They don t communicate well doing repairs, I ve had to call too many times for status of work, if business is doing this great, consider a larger staff. The work is very good, I would trust them to work on my vehicle again.

I believe the "receptionist" ladies here are suspected race soldiers (racists) who will target your family members and hold insurance checks hostage while misrepresenting their intent to fix even minor bumper cover damage in a timely manner (3+ weeks.) What's worse is that they are such delusional sjw that they would try to get in front of other non-white person and project that you don't like white people when they are the racists through their deeds and actions, not just talk or rhetoric.Please, do not pay this company up front even if they smile and politely ask for the insurance check to get started. If they start telling you that they have changed management, and the delays start to add up, then report them to the insurance company. They know they are wrong, but they don't care because they finessed your insurance money. This place could be a nightmare for someone who is not retired and has to pay car rental fees.B1

I had a major repair done on my 2022 F-250 and Kenney s Collision did an excellent job. Everything is perfect and the customer service is great. 10/10 recommend.

Bad communication and terrible service. Called numerous times for updates and was treated poorly by the receptionists. Had my car for 2 extra months than expected. Never updated me when they said they would either. Would not recommend.

My accident was in December, 2022. It is now August, 2023. We have been back and forth with the 3rd row seats on my van since April 2023. My seats are still not fixed(my van was rearended on I75.). They just finished an attempt and left my seats and surrounding material scratched and dusty and even left big footprints in the back floor. The pocket on the drivers side rear does not fit properly. It was never opened before the accident. The carpet has a tear in it. The right side is scraped up and has a half moon hole in the carpet. My van is a 2020 model. It was in perfect condition before this. The inside on the tailgate is coming off. Worst work I have ever seen. I am nowhere near satisfied with this shoddy work. Communication from them is nonexistent. I had to drive to their location to get any response. The last couple of weeks, they have called me twice. That s about half the total times I have heard from them in the past 8 months. I am not impressed with the new management.

Went here because of insurance. First estimate was 2 weeks. Then 3. Pushed back 4 times date of completion and each time was the day it was expected to be finished. Which turned our logistic situation into a chaos as we were borrowing a car for what we thought would be 2 weeks that ended in almost 6 weeks. Then one of the primary things we wanted fixed was this double gash on passenger side door, which they didn t fix (picture is after completion) and never told us they weren t going to fix. Avoid this place if you can help it.

Excellent experience with them. Car got fixed way sooner than expected, other shops were way more backed up. Made my Fiat 500 look brand new after a front end collision, and drives good as new.

One of the rudest encounters while dealing with an auto shop. I understand that there was a miscommunication but you do not HUMILIATE your clientele in the parking lot for all prying eyes to see. A woman that I have dealt with previously had a less than desirable attitude and while her verbiage was fine her TONE OF VOICE WAS SO HORRIFIC IM SURPRISED SHE STILL HAS A JOB. This attitude of hers came out of nowhere with previous encounters with her being perfectly fine. Maybe it s because those other encounters she spoke with my mother who is white like her so maybe she can relate better. Bless her heart I hope she gets counseling.

We had a minor repair on our 2020 Silverado and Kenny s collision did a fabulous job repairing it. They were very professional. The truck was even finished five days earlier than the date given.

7 months to get a Kia Sorento fixed. And we re still waiting on parts that were shipped back because of somebody s mistake and now nobody calls back. We were sideswiped by a drunk driver. The damage isn t major, but this is the worst service I ve received in my entire life. This shop is under new management The great reviews and ratings are from the previous management. We are the victim twice now. Hit me up. I ll show you screenshots of sitting on hold for an hour. I will show you before and after photos so she could see when this originated.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!Our insurance sent us to this shop. My wife dropped off our 2nd vehicle, which my mother-in-law drives. It was supposed to be finished in a month. Perfect timing for when her mom came back from vacation.The date came and no call. After 2 days of calling and leaving messages, they finally call back and tell us it ll be done next week. We called the next week, still not done! Again they say next week. We call again, and STILL NOT DONE! It s now 3 weeks PAST when it should have been done!Just called earlier today (April 10th) and get told they ll call us Wednesday! At this point, our insurance and lawyer has been called.

Our car had some door damage. Seemed to me it wasn't bad enough to replace. Well they ended up buying a 2009 door at a junk yard, 2 weeks after being in the shop, and put it on a 2019 vehicle. It was finally ready to pickup almost a month of being in the shop, all for minor door damage. Then a piece of the door ended up flying off going down 19/41.This place is a joke, from customer service to the quality of the work done. I highly recommend finding somewhere else.Edit: 11/4 said door trim piece flew off once again

1. The reception ladies will lie to you regards to your completion date, they had my SUV for over 6 weeks!.2. Whoever worked on my car took my dash camera off my windshield, my camera didn t have anything to do with the repairs? They was ordered to do their real suspicious to me.3. they went into my compartments inside my car and left everything scattered all over the inside of my car. My leather seats were dusty no clean up after they worked on my car and the receptionist told me over the phone. My car was in clean up.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Kenny's was amazing from start to finish. They helped in every way possible. Even though I was having to visit with them under terrible circumstances, they helped me out a lot and made the situation a little easier. I highly recommend.

Vehicle sat for over 2 weeks before they even started it. They had the it over a month for minor body work. Gave every excuse in the book why it wasn't done.We had sickness throughout the shopThe tech assigned to your vehicle had to have surgeryNew OWNERWell the New OWNER owns two shops now get someone from over there.Just excuse after excuse. The rental ran out of time. My husband was not going to have a vehicle.I just have nothing positive to say about the office personnel. I think they handled it badly.I Can say the work was good but never again will I deal with a company that drags out a simple job.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I DO NOT recommend Kenny s Collision for any of your repairs. Lack of communication, bad business, and they are very slow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will give you a date and keep changing it to weeks later. Kenny took his time to help find what I was looking for in all of his locations. My car was clean and in the best condition. He always answered all my questions and in person and over the phone. If I ever need another used car I would do business with him.

This place is great. My insurance company recommend them and I got my car back in great condition and in a reasonable time. Smooth transaction. They called to update me on the status of my car and always answered when I called to check on it. Highly recommended place of business. Thank you guys.

Byron is the best. This review is long over due. I purchased my car from him in 2015 and he let me pick my own payment which was 150 every 2 weeks. I couldn't do much since my car insurance was 200 something since I'm under 25 and working at McDonald's making under 8 an hr. I have a Kia optima 2004 (silver) and I love it. Whenever I needed extra money in my pocket and couldn't pay in full of my monthly payment he would be there for me and let me pay whatever I had which would be about 30 dollars off my payment plan. He understood my struggles and for that I greatly appreciated him because I never had enough! But I went through with my word and he understood me and my situations. He was THE BEST person you could deal with in kennys collision. I paid my car off and he knocked about 150 off because I always went through with what I had planned when it came to payments. I always kept in touch with him. This is my first car and it's MINE because it's paid in full. I loved the fact that he worked with me through my struggles. If I were interested in another car id definitely go back here. I purchased my car in 2015 and it was paid off in 2017. I LOVE BYRON. Plus he's cute lol this a great place for business and they care about their customers. I'm not making this up for them to look good. I'm serious. I am a black female whom is now 23 and my car is still running smoothly. If you need a car, I would pick them. No other place has that southern hospitality that we need and all other places are money money money but at kennys it's love! THANK YOU BYRON FOR ALL YOU'VE DONE FOR ME!!! If you didn't do what you've done for me I wouldn't have my car and I have much love for you on that. Thank you so much!

Excellent friendly customer service and they did a amazing job on my Dodge Durango front bumper . Was advised to use them through Geico insurance and thankful that I did . Definitely recommend Kenney s!

My boyfriend and I got t-boned in our 2002 maroon Impala. It completely smashed the passenger side door in, it dented the rear passenger just a little. The person who hit us' insurance sent us here. Kenny's did an amazing job. The door looks brand new, the paint matches exactly. They even vaccumed out the car and cleaned the rims. Awesome job, highly recommended.

I have had many estimates done at other body shop and have always been given a copy of the estimate from the body shop; however, Diane Ridgeway, at Kenny's Collision indicated that I would have to contact adjuster for a COPY!! When she did my walk around and mileage calculation, as a good customer service representative, the customer should have been informed that they DO NOT give the CUSTOMERS a copy of the estimate for the repairs that THEY gave to perform. If it is a policy of Kenny's Collision, make the CUSTOMER aware upon initiation of service. Customer service is all about communication and lack there of. Diane Ridgeway may need to check her TONE when communicating with the customer as it can be PERCEIVED AS RUDENESS! She needs to understand what the customer is potentially feeling/ going through due the UNEXPECTED EVENT/ ACCIDENT that lead to the customer needing their services! I am going to assume that she did not have ill intent but It was hard to tell during my phone conversation and in person. I heard than KENNY's collision was the BEST in Griffin; however, my first impression did not reflect this GREAT REPUTATION! Hopes it gets better!

Looked at a for sale vehicle they had on their lot. They don't even get them emissions condition because they actually stated Spalding Co doesn't require them so we don't even look in to any problems of dash lights on, sensors not working,etc. Not cool. A car lot should not limit or discriminate to any out of count buyers like that.

Wouldn't recommend full paint and body work. Expensive but done half ass. Really bad over spray on expensive rims and glass. Promises you the world but gives you half. Better off going to maco then this location.

I didn't use the collision center. I bought a vehicle from the auto sales. Great customer service. Byrom went well out of his way to be helpful and make a good sale.
