Before buying my 2010 Peterbilt 387, I did my research. Whatever I bought would have a Cummins ISX and Allison at Haggai would be overhauling the engine. Shop for your mechanic FIRST and then find a truck to match.My truck had 971K on the odometer when I bought it, and it ran fine but I wanted to start off with a fresh engine.Allison did a great job overhauling my CM871 ISX and everyone at Haggai was a pleasure to be around and work with. Allison let me help where I could, cleaning and painting parts mostly but being there nearly every day gave me much insight into the workings of my engine.This is an awesome family run business and you will be glad you brought your business to Haggai!

I can t tell you how thankful , blessed, and appreciative I am that you and you re family took me from the depression of thinking I was going to be sitting broke down for, Christmas and who knows how long . ? To up and running the very next week! You and everyone at Haggai are nothing short of miracle workers that have helped restore some of my faith in humanity. Last week I took my truck to Haggai Automotive And Diesel Repair in Griffin, GA to have the air dryer, EGR cooler, and oil cooler replaced. We had a great experience! They fixed everything on the truck exactly as I asked, and they also found two other leaks that were causing a loss of boost pressure. Not only did they finish exactly on time as they had said, but my truck is not leaking coolant any more and is running smoother than it has in years. Jerry and his family were also very kind and accommodating to us. My family and I enjoyed getting to know them and learning the story of how the Haggai family business started. They also have some cool pets there. My son will never forget Slither the boa constrictor! If you own a Cummins engine and are in the southeast needing work, I encourage you to visit Haggai Automotive And Diesel Repair. We will be back to see them again for some routine maintenance later this year.

ALLISON, KATELYN, JERRY, YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!! I brought my truck in for poor fuel mileage and an overhead valve adjustment. Trust me when I say that MY TRUCK HAS NEVER GOT 9-MPG ever. You all have truly earned my business and utmost respect. Kenworth could not get to the bottom of my fuel mileage decline for nothing without bending me over and making me take a big one up the A$$. However, within two or more hours, Allison and Trae did a pressure test, aligned the injectors with the right timing, adjusted the valves accordingly and I was in high cotton!! MY CUMMINS IS RUNNING SO GOOD ITS UNBELIEVABLE!! Allison also told me to change out my U-joint to eliminate my vibration. DONE!! There aren't many honest shops out here like this anymore unfortunately. Long gone are those days. They actually fix your truck and are not parts changers. THANK YOU FOR THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! YOU HAVE MY BUSINESS FOREVER. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Would give them ten stars if it was an option. Best experience I've had with a truck shop in years. No corporate Bs here. Jerry is an absolute guru. And he will sit down and explain things. Allison, Katie, Deanna, they all treated me like a friend . Brought in a Volvo with a cm871 that could barely climb a hill empty. Jerry discovered someone else's botched programming and some other half ways fixing that resulted in a truck that barely made it there. It's been over a month now and boost is still the highest I've ever seen the truck make, gets great mileage if I keep my foot out of it, goes up the mountains like I'm pulling a empty trailer, and starts and idles better than it has in the two years we have owned it. Going back as soon as I get a load that way( I'm from MN) to have them check the overhead, install aftermarket boost and egt gauges, and check out my oil leak. Thanks guys, glad rawze recommended your shop. See you all soon.

Finally! I can't say enough good things about Haggai Truck Center and their awesome staff! We purchased a used semi with a Cummins ISX in November and just got it on the road this week! It had issues from the get go and we were down over 4 months chasing running issues. We paid a heck of a lot of money out over that time with multiple shops to have it "fixed". We took the chance and drove it 4 1/2 hours away to Haggai's. They got it in right away, diagnosed it immediately, and repaired it quickly and affordably. And guess what? IT'S FIXED RIGHT!!! I almost can't believe it. It's a drive for us to get to them but we won't be going anywhere else from now on.

Truck was down for a week and a half. Went to several local shops who could not figure out my problem. Kept being told I needed a $3500 part that only International could install. Would of been down for weeks had I not gone here. Once I came here and they got their computer plugged into my truck it was fixed in 15 minutes for less than 150.00!! I see why this business has such great reviews. Fair, honest and fast! I will continue to drive the 3 hours to have them work on my truck. Thanks!

I heard so many good stories about this shop and they made me come all the way from Chicago trying to resolve my problems on ISX 871. I don't know where to start.... Quality of their work is amazing... I was there in beginning of December but wanted to test my truck before I write review. It's been over a month and everything they fixed is without single issue. Communication is really big part of their business. They explain everything before they do their job. Their charges are reasonable for work they perform.Thank you to all of you !

Nice people and mechanics indeed.You'll need an appointment.The job was done as promised.At the amount they said. After 14k miles the oil pressure its almost the same 36PSI. Engine got more powe. And I'm not suffocating inside the cab. Thanks for the well done work!!!

I can finally sleep after months of worrying about my truck! Bought a used fleet truck and, they had the boost settings turned down! I'm finally at piece and my truck is running better than ever. I've never been so well taken care of as a customer. This place is a one and done for isx problems. I've been stressing for so long about my truck, I feel a little off my game now that I can relax. Excellent shop. I read the reviews and was hoping for half of what I read to be true. It was all that I read. Very knowledgeable, explained what they were doing. You actually know what is getting done because you can see it. Jerry and his whole team were very friendly and helpful. The work was done fast and was done right at a very fair price.New lifetime customer for both of my trucks. Worth the drive from LaGrange. Truck is running better than ever.

When it comes to trust, honesty, reliable, and affordable, the Haggai Team is the best all around. My truck has ran so good since I had service. I don t want no one to even touch my engine. You can look, assume, and guess. But Haggai is the only company I trust & love. I will be a forever customer.

I was there on 4/12/17 bob tail from Tampa it was definitely worth it. They did a wonderful job on my truck. This is my first 5 weeks after long time that I didn't had to go to dealership to fix the same problem over and over again. Thank you Jerry and team.

Great knowledgeable people! They re so good that they usually work by appointments. I called, they told me to come by, and they had me back rolling with confidence. I also left with more education about my equipment than I came in with. Definitely my mechanics from now on, and I live in Texas. It s worth it!!

I took a little bit of time to leave a review but, here it goes; I wish they were closer. For years I was going from shop to shop to diagnose a ticking noice in my engine. Took it to multiple Cummins s shops, independent shops. Paid diagnostics fee and no resolution. Came here, drove out happy. I only wish that they were closer to me so that I can use them as my ONLY shop.

This place and family that owns and works here are amazing! They go above and beyond! For truck repair this is where you should go. Amazing experience is all I can say! I will be going back when I need something repaired. I will be stopping by just to say hi next time I'm in that area. They are that friendly.

Can't say enough good about Mr. Hagg and the rest of the crew. Had the opportunity to take my dump truck here after I purchased it, happily got a clean bill of health. No secrets here, and all done for a reasonable price. Just too hard to find honest shops anymore- they're definitely worth the drive.

This is the best shop for any small diesel truck owner op. The owner is very down to earth and with Jerry it's not about money it's about customer service. His daughters are also very helpful and nice. This is the best diesel repair shop I have ever been. This is a very busy place please make prior appointment. The mechanics at haggai are also very knowledgeable and Mr Jerry personally checks all the work and test drive to make sure it perfect. Six stars to Jerry Katie Alison Jerry and his wife. Six starts to all the staff there also. It was my first time at haggai and I will never take my truck any where else. They truly care about customer service and good work. God bless jerry and the family.

A true mechanic shop! It may be loud, you might not like what you hear but it is a diesel truck shop. You get what you pay for and that's perfect because this shop gives all they have for you. Mechanics with knowledge and a owner that has answers or will find out. From fabrication I saw to complete rebuilds. No part throwers here unlike dealers. Is to get to and work worth the money spent.

The best shop in the country and the perfect mechanics in the industry. I drove all the way from Jacksonville FL to get my turbo fixed they did it with less downtime and excellent job. Almost half price Of what Cummins quoted me on. If u want ur truck fixed with respect and honesty these are the guys.

Great shop and very great employees. I drove 750 miles outta missouri empty just to have my rig worked on. They closed @ 6pm and Jerry stuck around until damn near 10pm to make sure I was finished. Got a new permanent customer right here.

A truly grass roots all American family run. buisness. Kateland very effectively runs the office ( she took time out of her sked. to help me witb a diesel air pump / compressor )and as as a bonus I was able to meet the You Tube star Allison she is a very knowledgable heavy diesel Tech believe you me . I couldn't have been able to get in to get any work done till mid Feb they are so busy. When and if I need some work done I will sked it and drive from Houston that's right Houston to have them work on my rig .

I came here for a Software update and they messed up a lot of things. First of all they installed a D16 soft (european soft - too many HP added, almost blew up my truck) on a D15 engine =almost good.The truck has a automatic transmission and they did not know that they cannot mess with the HP or any other engine parameters because if they do , the transmission will not be calibrated with the engine anymore ( when called and complained that the transmission doesn t perform right anymore I was told : it needs a couple of weeks to get used to the way the engine performs now ). Too many complaints to list here, took the truck to a different shop and payed $3k to fix what they messed up. I have another friend that had his software updated here and he had his Transmission repaired and recalibrated on his own expense and now his crankshaft just broke ... stay away from this place... they are 20 years behind ...Response:- I don t know what you are talking about. Do you want me to post my receipt so you can see it? And I would not come back to your shop again. When you tell me that the transmission needs to get used to the engine I know exactly that you have no experience with the automatic transmissions... Don t worry, I will have my friend post a review about what happened with his truck after you got in it . Hopefully he ll have time to do it soon so people know about what you do. I m not saying that you are not a good mechanic, but definitely not with the new trucks and technology. And if you work on DD15 s you should have software for them, you shouldn t use pirate software for DD16 and mess up people s property.
