We were so pleased with Chris and his team at Griffin Collision. Not only did he beat any time frame than any of the repair shops in griffin, McDonough, and fayetteville he got my car back to brand new! I cant say enough good about these folks and supporting small businesses is a priority but they made us feel like we had known them for years! I'm so Blessed that I ran into Chris while in desperate need to find a repair shop to fix my car after I had hit a deer. Please refer anyone you know needing car repairs to Griffin Collision you will not be disappointed!! I have been using Griffin Collision for years and have always had excellent service. Chris and his team are true professionals. I have self paid some repairs and had insurance claims on others. His self paid prices are incredibly reasonable and he knows how to get the insurance companies to do their job. As long as I own a car, I won't trust it to anyone else but Griffin Collision.

This is my third AMAZING experience with Griffin Collision and it is more than just having my car repaired with quality service. But the warm greetings along with customer service from Mr. Bill, Chris, and the staff is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL . My recommendation is for everyone to take their vehicles to Griffin Collision. You will be completely satisfied Griffin Collision You All ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beware, I had used this company a couple of times before but it was Insurance claims where the other persons insurance paid both times. The jobs were done satisfactorily. I had damaged the rear hatch on my 2003 SUV and sent it to them for repair. They never gave me an estimate or had my signature for any work they also discovered damage I had no idea about and did not disclose to me. They did all the repairs with out telling me the cost. They called and told me the SUV was ready and that I owed $2818.00 I could have sued them in court and won but the cost of attorney and the drama of it all was not worth it. I ended up paying $2150.00. The work was satisfactory but not giving and estimate and the right to decide to repair or not was inexcusable.

Staff was friendly and welcoming enough when we went for an estimate. However, it's been 2 weeks and still no contact. We waited 4 days for a quote then took our business elsewhere and got a full itemized estimate on the spot that was approved by insurance. Just don't say you're going to give a quote, take down all info, assure us it will be done and never respond.

Did an awful job these people are definitely not mechanics. Don t take your insurance work there. They are only trying to make money!!!
