Robert was awesome! He went the extra mile to make sure that my needs were met! He made several calls to follow up on what was new and available at the dealership; he was never "pushy" as a sales representative. I am on oxygen constantly, and he made sure that I was comfortable whenever I was in the dealership. Cronic made a very good impression on me, and I would definitely return for another vehicle in the future.

We were met out front by Mr. Sam Miller. He was quick to show us some cars that we wanted to see. He answered our questions that we had and did not try to push a sale that day. We told him we had just stared looking. We did look at a couple of other places but the next week we went back to Chronic because of the best deal. Our salesman was a big reason we went back also. We will recommend to our family and friends to check them out.

Sam Miller provided excellent customer service throughout my buying experience. He kept in contact with me throughout the day as we traveled in to pick up the car. This was my 4th car that I've purchased in my life. It was my 1st great experience. Gary was my salesman. In let's just say he didn't sell me anything. He allowed me to choose the vehicle I wanted and made it his duty to get me that vehicle.More greater it was our sons graduation, Christmas .. so it was an even greater sentiment and meaning towards the experience. I look forward to the next purchase ty so much.Great guy,

I'm from Illinois. When I say "guys" I mean male and female.These guys are wonderful. From Sammy and Ms. Pye in the front office area to the mechanics. Why on earth would anyone take their vehicle anywhere else? I felt like I was their most important customer. That's the definition of customer service!

While my car was in their shop I decided to just look around at the new cars on the lot. Taylor Fanin (not your typical pushy salesman) great guy, and a Veteran introduced himself and welcomed me to Cronic. I told him that I was a longtime customer. The people at Cronic have never disappointed me. Taylor, Tyler, George, Jon, James, Mark and Amanda all made my trading experience wonderful. (Yes, I traded my car 2019 Malibu for a 2023 Equinox the next day) Taylor and his team made the process simple and easy. Everything was great with the dealership excluding the finance process. I asked for my lending institution as the loan holder on finalizing the sale and the salesperson, Tyler, agreed as this was one of their lenders. Then upon closing with the finance individual, there was a swith to GMC. The finance officer explained he could change it but would have to change all the paperwork. We opted to stay with their preferred lender since had been there for so long and was late and would just pay off on first payment since large difference in interest rates. Kind of dulled an otherwise good experience. The sales associate, Tyler, was spot on.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I have bought three cars off of them, but the last one was 15 years ago, then we moved. We went back to Griffin for a visit from Florida, and Littlerly broke down in their lot. Now they didn't know I had bought cars there before. They went way out of their way and tried to part the red sea to get me fixed. Even though GM is on strike and parts are hard to come by, they had people waiting in front of me who were on a wait list. They treat their vets with the utmost respect. They are the best Godly company I have ever dealt with. I do not care wherever I may be, from the west coast to the east coast and all points in between. If I ever buy another car, I WILL COME BACK HERE. This is a godly company with godly people. I truly, truly praise these people, especially my new brother ( Dustin) in the service department. God knows your heart and your acions are Godly. May God bless you all and thank you.

Very professional fellas in there taking care of business. Niegel was very responsive over the phone prior to me actually arriving to the dealership. Signed and drove off the lot in under 45min. I would continue to do business at Cronic Chevrolet.

Staff was friendly and honest. Thats all anyone needs when shopping for a new car! But... then... Tristan went above and beyond by personally coming to my house, picking up the trade in and making sure everything was in order. It was truly a white glove experience.

Drove my car there after them keeping it for a good month and a half ordered the parts that they said that I needed to have now my car will not move from your your shop and I'm out of 777 for everything that they put on the car something's just not right I just wanted to have new key box and a diagnostic but haven't got that now I have no money and no car that works it worked when it came there

Took the car in with a turbo issue. Another dealer fixed the same issue in February except they only put a Band-Aid on the problem. Cronic replaced the part with a UAW strike going on in the parts distribution center. Took a little longer than usual but understandable with a strike on. Since it took longer they changed my oil and rotated tires no charge. Thinking of the customer.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at this dealership. They were so respectful and thorough. We purchased a Yukon in September 2023 and couldn t be happier. They are also now going above and beyond to help my husband with his GMC truck that was purchased elsewhere as we have been let down by another location when trying to complete some recall work. We will be customers again at this dealership for sure! James Mills is awesome to work with and will get you in your dream car!

I just went and bought a 2021 mitsubishi outlander Mr Hammon was my car salesman I was scared to go and buy a car by myself see my husband has taken sick I have always had him with me , I told Mr Hammon what was going on why he was not with me ,he turn to me and said I will take care of you and for the first time since my husband has taken sick this man did what he said he was going to do and didn't take me thank God there are still good honest people in the world .I felt at home and was taken care of Thank You Mr Hammon Glenda these men's from sales to finance did what they said they would do I got a great deal and the payment I needed Thank you all at cronic Chrysler dealership in Griffin

Went back to Chronic today to finish up on the deal that we got once again Brent Campbell was very nice and helpful today he have to set up Cyrus radio 0showed us how to do it and other things we need to know about the new Buick that we bought once again they were most friendly staff and Brent Campbell was very helpful will send other possibilities to them good job everyone

Just left there with my husband, and I do wish that he would've told me what was said before I walked into the building. I stayed outside while he went to get a salesman. He stated that a white guy said that he was going to put the cameras on us outside & a black guy laughed. I really don't see what was funny about that. Greg Mcclarin came outside, and we showed him which trucks we were interested in. He walked us back in but didn't give us his undivided attention as a car salesman should because he kept picking up his phone scrolling. Between the 2 of us, we make a little over $150,000 a year because we drive trucks & have excellent credit scores. I'm not sure if it's because we weren't dressed up or because we were young and black, but that still isn't a reason to be treated this way. Last time I checked all money spend the same. I don't care if they marked all the cars down to $3, we'll never give them any business.

Not helpful . Brand new truck already on second trip back to dealer. Ask for manager and the manager John in griffin ga left on hold over 15 minutes. Will not recommend chevy nor will I buy one again..pay all this money for a truck just to have problems and no help.
