities were not. The location alone told me this was going to be a bad experience. Our car was the nicest car there, which would be a nice car at any other place. We were very nervous leaving it in their lot. A week in with multiple calls to them to try to get an update, never answered, and never called back. Two weeks in, we finally get a written quote from our insurance, but STILL can't get them on the phone for an update. I would rather pay out of pocket somewhere else than ever use this place again, even considering switching insurance companies because of it. It's just been that bad of an experience.

Terrible experience don t even know where to start. My car was with them for months. When I would ask when can I pick it up they would give a lie and say it will be ready by Friday and that wasn t even the case. Didn t detail my car after repairs left the inside and outside of my vehicle a mess. Will never go to this place ever again. Not satisfied at all.

My car was placed in there three months ago due to hitting deers and he said he would pay for a rental car witch he didn t and now told me to Uber it. I m so beyond over this. If you can take your car somewhere else do so. Does not communicate and still don t have a car.

I am so impressed with Kitchens Collision. I worked mainly with Chris and he was available, professional, and friendly in all of my interactions. They did everything they said they would and in the time frame promised. They fixed a sizable dent, repaired the sunroof cover, and had it shiny and clean when I arrived to pick it up. Definitely recommend!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place did a terrible job at communicating had to keep calling them to see the status on my car vs then calling me to let me know. They also did a bad job Painting the areas I specifically told them where the paint was chipping at. They left my car with paint inside and left my car dirty with no intention on cleaning it. Would not recommend to anyoneServices: Painting, Air conditioning
