I now know why they came highly recommend.Worth the drive time to get here. I was greeted with a smile and all questions answered with professionalism. The price was fair.I will make the drive next time I need the bike work.Thank y'all.

Great mom and pop shop. Always kind and great customer service. Fair pricing. They do get extremely busy however and expect to wait a while. They tend to estimate lower timeframe than is realistic. I can't knock their ratings however cuz they're always kind people.

My Kawasaki Mule 610 died over the weekend. Monday morning at 8, I pulled in and described my problem. The owner diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Blown fuse. I was out of there at 8:05am. Knowledgeable, polite, and very quick. Can t say enough good about this business.

I got my new motorcycle tires and labor for Half as much as Rock City offered to do it for. I ordered mine online with J&P Cycles they are awesome and psycho Riders did the labor. All done new tires and labor for $310

They take a while, but they did excellent work. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. My 4 wheeler came back in great working order. They're going to be my first call next time I need some help with my off-roads.

Great place. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They came in well below what they actually quoted me when I was there a week before I had the work done and then told me they would prefer not to jump my bill up chasing a starting issue I was having intermittently and advised me to ride the bike and come back when it does it again and they can pinpoint the code it showed. 10 out of 10

I'm a new rider with extremely limited mechanical knowledge. Both times that I have taken my bike to ellis, they have been upstanding, taken care of my bike quickly and didn't take advantage of the fact that I had no clue about what needed to be fixed. Buddy is top notch, but my side by side has been at the shop all year and we haven t had hardly any updates. We put it in early spring to hopefully have it back for hunting season and still have had no response on when it will be done. They are good people but wish communication was better. Shops all around are probably short of hand due to Covid but we would really like to have it back soon.Service: Engine repair

Great!! Folks did a fine job on my bike and very great price. It may taketime some time but people nee d to remember we are in a pandemic. New location is easier to pull in and out of. Buddy and his crew are great and have always been fair. He even helped me fix my trailer brake one time when I dropped off my ATV. They re my go to shop for repairs/maintenance.

They did a great job for fair price on my 4 wheel Yamaha. They stay busy because of the good work. Can take a while. Highly recommended

I took my bike in for a sidecar. It took 2 months to finish and it wasn't done I just took the bike back. The sidecar was not made for my bike and they either didn't know or didn't say anything. I dont think I will be going back for any work.It's 2 stars because they had great customer service and didn't try to rip me off with the price. the time it took to do the work and it still not being completed were unacceptable.

Pulled up with my son's 80 ATV expecting the worst. Buddy fixed it in 15 minutes at minimum cost. Amazing. Great shop. All of my work now comes to Buddy.

There is a reason this business has such positive feedback. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I have a Chinese scooter and every spring I call Buddy at Ellis so he can walk me through (once again) the process of draining my carburetor so my scooter starts. He is patient..........tells me exactly what I need to do..........and stays on the phone with me until I am able to make it work. Now THAT'S a business that cares about people!!! I definitely recommend this business.

I've been using Ellis Cycle for about 19 years. He has always done right by me. I would rather Buddy work on my motorcycle than Harley Davidson.

Had the connector for the stator on my motorcycle burn up causing the battery to not charge. Not only did he have it in stock he installed it right away and did it for a very reasonable price. He even checked to make sure the battery was charging.
