Over charged me when I already had speakers and amp. Audio kept going out guy told me to come at 3pm he said I gotta wait however long until he can check it out again. $700 down the drain. They only want your money.

I would reconsider taking anything new to these guys. The owner is cool, but should consider haveing a refresher corse for the installers on newer models. My 21 f150 sounded ok for what had to come off of for it. Too bad it only lasted about two weeks. Amp goes straight to protect and the speakers only make a muffled cracking sound when you put your hand on the cone. Was supposed to be top of the line subs and amp

These people are great. Very professional and helpful. You wont be disappointed.Update: Still a great place to go. Very fair. Prices still great! Very nice people. I bought another stereo there and had it installed there. Excellent. Very properly priced. Best in town.

I called and when they answered the guy said YEA. DIDNT SAY THE NAME OF THE COMPANY, so I had to ask if this was the car stereo place and his answer was YEA. I thought if their service is anything like this guys attitude I wanted no part of it. They act like they are being disturbed from a nap. I was taught to answer the phone with the name of the company and how can I help you. Not Yea. If you want business treat your customer like they are special. . They are spending there money at your store so act like you appreciate it. Your not doing your customer a favor hes doing you one for doing business with you.

Literally just left there. I walked in and said hello and zero response. 3 grown men sitting on their phones like high schoolers. Not even an acknowledgment if I was looking for anything in particular. Someone told me to give them a chance and get a system bought and installed but that s not going to happen. I WAS going to spend a good bit of money. Honestly I don t know how they re still in business. Google only gave me an option of 1 star and that s a stretch.

Went to get some subs and an amp installed about a month ago. After about 2 weeks they stopped working. We tried another amp and subs and we found out that it was the wiring that was the issue.(we took the wiring off one amp and put it on another. Didn t move anything or take anything out) We went in and asked if they could look at it but they said the warranty was void and that it would be $35 dollars to look at it. Why should I pay 35 when the issue is in the installation because you did a poor job in the first place when I spent close to 200 for the installation the first time. I always heard sketchy stuff about this place but decided to try it for my self. Now I see why no one is happy with their garbage work and even worse customer service.

On August 24th 2021 I went into the store to purchase two items from this store and while me complaining about the price of the item in which I initially bought. The owner tells me that the high increase in prices is due to me voting Biden in office. To me I felt disturbed by that statement and took it very offensive. I will never return to that store no more.

Had my whole suburban redone by griffin stereo had some problems with it came in explained my situation and they replaced my amp and checked everything and I'm up and running great knowledgeable staff and wonderful customer service. Thanks guys I will be back.

Don t go they overprice you and act like they don t want to do the work. Went to have a a tailgate light hooked up and the installer made the job sound bigger and harder than expected. They act like they don t want you business and I don t understand how they make money

The bad business I need to change the lights for my car, but they don't work at all. The reason is that the light bulbs they ordered are problematic and can't make them work properly. But they still charge $70

Great place to do business when shopping for stereo equipment for your automobile. The selection is wide and the staff is friendly. Have been doing business there for the last few years and have always walked away satisfied with my experience. The intall crew is very knowledgeable and attentive. Stop by and check em out...you'll be glad you did.

Look no further for your car stereo needs these guys have you covered. I bought my first car stereo from these guys when I was 15 and I still shop here today at the age of 43 and I am positive that I am always getting a great deal.

They were pros !! Installed my stereo with a couple spkrs. I was a walk in, no appt and they had me in and out in about 90 mins. You get what you pay for. Not the cheapest for sure, but they were on POINT. Gr8 overall experience!

Rude customer service u could tell they didn't want to be there. I told I knew nothing about speakers or anything n they immediately started telling I needed this n that all I heard the whole was money money money, I asked them what they could do for a disabled veteran, response was nothing. No bad place except two installers we're just rude.

Called to ask a few questions about replacing my OEM radio with an aftermarket system to see if my vehicle's rear camera and other features will still work with an aftermarket radio, along with pricing questions. The unknown employee refused to answer any questions over the phone and stated I had to bring my vehicle in and pay $45 to get answers to the questions I was asking. ***Shady Business***

Brought in pioneer 7200nex with maestro drove down from Atlanta. Guy didn t want to install maestro top of the line device, tried to up sell me some aftermarket generic device to make more money. I left. They like to sell in store products at a markup.

Please don't shop at this place their prices are way over priced and they use two sided tape on the install which over time won't adhere they do not do a professional installation. You've been warned!!!!!

Went there to see if they had the necessary adapter for Bluetooth to work on my stereo. I told them an behind counter what I needed and he acted like he didn't understand what I needed. I proceeded to show him the booklet . He says its an old system. Guess he thought I was going to by a newer one because he said that. It works fine, has Bluetooth it just needs the adapter for it to work.They were recommended, but I wouldn't do the same.$$$$$$$ speaks here.

Helpful bunch of guys here. They did a great job installing the system and almost got the custom box to fit in the ZL1 trunk where it was supposed to fit. Its been a year and i have had no problem other than having to repeatedly push the box back in place. They should sell mexicans and there to ride in the trunk and hold the box in place because the hardware keeps breaking and mexicans are cheaper than a bunch of hardware.

Went there for a installation on my solara. The radio I bought didn t work and they showed me the reason. I purchased a radio from them and they installed it with no additional charge.Thank You All!

Bad service. Wasnt interested in what i said. Got mad or got frustrated when i asked about different products that he wasnt talking about. If you gave an opinion on something he rolls his eyes.

Was told they only install on Mondays!! Seems extremely limiting,,, seeing how people work!! Should do installs on Saturday!!

Trash place, employees are super shady. Have no idea how they re still in business. Save yourself the money and trouble.
